Big shout out to Bobby for getting me into a Mach E to test drive it, keeping me up to date with my order, working with my trade in and warranty transfer, and not trying to needlessly up sell me.Ive bought two of my latest cars from here. They were quick and efficient and didnt give me the run around to pointless upgrades or services. They actually sell me a car and warranty for my needs. Id definitely go out if my way to work with this dealership, especially when it comes to Ford vehicles.
We’ve had the best experience at a car dealership ever. I’ve placed my Bronco reservation with this dealership and they’ve been knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. With that said, I’ve bugged and test drove vehicles from them for a few months now and it always have been a pleasant experience. When it came to purchasing a Bronco Sport for my wife, they have been very insightful and helpful with the whole process. I can’t wait for my Bronco to arrive in a few months and we are looking forward to working with them again and in the future.

The service advisor and support staff were prompt, accurate in their analysis of several service issues for my F-350 truck and very helpful in every aspect of my service experience. My service advisor for the last three service appointments at Frontier Ford was Sam Ortiz. Sam was very helpful in every way possible and addressed every issue in an accurate, friendly, and prompt manner.

Ive had 2 minor services performed at Frontier Ford on my F150. It would be more but obviously, Im not driving it as much these days. I have to say that Im pretty happy so far with the service and the cost. Usually the dealer is known for overcharging for services but It seems like they have realized this. At least for now. The pricing for the minor service is about what smaller mechanics charge, maybe about $30 more which is okay to me.

Frontier ford is the reason that dealerships have a bad reputation. Everything they told me it was false in regards to getting my truck fixed and how long it would take. It was supposed to take to 2 1⁄2 days and ended up taking 5 days. He set me up with a supposed deal for a rental because the repair wasnt covered. That deal cost me $179 a day. The repair was only half done,1 was a 1 was a well known service problem with what they call it cam fees 1 was a well known service problem with what they call a cam phaser knock. Then there was also what I think is a timing chain problem. A different sound but scary because it sounds like a chain being dragged across metal. This happens at cold mornings and any cold startup. Well they fixed the 1 but made the other 1 worse. Needless to say I am extremely unhappy and after weeks of calling them to do something about this they just kept blowing me off. I will never go back to them I have told them so and I am getting my credit card company to reverse the charges and at least half of the repair. I can be Far. Bottom line do not take your vehicle to frontier ford ever. I will not ever do so again they have lost me for any potential future business. I have since discovered that triple A. has repair centers and that is where I will be taking my truck.
Not happy with the service today, they said my car was complete so I pay and go to get my car that is not pulled in the front I had to walk to the back.When did you start where customers have to go look for their car in the back where the other cars are being worked on?Then as Im moving out from the space a worker in a truck pulls in not enough space for two cars so I had to backup into the space I had just pulled out of because he didnt want to move .
It never ceases to amaze me how most non-luxury dealerships seem stuck in the past - I can’t think of any other high value item retailer where if you went in to spend $60k on a purchase, that it’s considered acceptable to leave you standing around waiting for someone for 10+ minutes. When the service eventually arrived, it was fine (thanks Jesus for doing a professional job). Compared to Tesla’s slick online sales experience, this feels like the equivalent of going to a Blockbuster to rent a VHS tape. Only reason it’s not 1 star is that Capital Ford’s service was even worse.

I had a wonderful experience with the service team at Frontier Ford. I went in for my 50,000 mile service and waited inside in their comfortable waiting area while it was performed. I had an appointment, and it only took about 2 hours, exactly what they estimated.My service advisor, Leo Caudillo, was very pleasant and professional. He recommended that I change my tires because they had finally worn down. Leo said I that they would price match if I shopped around and found a better deal for the tires. I looked a bit online when I got home and decided to just get them done at Frontier Ford. I contacted Leo directly and he set me up with a time to come in, offering to arrange and pay for an Uber back and forth from work on that day--how convenient! Everything went smoothly and now I have an awesome new set of tires! They even washed my car for me at no charge. Thank you, Frontier Ford!

