This Stevens Creek store was clean & the clerk (whose name was Paris) was very helpful. She went to look for the item to see if it was in stock, gave me directions to the store over the phone, & put the item I wanted on Hold for pick up. I drove over, & was in & out in15 minutes, but before I left I asked for the manager to pay Paris a compliment. Turns out this was her very first job! Shes a H.S. kid working for the summer! 👍👏

Inventory has been reduced overall for whatever reason. I suggest checking online for what you’re looking for to see if it’s in stock. For example, if you just need one flat bed sheet, there’s only one brand available in store.

Ordered a Cuisinart coffee grinder online. Order delivered in 2 days. Unfortunately the coffee grinder was another China lack of Quality Control and wouldnt start. Returned and customer service representative was great. Even appologised. Told no need to say sorry, its another typical Chinese product.

I have shopped here time and time again and have found the staff to be very helpful. They also have a lot of fantastic products for the home not just for the bathroom. I would highly recommend this store for anyone who needs things for their home! But.....The only negative thing I would say is, DO NOT NOT NOT SHOP THERE AFTER DARK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have had my car windows smashed out three times in a period of three months! The parking lot is very dark and I later learned that even the employees have been the victims of multiple vehicle break ins. The is NO security to speak of, though there are surveillance cameras in the lot, but good luck recovering any loss based on video of someone smashing your window!I spent about a thousand dollars on products, and another $987 on replacement windows. The moment I went back into the store to tell the store manager that it had happened again, all they did was give me an email address to the property manager. Apparently this happens so frequently they keep the property managers email right at the customer service counter so they can give it to the next victim of a window smash.

Looks like things are being cleared out. We like walking around in here looking at things and occasionally buy stuff for the house. Prices are on the higher side, slightly better with a coupon.

Great store experience! Friendly greeting at the door. Store layout is divided into coherent sections with lots of variety. Store was clean and pleasant to be in. Good lighting and spaced out aisles, an excellent show room for silverware and porcelain. Ample parking and plenty of attentive staff to assist. Truly above and beyond.

Seemed like they trimmed down the store and had aisles wider or maybe its been forever since I was in a store. Plenty of associates around to ask for help and store looked well stocked and clean. Felt safe walking around and shopping.

Not too packed and wide selection of home goods like hard to find kitchen utensils and California King bed sheets. Layout is logical and lets you circle around two ways. Bathrooms were clean and staff was friendly.

Store is very clean and organized. The associates were very helpful. I did an online order that wasnt the color we wanted after all. They offered to return it but I said I might want to exchange it. I looked around, found what I wanted in a different color and then ended up buying a new bedroom comforter on top of the exchange. Thank you ladies for your help.

Waited in line for over 15 minutes. Only one cashier was there and the lady in front of me had a full cart and lots to talk about.When a new cashier opened, cashier was not working and after a few attempts, we moved to another one.

Very nostalgic feeling when I enter this place, everything feels like it is stuck in year 2000. As seen on tv stuff is great! One of my favorite stores!

Normally this place is good but be careful who provides you service, some people are just kind of obnoxious behind the counter and almost condescending.

Went in at 10 am and was in and out in 15 minutes. Well kept store, friendly cashier.

This location is a much smaller store of the well known chain. I have bought some kitchen items here but prefer the store on Hamilton. This one often feels a bit more chaotic and while some of the same items are present, it is also often far more crowded, which in Covid times, I try to avoid.

I had to return an item and Afaf helped me out with great service. Another staff member helped me with Twin XL sheet sets. Not as busy as before because of COVID-19, but still nice to visit a store and touch the products (especially linens for bedding)

I was searching everywhere (Target, Walmart, TJ Maxx...) for an electric skillet. I was going nuts. A friend finally suggested Bed Bath & Beyond and I was thrilled to find it there. Of course, I also got my 20% which made it all the sweeter.

I purchased an item in the store and they had to place an order online because they didnt have the item. No problem there, so they placed the order for me and charged me shipping for $2.99 (or so). Four days later I received the wrong size item, so I went back to the store to exchange for the correct size. They took back the item and placed another order for me, no problem there. Now, when they refunded me for the first item that they shipped the wrong item, they refunded me only the price of the item and they said that they dont refund the shipping I originally paid. I spent almost 45 minutes trying to explain to three different employee and manager that I should be receiving the full amount back including the shipping. (Lets say I spent $10 with shipping, they would ONLY refund me $7.) I couldnt understand why this was happening, its so clear that they sent me the wrong size item and they wouldnt refund me back the full amount. It was only $3, but the principal and the fact that they sent me the wrong item alone should be something that they shouldve taken take off. In fact, I shouldve been compensate for something after arguing that I shouldve been refunded me the FULL AMOUNT for their warehouse mistake. I was also stupid enough to paid for shipping again after placing the second order. That shouldve been complementary after this ordeal.

