My daughter is probably still a month or two away from doing her first purchase of a car for herself. We met with Amanda and sales manager Joe this evening to look at Certified Pre Owned options. They could not have been more helpful or applied less pressure. The car she drove tonight may not be there when she is ready, but we probably found the sales person and dealership she will be getting it from.

This service center has been doing maintenance for my MINI Cooper in past three years. Technicians are very professional and always follow the standard process doing the service. They communicate the todo items and never charge unexpected fees.Even if I went for accessory’s warranty, they still did some basic check on my car’s status and carwash. (Though my car just got maintenance 2 months ago.)The only improvement they need is to reduce the waiting time. And when the parts are not available, please let customer know at the first minute so customer won’t waste hours waiting for nothing to be done. However, technicians are profession and thoughtful.

Many thanks to my service adviser Long, who is following up my service. He did a wonderful work and saved me a lot of time. It was a nice experience have my car battery changed to new one and service done together without any cost.I would highly recommend Mini to my friends !!

Trent at MINI is by far the best. He is always helpful and kind and eager to help those in need. I always look forward to working with him as his knowledge of MINIS and his professionalism goes unmatched. I know that mini service is a little more expensive than my other cars I own like my Camry for instance but I dont get this level of treatment over at Toyota like I do with Trent at Mini! Completely efficient & thorough! MINI Stevens Creek correctly diagnosed my Cooper S and had it up and running in less than 2 work days. Ask for Hector. Be patient at this store, they are busy but trustworthy for sure!

Worst service ever encountered. We booked online for FIRST mini service for our new car. Online told us there was a courtesy car available we were surprised but ok with it. We drove almost a hour to the service dept and was told no courtesy car and need to wait for 2.5 hours. The service people was rude and treated us like you take it or leave, we are right and online were wrong. The supervisor gave us you can leave if you want, we dont like to serve you even one service guy promised to provide a courtesy car for us. I am not surprised because most of the car dealers did not provide a courtesy car for the first service. If I was told nicely I am ok to wait or rather drive my own car with me if I know. But the attitude of service people was worst compared to others and I dont want to come back again.

They did unauthorized work on my Mini at ridiculously inflated prices and flat out denied they were unauthorized. Who pays $420 for a battery (among other things) when their son is a mechanic! Work performed anyway was sub par - oil & coolant leaks were worse than prior to their repair plus the check engine light they diagnosed and fixed* continues to appear. Cost me over $2000 with another $2000+ they quoted but didnt do. Like I said when I told the service tech their quote was for more than half what my car is worth, I didnt want the work done - just the recall item I originally went for in for (at no charge of course, for the recall). Beware of your smooth talking service tech and expert mechanics. They are not to be trusted.

Very friendly and courteous staff

We always had good impression with Mini service when we lived on the east coast. After moving to Bay area and started going to get my car service at Mini of Steven Creek, the people here just totally dont really care about your car or you. My Mini had a recall. I made an appointment specific to get my car service for the recall. The service guy said the part was out of stock and he said he would call me when the part is available in about a month. Almost a month passed and I still hadnt got a call. So I dropped by at the service center and I found out there is a wait list and I wasnt even on the wait list. So the call back was a total LIE. They never cared about your car in the first place.

Just picked up my Mini after having the JCW exhaust adjusted and the JCW tune installed... Hector Salcedo in service was awesome! Great attitude, great customer service, great communication, great experience all around!! If I need ANY service work on my Mini I will be calling Hector right away! He is definitely a valued asset to this dealership! Ray in parts is excellent as well! Great attitude, communication and customer service as well! Well, when I came for maintenance first time, the service was good. But when I came back for Check Engine Light, the services is really bad. No one explained details, but just asked me bring car back after I left my car overnight. Wont go back anymore and it would be better to find a better mechanic.

Friendly workers. There is a free-to-use coffee machine, which has great coffee. The service was not quick but the people scheduled a shuttle for me

Everyone there was very nice, even though I misread my appointment and showed up a week early. Theres a lounge for waiting with coffee, tea, and water as well as comfy chairs and free wifi.

This review is for the Service dept. I was charged 99.00 for a check engine light. Where I could have went to o rileys or autozone and got a free diagnosis. 800 for a fuel pump. With no good advice from the service advisor. I love my mini but new car will not be a mini. Thanks for the lesson

Professional, honest. Sometime not communicate timely manner

Had a scheduled appointment @8am and was promised the shuttle would take me to work by 8:30. I did not get the ride until after reminding staff at 9:00am that I was still waiting in lobby for the ride.
