I experienced super service matched with excellent competency. Starting with the Appointment, I needed to get results quickly in order to have them for consultation with a surgeon. They worked me into their schedule knowing they were creating difficulties at their end. Next, the 2 hour balance test was arduous and uncomfortable, yet they supported me ALL the way with tips about how long each subtest would take, articulated what was important to concentrate upon, and kept me relaxed with constant updates about how far along we were. Super Professional and calming. Results were shipped out in a timely fashion and both Consultations I needed had the results before I arrived.

Because I have unusual small ear canals and one that is not straight, I have been told in the past that I would have great difficulty fitting a hearing device, so I hesitated going in for another (over a year later) hearing test and consult. These women were fantastic. The audiologist was so detailed and professional. She recognized the problem and worked with me to solve it. I have every confidence that. I will have my hearing of a level ideal for me, ( at a great improvement), and that they will take care of my needs no matter what. A wonderful, caring and very professional experience . Seniors beware.Absolutely one of the worst experiences Ive had with any customer service related company. They truly dont know how to do their job. They are inconsistent and unreliable. The manager Danielle is genuinely abrasive and dismissive. She does not wish to figure things out or to solve problems merely to hang up. Completely unprofessional and incompetent, I have no idea why anyone would keep anyone like her employed. They do not stand behind the products they sell nor over the services they offer.My 95-year-old mother felt bullied by their receptionist when her brand new hearing aids malfunctioned. They tried to blame it on her rather than taking responsibility for selling shoddy merchandise.When I voiced my concern, no one including the manager and audio technicians has felt it important enough or necessary enough to call back. We spent thousands of dollars just a few weeks back and they do not stand behind their products. Or themselves.Beware of this company. They want your money they dont want to give you what you deserve in return.0 out of 5.My elderly mother is afraid of these people. Thats the kind of staff they have.

Hearing Services and Anne Burre and Staff have provided outstanding hearing services to my family for more than 15 years. We tried other providers before discovering Anne and none came close to Annes high level of expertise in helping patients choose hearing aids and setting them. She is a perfectionist and will not give up until the patient is as comfortable as possible. The staff are just as responsive to the needs of patients. They are the best in the area and came highly recommended by several doctors. You will not find anyone better.

On my first visit to HSSB, Bailey was able to identify the mis-adjustment by my previous provider and fix it immediately. One hearing test and another small adjustment later and everything is better than I could have wished for!

My father recently moved to Santa Barbara from Northern California and with COVID had not been able to get his hearing aids fixed. He could not hear anyone and moving into a senior living facility without being able to hear was not a great way to start. I brought his hearing aids to Hearing Services and the audiologist rebuilt them and repaired them while I watched. Amazing service and kindness. I cannot say enough about what these folks did, including working through their lunch hour to make sure my father could hear. He can now hear everything! My mom can’t get be,ie e it! Thank you so much for giving us this New Year’s gift!

Initally I was referred to Hearing Services of SB by Your Hearing Network who had offered a 40% discount on premium hearing aids. There was some confusion on my first visit between the HSSB office and Your Hearing Network. I was told that the office would call me and let me know if they would accept the discount provided by YHNetwork. After 2 weeks went by I called on the status and they told me again they would call. Another two weeks went by with no response so I had a rep from YHNetwork call the office. That same day I recieved an email from the HSSB office stating that they had approved the discount and to come in for a 2nd appointment. After that, it was very smooth sailing. Dr. Ahuja has been very attentive and supportive. She asked all the right questions and answered all of mine. It is a very professional setting. The hearing aids arrived within a week. We have worked very well together. Dr. Ahuja is very personable and has been very patient in helping me get used to the aids. I feel comfortable in knowing that I can call her whenever I have a question or have a problem with my hearing aids.