I took in my vehicle for a comprehensive service (20,000 miles), and also wanted them to check on several components of the vehicle (battery, A/C, software). While the services were performed correctly, and charges were mostly reasonable, the service department did *not* inform me that any software update would cost me $235 in labor fees. Note to anyone coming here - it is completely *free* to update your software at home using WiFi or a USB drive. I figured there might be a minimal charge for this, but was never informed of this extremely expensive charge. Overall, this strikes me as a pretty shady dealer practice and a way to get some easy money. I would avoid coming here for anything beyond what is absolutely required. The service itself was good - but the pricing for some services is entirely unreasonable.
Frontier Fords service department did an excellent job during our last visit. They checked us in and serviced our car quickly. In addition to general maintenance applied the Zak coating. There was a recall and they checked it out and ordered the part and said they would notify us when it came in. When we picked up the car it was ready and they reviewed what was done during the service.
Went to get 4 new tires. Car was returned with grease marks & finger prints all over the rims. Tires looked like they were dragged through the dirt. Had to wait to get someone to clean the rims. No car wash.Very poor service considering I could have gone to a cheaper store and been presented with better results. Spoke to service manager the next day. Will update my review based on results from next visit.

I picked up a Mach E from Frontier Ford the past weekend.Rabeet and Jesus helped me with car and both were helpful.Update to my review:My review of the sales crew above still stands.I will caution buyers (if using Ford financing) to know the going interest rates and your credit score. Also, read the sales contract thoroughly, specially the extended warranty section.I was not interested in purchasing the extended warranty but the finance department lowered the monthly payment to only $4 additional per month to cover the warranties to which I agreed.What they failed to tell me is that due to my 800+ credit score, I qualified for their lowest interest rate of 2.25% vs. the initially quoted 4.75% (hence the lower payment). They used the lower payment as a sales strategy to cover the cost of the $3600 warranty.I am cancelling both warranties.

This is my second service for my 2017 Focus RS and its been good. This Ford dealership has the expertise to service Ford Performance cars. Ive taken my car to another Ford dealership that is closer but their mechanics are not well versed with the car. The only thing I wish Frontier Ford could be better on is having loaner cars for people whos cars are in for hours because there is nothing worse than waiting for a car for hours.
Frontier Ford had just the car I wanted. The personnel were helpful and gracious. Special kudos to Leo Valencia. Frontier Ford will be my new Ford dealership.

My service advisor was extremely friendly and welcoming. I was overall satisfied with my experience although I felt $130 to replace to map light bulbs was an unreasonable price but this is somewhat expected when going to a dealer and hopefully I got what I paid. The wait time was somewhat long but my service advisor kept me informed and let me know that they were busy. I understood and appreciated his effort.

Been meaning to do this for a few weeks now, but I just wanted to take a moment to thank Joel over at Frontier Ford.I was in the market to buy a new (to me) vehicle, and Frontier Ford had what I was looking for. I started with a phone call, which led to a video reply back, and an appointment to visit the store in-person.To make a long story short, I ended up buying the vehicle, and they helped me with juggling some cars around since I had my current vehicle sold to another dealership vs. trading it in.I’d recommend giving these guys a shot if you’re in the market for a vehicle.

Ive been searching for a Mustang for the last couple of months and given the current market conditions it has been a pretty stressful process. I had almost given up on finding the Mustang with the right specs and color I wanted; I did a search natiowide and there was simply no car that met the specs, the only option was to order one with the manufacturer and wait at least 3-4 months. Fortunately, I got a glimpse of hope, I found that Frontier Ford had the car in transit. I went to the dealership ready to pre-pay before the car hot the lot, but I was told that wasnt possible; however, Bobby took my contact information and promised me to call me as soon as the car hit the lot, honestly I was kind of skeptical, but to my surprise a week later Bobby called as soon as the car was hitting their lot so we started the paperwork, it was a pretty smooth and simple process, less than 24 hrs after Bobbys call I was driving my brand new car from their lot. Everyone was extremely friendly even though they was a lot of customers waiting. Everyone was being safe and cautious of others. They were able to fix everything needed on my car as well get me a ride to get a rental. There prices are very competitive and not outrageous like some people claim. The set of tires I had to replace due to Costco’s error were the same price of not cheaper through ford. Highly recommend this location. I’ve been to another and they scratched the under a rage aswell as the wheels. Our car is low profile Ford Focus rs. Gotta know how to handle her. Thank you for all your hard work