I love Bed, Bath and Beyond; a large variety, and I can always find what I need. Employee #127 helped me find what I needed; she spend time on computer for 10 mins finding the items color and at a reasonable cost. She was professional, efficient, and friendly. Thank you for all your help!

Employees kept sneaking up behind me and asking me if I needed help. I think they thought I was a shoplifter. I understand. Still had a great selection and really had what I needed in the end.

Clean, well lit store with so soo much. There is very little you may need that they dont have. If you need ideas for gifts, decoration, you simply have to come here. Plan on spending a little more time than you thought because there is so much to take in. BBB has TONS of stuff, even stuff that you didnt know you needed.

Christmas 25% discount was really good. Found everything we were looking for right after the move to a new home. Display of matching products for bath helped to find good design. But they run out of shower curtains of this design. Also one of the shower rod is defective. Gonna return it.

This is a fairly standard-issue Bed Bath and Beyond. If youre already a fan of BBB, then this location is like any of the others and shouldnt disappoint. This is not unique to this particular location, but I must say the liberal availability of their 20% off coupons is genius. Its what keeps me coming to their stores.

I love this place. I always buy more than I go in for because they have so much great stuff. I really like the 20% off membership deal. Its stuff youre going to buy any way and now you get a discount. Makes my more significant purchases a no-brainer going to this place. For instance I recently bought a new razor that was $300. I got a nice savings buying it at bed bath & beyond because the price was the same as other places and then you add in the discount. Always nice little sales and savings that you dont anticipate.

I like its 20% coupon that can be used at store or online. This store is not big but with lots of stuff. Easy parking outside. The location is pretty convenient because it is close to 280 freeway, Lawrence expressway, and Stevens creek Blvd.

This place always rocks. I picked up a new electric razor, coffee pot, and a few other things I needed. Love the membership where you get 20% off total order. I really suggest getting that if you go often as it pays itself up very quickly. I dont order online very often as I really enjoy wandering the aisles. Seems I always find something I want :-) notice I didnt say need LOL. This time I found a machine to help me clean the huge glass wall in my shower.

Generally this store has been very good, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I realize that this is the holiday shopping season but yesterday there were a few testy and irritable employees, not even trying to be professional and hide their frustration.I was at the customer service desk to return an item from an online order. The women who assisted me was clearly irritated after an exchange with her co-worker, and when I tried to be nice and said I can imagine its really crazy these days. Hope it gets better, she didnt respond and just huffed and rolled her eyes.Later as I was leaving the store after browsing, another employee was setting up a display and was complaining somewhat loudly, saying that shes just starting an 8-hour shift. I get that this is a stressful time of year, but employees being rude and vocal about their frustrations was really off-putting for customers.

So in love with this brand of everyday ware. Always able to find great deals.

It was a busy holiday weekend, shopping for drapes. We were able to get assistance in ordering drapes on line being delivered for my daughter. I watched someone shoplifting informed a salesperson. They were unable to stop them. Upon checking out I informed the clerk of my 20 percent off coupon for my entire purchase she was unwilling to apply. I was tired and in pain willing to argue. 400$ purchase

Customer service is very good - from helping me to find products, checkout, to making quick product exchanges or refunds, given that I often buy items online. All stores get a little tight when shopping major sales but the managers seem to have the process flow down well. I do not like the trend to add general merchandise, like shampoo and razors such so Im pleased that at this store, they still have more home goods. Wish the scented candles would go but overall, I have enjoyed shopping here.

This is a smallish Bed Bath & Beyond. They have most of the usual stuff, but their selection is a little limited compared to some of the mega size locations.On the other hand, you can find parking and getting around the store is not a marathon endeavor. I like it better than the huge stores for those reasons.

I love the service at BB&B. Sales clerks are always so friendly and helpful. It is a shame prices are so high compared to other stores, specially Amazon.

Maybe I arrived on shelf restocking day? I went in for pillow protectors. There were hardly any on the shelf and there were no prices marked on some so I hunted down a clerk and waited several minutes to get pricing so I could choose. Not my usual good experience in this store.
