After many attempts to get appointment to get my 35k service due to their system upgrade. There’s no pricing for the service posted anywhere. Even when I drop off the car. Toyota $35k service was $60 as it’s really just tires rotation and the rest is just inspection. Lexus surprises me with the final payment if $225! While I’m happy with the service. Their pricing need to be a little more transparent
Staff were all professional and courteous starting from the moment you check in. I had Tommy as my service advisor and he was awesome. I wasnt sure what service I needed on my car as it hadnt been serviced in a long while. Tommy suggested that I do the basic maintenance and if any red flags come up during the inspection process, he would call me. He did reach out to me regarding my battery and dirty cabin filters an hour later. He was not pushy or pressure selling me into having anything done if I didnt want to. I really appreciated that. If you need your vehicle serviced, bring your car here and ask for Tommy!
Always received great service and follow up from Stevens Creek Lexus service. On my 2nd IS lease will probably get another when this one expires. Service pre pandemic as well during have been awesome. Had another high end European car before. Lexus service is so far superior.
Service representative was very professional. Updated me of the progress periodically. Took care of the recall.In general, the staff were very polite and helpful.Only problem I faced (also during my earlier visit) was the waiting time for vehicle delivery after payment. This time the young man appeared quite arrogant and didn’t even hand me over my car key. I had to run after him but he took it inside and walked away.Although I was not a part of it, but I also observed a similar incident earlier, while waiting for my loaner.It seems that there is some level of frustration and discontent among your staff in the lower level.
Michael was very professional in helping me with my starting problem. Replacing the battery resolved the issue. Also diagnostic testing was done and a few more issues was identified and will schedule a follow-up appointment soon. Furthermore, they paid Uber services to take me home and pick me up when car was finished. Oh, thank you Lexus for washing my car. Aloha...

I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to! I’ve been getting my car serviced through Lexus in Santa Clara since I moved here two years ago. My friends would always tell me to maintain it at local mechanics since they were cheaper- but I declined. I liked knowing Lexus had all my records and I knew I would be taken care of and safe.This proved true just the other day. I got a nail in my tire and it was flat. I was super sad since I had just replaced all tires almost 6 months ago. I called in and the very kind receptionist told me I could come in since it was an emergency. Driving on my flat, I was very stressed. However, I pulled in, got me car in with new tires covered under warranty. They gave me a loaner for 2 days so I could still do my adulting.All I have to say is, everyone who helped me that day helped more than they knew. Even though I may be paying “more,” it’s worth the excellent service. Thank you!!!

Made an appointment. Decided to wait it out. Service rep told me hed find me when my car was done. After about 45 mins, saw my car parked outside. Thought theyre probably not done with it, so I waited. After 20-25 minutes I decided to reach out to another service rep walking by. He said to wait in line. So I waited in line. Made my payment and got my keys after about 30 more minutes. Place was busy. I was made to wait 2 hours, when I could be done in 45 minutes. The service rep never reached out or tried to find me. He was busy in his office.I was treated better at Honda and Toyota dealerships. This is not what I expect at a Lexus dealership. Very disappointed and will never be coming back to this service center again. Very unprofessional.
Lexus Stevens Creek Service is one of the best places to go. More likely you will get serviced even without an appointment. Waiting times are reasonable and they have a very friendly staff.I have been several times there and always got reasonable response and attention.Car wash is pretty good there too.
Usually I love Lexus of Steven’s Creek Service. I think they are growing too fast or have sort of lost their client focus. I bought my second Lexus from them. My first Lexus was serviced only at this facility. I bought a new Lexus in December from Steven’s Creek Lexus. I have a small issue that I am not happy with and have been waiting for a response for two weeks. I have called and left a follow up message. Really don’t know why I haven’t had a call back. I guess, they don’t realize I can take my car to other dealers for service.
All my concerns were addressed. Samson was my service advisor and kept me informed on additional maintenance that needed to be taken care of soon. Samson was able to accommodate my request and get the vehicle done on a timely manner. Would definitely recommend Samson and Lexus of Stevens Creek. 10/10

This was my first service on my new car. I was kept updated about the progress every step of the way. I appreciated the loaner vehicle being the same model as mine. That’s nice because I didn’t spend time trying to figure out where the controls were in an unfamiliar vehicle. Good job!
I had a very good experience at Lexus Stevens Creek Service. I took my RC 350 in for scheduled maintenance and was given a very nice RX 350 as a loaner. The service agent called me later the same day to inform me that the service was done and that he recommended new rear tires and a new battery. I okayed the items and agreed that I would pick up my car the next day because they had to order the tires.The next day there was an issue: the technician had ordered front tires instead of the larger rear tires, and they would have to be reordered. The rear tires were also significantly more expensive but, since they had quoted me the lower price, they absorbed the extra cost.My car was ready the next day and pick-up was easy. So even though there was an error that cost an extra day, I was able to use their loaner so there was no inconvenience to me and, most importantly, they acknowledged their mistake and took care of it, instead of trying to tack on extra cost after the fact. I really appreciated how they handled that issue and generally how professionally they run their business.
The service department did a 110,000 mile service and check-up on our 1997 Lexus ES. Found a problem with the hoses, we authorized their replacement. The dealer acquired the replacement hoses used for the 1997 car and installed them. The car now runs as if it is brand new, and we have confidence it is safe to drive too, despite its age and mileage. Randy, the service advisor, was great. He was efficient, knowledgeable, answered my questions, and kept us informed about the status of the repair. There was no charge for the loaner car, a late model Lexus ES.