YuvRaaj made a lifelong customer in me by offering me exactly what I was looking for at a lower price than any other dealership, cutting through the BS, coordinating the team to patiently answer my questions and be very clear when I called them out on a couple of things, and dealing with it when the car had an electric issue. I had spent time with several other dealerships, and they all made me feel like I was being bullied. I think buying a new car should feel like Im winning! YuvRaaj made that happen. I went to another Ford dealer looking to get a CPO Ford Expedition and got the run around. Almost decided to buy a new one instead and kept getting treated like I was uninformed.With all that being said, I responded to an email from Frontier Ford the next morning at 9:45 am and by 2 pm I drive out of the dealership as the new owner of a 2020 Ford Expedition Stealth Edition. They presented a great discounted price and were reasonable with my requests. I am thoroughly pleased and will give a big shout out to Leonel Valencia - top notch salesperson who listens and works with his clients!!!

They do a pretty good job most of the time though on my last Zaktek appointment I had asked that they check my tire pressure. Whoever did the tire pressure lowered the pressure in all the tires so, as soon as I left the dealership a warning light came on saying low tire pressure and I had to turn around and get the tires re-inflated to their proper pressure, it was annoying. Of course I never got a survey asking me how my experience was. Being a former customer service index team leader, the first year BMW of North America had the program. With BMW anything less than excellent or perfect is a failure. One of the tricks or, methods we used to use was just not contacting those people we knew had a less than perfect experience. I know how the system works.I was the system. I may try Sunnyvale Ford next time on a recommendation from a friend. I believe when I worked at Peter Pan BMW we bought all our delivery vehicles from Sunnyvale Ford.
Service is beyond me. They cannot fix a simple bolt and play phone tag with us. No true sense of service of excellent.
Very straight forward process. All the Ford dealers in the area have a 4+ star rating. Ford knows how to own the customer experience. I brought in other numbers from other makes to try and use to negotiate. However, they stood their ground and did not match other makes prices. This is understood since the 2021 F150 I purchased is a highly sought after Truck.Overall it was a smooth experience with no pressure and great interaction. I would recommend friends and family to work with Frontier Ford.

I had shopped at another car dealership I had done business with in the past and had a truck already pick out, finanicing in place, and when I went to to finalize the purchase and pick the truck up, the manager told me I could not purchase the truck because they did not have the title yet!!!!! What a total disappointment!! The manager had me seat down with an associate and look at the other trucks they had available. I already knew what they had because I did my homework. So I told the assoicate no thank you, I told her my opinion of my experince with this store, and told her I was going to go to a Ford dealership! So I seached from the internet and saw the truck at Froniter Ford, and decided to go look, now this was after they were closed. As I got out to look round, one of their associates was walking to his car, and I asked him if it was ok to look, and of course he said sure, but instead of leaving to go home, he took the time to show me couple of thier trucks I was interested in. His name was Germen.Thanks to him and Leo, and the great service, I am a very happy Ford F150 owner, and I love it! So if you need a great place to shop! Please go see them. Janeene
They changed my 2008 F150 5.4L 3V spark plugs for $800. Its not frontiers fault these plugs and this engine configuration is risky for breaking off spark plugs. In fact there was a factory rebate notice to help with the cost. But it expired 4 years ago. Frontier ford was fast and efficient however.
The support provided by Jack Freitas and Mark Podesta was nothing short of superb. They were very knowledgeable, professional and mindful of my automotive needs, and made my shopping experience a delight by treating me very well. I am a Frontier Ford customer for life.

