As a staff of two people they accomplish many things.Joyce holds many positions in the front area where we check in.Steve checks our hearing aids each time and deals with getting them to work perfectly .

This is the place to come if you want a hearing test. The staff is very friendly and professional. It has all the latest equipment for a thorough test, and there is no hard sell. The office is lovely and very clean.You wont have time to read any of the new magazines because they dont make you wait.

When I first started looking for hearing aids(waited too long), I thought that any place named Miracle-Ear would be questionable.I was absolutely wrong.The people I dealt with were highly professional; took their time in advising me; answered every question, invited me to come back as many times as I needed to get the aids working correctly. I have had the hearing aids for a year and while like anyone else I would rather not have to have them, but dealing with the Miracle-Ear staff has made it much better.Dont wait until everyone seems to be screaming at you. Miracle Ear of Santa Barbara is absolutely the only place to go for a hearing test and then following on with a hearing aid if the tests show that an aid is needed ! I wish I had known about Miracle Ear before I spent money on two other brands. The technology is far superior to other so called top brands. Anyone with hearing difficulties owes it to themselves to at least go for a Miracle Ear test and consultation. Miracle Ear has an App that they down load to your I-phone that allows for complete control and adjustments that are unbelievable. You must check this out for your self and see what Im talking about. The personnel are exceptionally knowledegable and will help you get through your hearing loss experience. Loss of hearing, in my opinion, is an emotional and traumatic experience that affects too many people. The folks at Miracle Ear will help you ! Believe me ! A very satisfied user of Miracle Ear.

THE OFFICE STAFF IS TOTALING ACCOMMODATING AND FRIENDLY. MUCH TIME WAS GIVEN TO SOLVE CURRENT CHALLENGES AND TO PRESENT NEW TECHNOLOGY WITH NO PRESSURE. ONLY PROBLEM IS PARKING AT THEIR LOCATION.
