Im not a Mechanic, but I grew up working on cars with my Father. I worked on my Van after it was stolen for three days, I figured out after the first day that it was an electrical problem, but couldnt find exactly where the problem was. I had it towed to Agnew Autocare the first day they found where the problem was, called me, the next day the problem was solved. The problem was with some the wiring to the computer was pulled out. My symptoms were No Spark No Fuel the motor would turn over.So, I give a Big Thank You to Agnew Autocare and everyone that works their for the FAST Service.

Great and fast service. Don (the owner) is very honest, professional, and extremely helpful with good advice on best fix for my car. I went there many times over the years with multiple cars and never had any issue or problem with their repairs or how much is costed. Highly recommend it.

The owner Don is very arrogant and rude and if you for Gods sake did not hear him for whatever reason- he will actually make faces in front of you that he is upset. Any questions to him-he gets confrontational and as if he is doing you a favor. I would avoid this place unless you like to be abused.

Not only was Don accommodating when I showed up without calling, my car was ready within 24 hours. An honest shop with quality work and friendly service. I won’t take my car anywhere else.

Bad trying to over charge they use to be different back in the day but now simple fix over charging

My boyfriend has been going here for the past couple of years and has had good experiences. When my car warned me that my brake fluid was low, I decided to take it to Agnew Autocare on his recommendation. I was really impressed with their service! I normally take my car to the Ford dealership but I think I will start coming here instead. The prices also seem reasonable to my boyfriend and I.

I have been to the shop a few times for a variety of reasons including repairs, smog check, tire issues. Don has a very good understanding of car mechanics and always took time to investigate and understand the issue and recommend the best option. I have taken several of my cars to the shop and always came out very satisfied. Sometimes he can be somewhat short with the customers, but I believe that a lot of it is because the shop is so busy most of the time.

They are thorough and friendly. We absolutely love Don. This place does NOT just have you pay for random repairs you dont need. They are trustworthy!

Don is very arrogant and rude. I went there for quick check up on my car and he shouted on my face. He asked me to withdraw money from nearby ATM and forced me to pay by cash.

Ive been going to Agnew Auto care for many years now as its very close to my work. Don has always been honest and fair in all his dealings with me. Im one to compare prices and verify the extent of work that is actually needed. His prices have always been very reasonable and the work is always done well. Hes done oil changes, brakes, tune ups, and other miscellaneous little fixes over the years and Ive never had a problem. This is why he is so highly rated and has tons of business.

Don is the best, most honest mechanic Ive ever worked with. I and anyone I know who needs their car fixed sees Don. He will be my mechanic for life.

The auto care shop is a really busy place. They are very good at taking care of their customers. Of course they have so many customers that you may have to wait a bit sometimes. Usually limited parking thats how much work they get.

I had the WORST experience here.Don (the owner) is very rude. Please do not go here, even if the prices are low. The customer service is not worth it. He didnt care what I had to say about my car or what I wanted to be done on it. He will say, I will look and see. That was the issue though, I think its very impolite that he dismissed me while I wanted to explain what I needed done on my car. Don rudely did this on multiple occasions.My breaking point was him looking at me dead in the face and saying, Dont waste my time. All I did was ask for the price of how much it will cost to have my catalytic converter replaced versus just welding it. I didnt know much about cars and I was hoping to get a mechanics opinion so that I can decide on which option was best for me. It was important because I want to know where my money is going.I was polite the whole time (as I always am, I dont have it in me to be rude to strangers lol) so him being rude is a whole different matter. Its definitely not just from him having a bad day. Its just his personality. After my experience with Don, I decided to check out yelp & google reviews and I am not surprised to say that SO MANY people gave this place a bad review for their customer service because of HIM.My manager was the one who actually recommended me to this place. Her husband and her have been going here for 6/7 years so I figured it must be worth it. I think its because the prices were good. When I arrived at the shop, I saw why they were low.Im not sure if it had to do with race but a few reviews said hes racist to Asians. One review even quoted Don saying he doesnt respect Chinese people. Im not Chinese but I am a mix of Vietnamese and Cambodian and he treated me with disrespect from the beginning. My manager and her husband are Caucasian/white and told me that they receive the best customer experience from here. Again, Im not sure if race has anything to do with his rudeness but I wouldnt be surprised if it was.Anyway, I had the WORST experience here and I dont care about spending a little extra to go somewhere professional where they actually do good mechanic work and treat you well.I was looking forward to finding a good mechanic that I could go to anytime something was wrong with my car and this place is so conveniently close to my work. I am definitely not going to be a returning customer.I urge anyone who is considering to go here to look at all the reviews about what people have to say about their work/customer service.If youve reach the end, thank you for taking time to read all this. I would give them a 10+. We were there for a dance convention from out of town. When I went out to start my car it would not start. I called AAA. They sent 2 different companies to try to start the car. They jumped it with no success. Then one of them started hammering on my alternator with a hammer and said my starter and alternator needed to be replaced.Finally I had it towed to Agnew Autocare since they were one of the few repair shops in the area that could get me in and guaranteed to repair my vehicle the same day so we could drive home. They looked at it within 15 min. and gave me an estimate and told me it would be completed in an hour. Not only did they keep their word on the time for the repair, they also came in under the estimate they had given me. It was just a bad battery and they had to replace the battery leads.These guys were friendly, honest, and saved our trip. Now I know why they had a line of vehicles when my car arrived at their shop! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone for all their automotive needs whether it is regular maintenance or repairs!! I am a hard customer to please and Agnew exceeded all my expectations and then some!! Jill