Well its 2017 and guess what I bought a Ford Explorer and SO SO GLAD I did as such a comfortable and reliable car. But what makes it GREAT is the after you buy car service. A huge shout out to LEO CAUDILLO who has made bringing my car in for service these past 3 years a pleasant one. He is the reason I will look at buying a Ford for my daughter. He returns calls promptly, ensures my car is 100%, and is very professional-Superior Customer Service!!!
-nothing was preformed in a reasonable amount of time-preformed services that i said not to do (lack of communication)-paid for services that i did not want-costs to much-if it is not a computer issue take it somewhere else-mechanic created more issues that had to be dealt with later on.- parts on back order until july 7th. really, grandma could get them sooner

He made sure to tell me Id be charged up front, even though I was in for a service bulletin repair issued by Ford. Makes no sense to me. I guess Ill bring documentation when I go back. He could of looked up the info but chose not to... The parts man was helpful and so was the cashier. Two of three is good, I guess. UPDATE: I contacted Eldin at Frontier, as Frontier requested in their response to me. He was VERY helpful and provided me enough details to understand the service bulletin I received. I dont even have to take the car in. THIS is the kind of support and service I was hoping for. Adjusting up to a five star review.

Frontier Ford is absolutely the WORST !! I was so disappointed by the customer service, lack of communication and foul treatment by their Service Department. After keeping my car for a week they ONLY did HALF the job. Then upon being notified that my vehicle was ready for pick up, when I go there they stick me with some unexpected charges and hold my car as ransom until the bill is paid, then keep me waiting almost 40 minutes until they could find my car to bring it to me. I would NEVER go there again and I suggest NO one else does either !!!
So Ive been too this Ford all my life. And Ive never had a bad experience until today. Over the weekend I took my Ford fusion into for the works. I know cause covid it might be a couple of days. Took the car in on Saturday evening, and was told by the service tenant Serena that my car would be ready to pick up on Monday. Monday came around no call, Text or email. It turns out She imput my email wrong, but my phone number was correct.. She explained to me sorry must have been a glitch in the system. (no it wasnt, she made a mistake and didnt want to own up for it) she did give me 30$ off my service, but unfortunately overall bad experience. And I have yet to receive an email for my service. Staff were friendly and helpful. All vehicles we looked at were as advertised, no major issues at all. Settled on fair pricing, low end of Kbb and as good as any we found at all the dealerships in the area. They were willing to bring the car out 40 miles to test drive and buy at our house which was awesome for us! The next day we noticed it was missing a floor mat and one of the interior handles, we called them up and they provided both parts at no charge. Still waiting on the driver door security code, they are working on finding it but say we might have to bring both keys back to the dealership get them updated. If they can find the code without that we’ll update the review to 5 stars, overall great experience!

I went to the Ford Dealership to see the Shelby 500 and Mo Irshid gave me great insights about two available Shelby and the Performance Trucks. He is very polite and professional young guy and if I decide to buy a car from this dealership, I would love to make the deal with him. He was very fast to make everything ready for test drives . I remember I used to wait 1 hour to see or test drive a car 3 years ago when I leased my Stinger. Definitely recommended
Top notch service. Always get the job done and are very polite. Came in a few times to just have something tightened up and they took care of it. Oil changes are quick. They even washed the truck after doing some maintenance work on center dash.

-The vehicle (2014 Ford Raptor Super Crew) was taken in for a 100k service as part of the final service purchased on the Ford Premium Maintenance plan. This vehicle is also covered under the Ford Extended Service plan. It was in good working order with no known issues.-During this regular service, the service technician took a shortcut from the standard procedure and cut away portions of my front inner fenders to gain easier access to the lower set of rear spark plugs (there are 16 total, 4 of which are hard to access as they are on the rear lower end). In cutting the fender, he also cut through my body harness, rendering the brake lights and rear camera inoperable (the vehicle is no longer road legal).-After the service was performed, the Service Advisor advised me the brake lights and camera were not working, despite the vehicle having no such issues when I arrived. He advised a $225 diagnostic to find the issue. As I had dropped off the vehicle and was not at the dealership anymore, it was not reasonable for me to personally inspect at the time and I agreed to have a diagnostic performed.-The Service Advisor advised the brake light bulbs needed replacing and this should fix the problem. I consented to the replacement of the bulbs.-The Service Advisor then advised the replacement of the brake light bulbs did NOT fix the brake light problem, and he would have another technician more experienced in electrical issues diagnose the problem.-The Service Advisor notified the body harness passing power to the brake lights and rear camera was severed. The Service Advisor sent photos of the damage to my email. He asked me if I wanted to repair it, with an estimate of $1000, to which I declined because I had not had a chance to personally inspect the damage myself.-Upon personal inspection it was clear the original technician had cut through the fenders to access the lower set of spark plugs, and at the same time cut through the vehicle harness rendering the vehicle unsafe to drive due to non-functional brake lights and backup camera.-I notified the Service Advisor of my finding and he said this was impossible because the spark plugs are on the top (this is false, again the 6.2L V8 has 16 spark plugs, 8 of which are on the lower end and 4 of which are hard to access without moving the fender).-I dropped off the vehicle again with the Service Advisor after showing him the issue in person, so he could explain it to the technician and service manager. I expected a full resolution of the issue including a refund of my $225, replacement of my fenders mutilated by the technician, replacement of the damaged vehicle harness with a new harness, and a new technician to work on the vehicle.-The Service Manager, Francisco Ramirez, made no accommodations to amend the situation, and was adamant that the damage existed before they received the vehicle. Francisco offered numerous excuses as to why the damage was not their fault, despite the damning evidence that the vehicle was fully functional until immediately after the service performed by the technician.-Due to the lack of issue resolution, I explained to the Service Advisor and Service Manager I would take the issue up with Ford Customer Relations.I am also taking up the issue with my credit card company, BBB, and all review websites to ensure people are aware of the poor business practices, unskilled technicians, and customer-last attitude of the Frontier Ford service department.