Went in for 85000 mile maintenance. Took my car early, had courtesy car ready, went over service to be performed, told approx time when ready. Called to tell me car was ready 2 hrs before original estimated time. Very satisfied with overall service and personnel
They are fast to take your information and get you leaving for them to service it in a short time. I had a loaner, and it was conveniently located nearby. I had 10,000 mile service done and a recall fixed. I will very happily use them again!

My drop off was at 7:45AM and my car wasn’t done until 3:50PM…for an oil change that’s just ridiculous.I called “Deep” 5 times that day on 3 separate hours with no avail. I was at work, and don’t have the option to just get up and walk out to get my car whenever I want. This is why I kept calling so I could plan it correctly.He called me to pick up my car at 3:50 10 MINUTES before the station closed.Very unprofessional and they lack basic communication skills.
Im please with the Auto Service Dept as well as the customer service and professionalism of Ramsin, but my petty complaint is that after buying tires and spending $987 in total charges, they didnt bother wiping/cleaning the new tires. The tires looked powdered. This would have taken no more than 5 minutes to clean. Other than that everything is fine.
Like usual, the service department continues to be stellar at Stevens Creek Lexus. Aside from routine maintenance, they were able to solve a very elusive intermittent problem with persistence and focus. If anyone is considering a new or used purchase from SCL, keep in mind that service is the other half of the equation for a great ownership experience. You won’t be disappointed.

Service Advisor Randy was fantastic. He was very friendly, professional and upbeat. Jess was also fast and friendly. Jess got me into my loaner car so fast. I think I turned my car in and left in a loaner car, all in under 10 minutes! I prepaid my balance online. When my car was ready, I turned in the loaner car and was back in my car in under 5 minutes! Amazing! I later attended a BBQ party and I just had to tell everybody how great my experience was at the Lexus Service Dept. This makes me proud to be part of the Lexus family.

I brought my car in for scheduled recall maintenance, and the entire team was extremely professional. They were efficient, kind, and very communicative with progress/updates. Randy Solomon in particular, who was my service consultant, was giving me constant updates and was a pleasure to work with. The small gestures were also highly appreciated, like when I picked my car up, they had washed it, vacuumed the inside, and filled up my gas tank! Overall a very happy experience and I would highly recommend this location!
Extremely fast and professional check in. Service advisor, Michael Nagy was polite and friendly. He was on target with the time it would take and called to let me know when my vehicle was finished. The only thing I would change is the amount of time customers wait once done at the cashier. Wait time for vehicle to be brought up was over ten minutes. Other than that it was great!
This was a very different experience from my past experiences with Lexus. Usually everyone is very pleasant and helpful. This time around, the communication was lacking and it almost seemed as if no one cared. No one was able to give me a quality answer to the questions I asked. I’m not sure what it is or was but I was very unhappy with my whole experience and I will not return to Stevens Creek again. I will drive out of my way if that means I will receive better service and be treated better.
They were so understanding in looking at our car, without an appointment, on the Friday before the July 4th weekend (observed on Monday). We came in around 1 hour before closing and they said the check system light was important and they so kindly offered me a loaner. They diagnosed the issue and had it fixed in a timely manner.

Mike was very helpful. I came here for my LEXUS IS. When Mike walked up to my car he was friendly, asking what questions what I needed today. He made sure with his 10+ years as a service advisor I was given the best experience. Mike was able to walk me through what they are working on, I asked him to check on additional items such as my hood and to fix my key battery. As time went on, he informed me when my car was done and what they worked on. I picked up my car and Mike met with me again to reassure me my car is in good hands. Thank you Mike for your help! I was prompted greeted. The service manager was very knowledgeable about my vehicle. I had my 30K service which was done in a couple of hours. This was great!
Setting up my appointment was very simple. Once I arrived, the service was prompt and efficient. Deep was an amazing service writer and even offered to drop off my vehicle to my house. They go above and beyond and I will be going back for additional work soon.
I was told wait outside and they would bring out the car in a few minutes. It actually took 30min - worst part was when I asked for an update after 15min I was told there is a long list. Where did this list come from if the original estimate was a few min?!
Ignition issues were fixed about 5 months ago but began to sporadically reappear. My Service Advisor Deep made an appointment for me to return, setup a beautiful loaner vehicle. The Service department identified that the previous repair was up to their standards, replaced the appropriate components, and had me on my way i less than 24 hours ... at no cost to me. Awesome experience with consummate professionals.

