Dont waste your time with this company.I had Quality Windows & Doors over to provide a quote for a simple door installation. I called to see when I would received the bid after 10 days and 1 month and was told it would be sent over imminently both times.. Never received it.

I am finally writing a review after three years of dealing with this shotty door/install. I have had quality windows out and they claim that the problem is with the Milgard product. Milgard has been out 4 or 5 times and attempted to fix the problem by placing a band aid on it. I had a new Milgard vendor out this week to give a quote for all new windows now. He looked at the door and said he believes it to be an install issue. There is standing water on the inside track of the door that does not drain out. It used to be water coming into the house but they put a heavy duty weather stripping to remedy the issue which now makes it impossible to close the door without leaning into it. The standing water has caused staining and damage to the door moulding as well as my floor now as it has been 3 years of dealing with this problem. Wish I could have given 0 stars!!! I contacted quality windows and was told by the owner he would look into it and get back to me. That was more than a year ago and I havent heard back. I like to give people and companies the benefit of the doubt but this is ridiculous now.

I have NEVER had a worse experience working with a service provider than I have this one. Total communication breakdown between sales and installers, poorer than poor customer service, LACK of actual service, missing ordered products... the list goes on and on and, seriously, on. I can’t NOT recommend a service more. Please, please do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this company for screen doors and/or window installation/repair. Try literally any other screen/window company in Santa Barbara. I guarantee it will be a much better experience, at a much better price.

This company is AWESOME!! The windows installed look absolutely fantastic.We ordered two Milgard windows for our new nursery, the team came at 8:30am and had them down within the hour!So fast, so professional, from the quote provided by Ryan to the actual work getting done by the team, and the responsiveness to allow us to reschedule by the office was AMAZING!Great job everyone, looking forward to using this company in the future for more windows and possibly some sliding screen doors!Best Regards

Quality Windows was the third window vendor we had give us an estimate. We chose them because they patiently answered all our questions about our window options. In addition, it was so helpful that they have actual window samples in their showroom and even brought a sample window to our home, so we could better envision the new windows. Their pricing was comparable to the other vendors. The installation was surprisingly fast and the installers were professional and courteous.

Great experience from start to finish! Salesman showed up on time and went over all the details from product info to the installation method. When it came time to install, the crew was very respectful of my home and did an awesome job. I LOVE MY WINDOWS!! Best window company in town.

Dont waste your time because they will certainly waste yours! I made an appointment for today Friday. My appointment was confirmed the day before. I cancelled all of my work appointment so that I can make this appointment. Not only did they NOT show up, they didnt even bother to call me. This company has wasted my time and will waste your time as well. Im certain there are others with much better customer service. Extremely disappointed!

Nice and helpful staff, good selection of goods, good pricing for custom made parts! Ive been forever searching for good-looking sliding doors thats big enough and reasonably priced and Ive found it here! Cant wait to install it and see how it looks! I will definitely come back and shop again!

Danny came to the house and quickly explained while assessing the situation and taking measurements. Then he left and the same day I received the price quote and scheduled his return. When he came back he started by telling me how long it would take and then he completed the job and left everything clean. It is rare to find a friendly person who tells you what he needs to do then goes about it expertly and has good back-up from his staff at the office. A great job and I have already referred Danny and Quality Windows to others.

Sliding glass door sticking. Id been applying lubes (oil, grease) for couple years but stopped helping. While Pedro was installing new rollers (same rollers when bought house in 1986!) he explained how oil/grease cause problems by accuming dirt and pet hair. We had both! He showed me the old rollers. What a mess! Anyway, he had both sets installed and door gliding now likes its on ice! Excellent work. And very fast.

This company provides not only glass, but a screening product called Pet Screens.This is the best product we have purchased regardless of category! It provides what it promises. Pet resistant screens. We had 2 Briards (huge French Herding Dogs) for 7 years with these screens in place( the dogs ripped through the usual screens on the first day in a new home. The screens were as good as the day they were installed 7 years later. We are currently installing them in a new property ( 3 plain screens gone inless than one week). the price and service were friendly and efficient. i highly recommend Quality Windows.

A fair bid was proposed and we went ahead and requested the work. This involved removing two very large beveled windows from the wooden framing of our front door, and replace them. Danny showed up on time, worked vigorously and professionally repolaced the windows with beautiful new windows. He was exacting in his work, and friendly in his manner, we could not be happier!

The price was reasonable and the job was completed quickly, but the quality was horrible. They broke part of one of my doors and left it up to me to fix it. They got glue on the glass in several places, and there are also several spots where I can see through the glass where it should be frosted. Very unprofessional looking.

I would recommend Quality Windows, Glass and Doors for anyone who is seeking for high quality service and products! They have great customer service and are always happy to assist to their customers with any need they have. This will be the only place I will be calling for any future help!

Great knowledge, expertise and desire to help customer. Reasonable cost. Store Manager Esperanza (Espe) helped design exactly what we wanted and installer Beto is excellent. Had another company install glass shower enclosure several years ago and Quality Windows & Doors is superior. Definitely recommend.

As a home builder and remodelor with 45 years in the business, Ive worked with all kinds of trades and vendors. Recently, I tasked Quality Doors and Windows, and in particular Beto and Sepulveda, with renovating a number of 53 year old sliding glass doors. They did an outstanding job and stuck with it, from replacing scratched glass and worn out weatherstripping, to installing new tracks and hardware. At the end of the day, thanks to Beto and Sepulveda, these old doors work like brand new. Couldnt be more pleased with the results.

Far too many mistakes, lack of follow through, misleading sales practices in pricing, no-one to maintain ownership of situation, accountability, or to ensure that a basic pre-hung window and door installation was completed in a timely fashion, and by terms of the contract. A project that should have been finalized in 4 weeks- took one year and six visits to my home that I had to be available for....they just kept getting it wrong and then sending me to the back of the line. I gave them several opportunities to get it right, but because they toss you around to a sales rep, sales managers, office people, their distributors/ manufacturer, installers, the distributors installers, billing people -----why is it my job to work with all these people and reiterate the problem to each one over and over again - isnt that the service I enlisted? Especially when you kept making the mistakes? Hopefully this feedback will influence some changes in your business practice.

I recently decided to give Quality Windows a try, after several failed attempts from other local companies in Santa Barbara. I was looking for fully frameless shower doors and their office staff is extremely knowledgeable and patient through all of the questions and confusion I had, and they gave me a price while I was in they store, and sent someone to measure the next day. They returned within 5 days and did a beautiful job of installing my glass. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to find a decent company that does beautiful work. I will definitely be using them on my next project to replace all my windows and patio doors. ~L.Q.