This place is the worst. I got my car maintenance for my Mustang, and then when I recieved my car there was a big nail punctured on my back left tire, Im honestly just glad that my tires didnt give out in the middle of driving..

There is always a problem and they dont take accountability for what they tell you. Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing.

I had been looking for a new vehicle and had previously had a Ford Explorer as a rental car and loved it. As my family is expending I wanted a 7 seater and loved what the explorer had to offer. I had started my search online do to COVID and had an amazing experience with Frontier. I had quick responses on the website. They brought the car to my front door for a test drive and I quickly got a call back after with the pricing and was able to go into the dealer to sign and take my dream SUV home. I have never had such a quick and painless experience with a new car. The team was amazing and I am so happy that I went through Frontier Ford.
My service advisor Leo Caudillo is excellent! He provided top notch customer service and was genuinely concerned about getting the issues with my car resolved. He should be cloned; Ford needs more like Leo.Leo was out sick and the woman replacing him was someone named Zejna. She never returned my calls, never bothered to update on the status of my car. She is the polar opposite of Leo.
My experience was very positive. They were very professional.
It was a exceptional experience and the team members went out of there way to accommodate me with not only the distance differential I.e. my location which was 275 miles away and the challenges with financing and other obstacles like the repo on my record and credit score challenges. They all at frontier ford went out of there way although a little disappointed with me for not allowing them to hard sell me a warrantee for an extra $6k that I didn’t feel was necessary as I was told by a dealership finance manager I think up in Las Vegas when I purchased a 2020 explorer ST in early July or late June from a Mr. Terry Mills @ Goudin Ford as he recommended against me ever buying that warranty package so that was one small reason I didn’t get that after market warrantee, the other is I simply was not planning on keeping the vehicle that long. I would never step foot back into Gaudin Ford nor would I recommend anyone, I would however buy more cars from Frontier Ford and recommend my closest work colleagues and friends. Spent over $2k to replace original Heater Core in my 2001 F150, 30k miles later it again failed. Replaced it again, 11k miles later it failed again. While I had driven only 11k miles, Frontier ford refused to cover the second Heater Core replacement under warranty since it had been over 24 months since the replacement was installed. Note, the original Heater core lasted 89k miles and was made of copper. The Frontier Ford replacement was aluminum. Frontier Ford was even willing to split the cost with me to get my vehicle on the road. I will never do business with Frontier Ford again and I was a customer for over 15 years, just spent $5k having a factory rebuilt Transmission installed in the same vehicle. This is how they treat their best, loyal customers. Dont make the same mistake I did, do not patronize this business.
Frontier ford is the best place to purchase a car. Their team was really friendly, courteous and honest. This is the second vehicle I purchase here and I will continue to come back here for more cars. Ivan in particular was extremely helpful and he showed us a few vehicles and went over all the options. In the end I choose the car that was best suited for all my needs and I am happy with the packages that were offered. Thank you frontier ford