I brought my car in for its service and was received quickly. I opted for the first available concierge and didn’t have to wait long before Samson came out to start the process. He was friendly and very clear in the service I was scheduled to receive. Additionally, because I had the prepaid maintenance packages, Samson made sure I used the package effectively. I also appreciated the work by the mechanics who noticed my battery needed to be replaced. After confirming with Samson, they were able to do the additional work and still return my car to me on the promised time. Overall, I received the service I have come to expect from Lexus.
I bought my first Lexus ES330 from Stevens Creek 15 years ago, and always do the maintenance there until I it was almost 240,000 miles. I bought a GS 350, and very happy to do the maintenance here. Basic service was okay but picking up my car was a horrible experience. When it came time to pickup my car it took over 35 minutes from the time I paid to the time they brought out my car. Why text me that my car is ready if it takes so long to bring out. This never happened before in my many previous visits. Perhaps quality has gone down during pandemic.
From the greeting, communication, work itself, and closing, its pure Lexus delivery at highest levels as one would like and expect. Ive been to 3 Lexus dealer service centers, and Stevens Creek is top 2. I took my car in for pre sale inspections. In the future definitely will do more business.Thanks for the good experience.

Ive been coming here for seven years now to work on my IS250. They have a free loaner car program that is very convenient and allows me to go about my work. Its also a fun way to test drive newer models. Staff is courteous and professional. They call you when they say they will and explain your service options and dont talk down to you.

Post-COVID, I took my car in for maintenance and to have two wheels refinished. I was promptly checked in and given a loaner car. I was kept advised of the progress. The car was done as promised. The refinish on the wheels was great.

Courteous service. Requested one minor repair at check in and it was ignored. In spite of multiple check lists the stuck mirror was not discovered nor addressed. So paid for more than the value, but they were nice about it.
Always great and punctual service. this was a major service, I picked up the car when it was done but the steering wheel was wobbling when I got on the freeway so I took it back to get that checked out… And they gave me another loaner… Just am waiting now… Not sure what the outcome will be… Normally they fix it just fine… Very professional I have always taken my very used 2000 RX300 Lexus there to the dealer....End result: they found the tires were over 30k miles old with uneven wear, had had spare-tire-in-a-can put in two them (in the past...by me, who knows when...) and recommended replacing them with Michelins with an alignment... the car now runs smoothly even at high speeds, so it was worth doing it.

I have been bringing my car for any services from a small job to a big job and routine checkups. The dealer has been consistently delivered phenomenal services that were over my expectations for ever single time.The most recent I had brought In for a flat tire patch and since it’s under warranty and a service guy (Randy) looked up my records and no question asked and automatically replaced a new tire and have a car rental ready for me no waitwhich I thought it’s kind of nice to have a one shop stop for car service needs and not to worry anything...Thanks the crews at Lexus on Steven Creek.
Please bear with me as I will try to be succinct. In February 2020, on Superbowl Sunday, I flew to South County Lexus in Mission Viejo and bought a used 2013 LS 460 L. As I drove the car back to San Jose, the car drifted to the right. For the first couple of hours of driving, the problem didnt register. However, after about 4 hours, my shoulder and arm were tired because I had to constantly apply pressure to correct the drifting. When I arrived to San Jose, I put the car in storage and forget about the problem. In June 2020, I took the car out of storage and started to drive it every day. I was reminded of the car drifting to the right. I made an appointment with Randy Solomon at Stevens Creek Lexus for what would only hopefully be just an alignment. Everything was easy and professional: checking the car in, getting the loaner, and describing the problem. I left the car over night. Due to COVID the service center closed at 4pm. When the car is done you will get an email like this: Thank you again for trusting your vehicle with us. We are writing to let you know that your vehicle is now available to be picked up. A copy of your invoice is attached to this email. You can either pay when you pick up your vehicle, or you can take advantage of our new mobile payment option. Routine maintenance took less than three hours. Smooth Guest reception handover. Whole handover process took less than 5min including getting the loaner car (nice and clean Lexus car).If you have your appointment, go straight to the right side of the entrance and you’ll be taken care of.They practice social distancing cautiously.

My husband and I took our 2020 RX350 here to do the 5000-mile maintenance. Tommy Luong was our service representative. He professionally answered all our questions about the car. The overall handover process was quick and we were also offered a loaner car. Our car was ready an hour earlier than they promised. Car returned with cleaner exterior. But later we got home just found out there is a minor scratch on the left rear door. To be honest we are not 100% sure the scratch was not there when we left our car to them, but as this has happened to us, I think they should do a walk-around car inspection with clients and mark any damages/scratches before taking the car. This is our first car and first maintenance so we have no experience about the whole process. Next time we will definitely ask for it if they don’t do that.

Service was very courteous and prompt. I received a loaner car and there was confusion about the mileage limit although the contract I signed doesnt indicate the maximum number of miles. My car was returned washed and cleaned. All Covid protocols were followed so the experience was very safe.
