Great place for most all your auto repair parts. YES they are open to public . Just walk in and see associate at counter . You will get your part at a price you wont get elsewhere. China parts, bad customer service, dont stand behind their parts, dont follower their own policy. Mike is horrible manager, he hung up on me when I was asking for a refund on parts I returned over a week ago. Mike seriously needs some help and guidance. I have never been treated so poorly who spends thousands monthly at a parts store. To get treated like that to me is unacceptable. Also when I was order parts half the time they would be defective, miss-boxed, something wrong. As a mobile mechanic, I usually order the parts before going out to the job site. When my parts are wrong I look bad because of my parts store, So now fast can look bad for what they stand for.... Nothing good! I use car quest that continually beat quality, service, delivery times, and pricing! Thanks for nothing FAST!!!!

I have been dealing with this company for 15 years on and off the Recently I find out all their parts are junk they are not backing up warranty and they are very racist the customer service it sucks when they owe you money you have to chase your money for one month when you owe them money they dont even honor your check Im done with this b******* company wasting my time on their Chinese garbage parts