Told me my radiator was cracked took my car to another shop got a second opinion and was informed that it was just the cap and it was the only thing wrong with my car. My radiator was never cracked just a meltiled gas cap. Money hungry people

Don is amazing, gets work done fast and well!Became committed after a Job that would have taken 10 minutes and cost me $200. Don took me back, showed me how to do it myself for $15 and sent me on my way.

Don and his crew work on my 2 vehicles and also on many vehicles for my friends. They have done excellent work and do some in a timely fashion and at a very reasonable price.In my case, I have had extensive work done for struts, axles, clutch, catalytic converters, oil and camshaft seals, AC, cooling, and exhaust service as well as tuneup/maintenance. Pretty much a bit of everything on my 2 old vehicles, one of which is 24 years old and the other is 12 years old, both with 250K+ miles.I usually am able to stop by and have the car looked at right away and often serviced the same day.Don is a straight shooter and tells it like it is. I highly recommend him and his crew to anyone.

Too expensive, bad attitude and behavior, if you pay with credit the fee is almost doubled, in my case 18 dollar cash or 30 dollar credit card. Somebody has to take a look into this store see what’s going on and why is this the case. I just went there to have my tire pressure checked, and suddenly he said there is a nail in your tire. He said cash or credit, it took me two three minutes to get cash and he was already done repairing tire !!!! I really don’t trust this place, never will go there again. Hope whoever is responsible, check this place

Awesome service from Agnew Autocare. I came in with a low pressure tire, and the mechanic took a look at it immediately even though he had other cars to work on. Within 15mins the nail was pulled out of the tire and it was repaired for under $20. Very impressed :)

Had a screw in my tire. They checked to see if it was leaking and explained that if it was the tire would have to be replaced and couldnt be patched. They werent able to replace it, but recommended a couple of places nearby that could.

PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE! The man named Don is totally rude to people, I came there for a tire gas fill. He didnt hear what I want to do (I already told him when arrived) and just said to me dont repeat again and again, then I wait for 20min. I told him I only need the tire gas fill. He then asked me to go away said we dont do this. He was very rude, provide ridiculous service. I think he is even Racial Discrimination to asians.

Will straight up lie to your face and fear sell you service and make up things that sound catchy and over charge. I guess if you have a lot of money and dont care what they guy tells you and if you dont care about your car this is the place to go to.

Found them initially on Yelp and decided to give them a call. All I needed was a basic oil change and rotation of tires. Don (owner) was very straight forward and friendly. Pricing was very fair and I felt really taken care of. The service was very quick and after he even did a walk thru with me to show me that I might be in need of some shocks in the future. Now a days its hard to find a business that isnt looking to make as much money as possible on you. Honest, friendly, and efficient! Ill definitely be coming back and I will also being telling my friends and family about Don and his team of great mechanics.

The air conditioning was not working, took it to Midas no luck. Took to another mechanics no luck. Then I took it to Agnew and the owner took one look and said it is the condenser. He replaced it and it is working great.

So I called in for a question to see if they do tire change and the old asian guy said No! we dont do tires! And just hung up on me disrespectfully. I came here for an oil change twice. I let them use my oil and kept the container I bought. I let that slide though. Im never coming back for an oil change.
