I have purchased my last three cars from BMW Stevens Creek, and I always take my cars here for maintenance. I recently purchased my most recent car from this dealership in July, and have already had a couple of issues, but each time I have taken it to BMW Stevens creek the service staff is always very understanding, and make a effort to make sure I am updated on the status of my car, that they finish the car in a timely manner, and that if I need a loaner I get one. On my most recent visit I didnt even have an appointment, but they took my car. I really appreciate the professionalism, and caring attitudes of the staff!
One of the main reasons I bought a second BMW when I needed an SUV was Ken Evan. He has been taking car of my cars for the last 12 years. He continues to go out of his way to give me good service. He answers my calls, gets me an appointment at my convenience and gets me in and out as quickly as possible. The car comes back to me runnning well and very clean!
I have a 2016 750i that has ~40k miles on the car. The check engine light came on and the problem is a $60 motor that controls a flap on the grill that opens and closes to improve warm up and fuel efficiency which is apparently covered under a service bulletin for every g series car except mine. The service technician was fantastic and explained the situation and recommend that I escalate with BMW directly because it did not make sense. With that said, after a discussion where the customer service manager mocked me for having a lease return vehicle, I am done with BMW and their poor customer service. No wonder these cars depreciate like a rock. Over engineered and BMW does not stand behind their product.
Needed to bring in my vehicle to replace the valve cover which was supposed to be covered under BMWs SULEV warranty. My service advisor, David Khoung, took care of me promptly and let me know exactly what they were going to do with the vehicle. After I left, David made sure to keep me posted as necessary. Pick-up was also quick and painless. David was super efficient and throughout the process, I felt I was in good hands. Thank you Stevens Creek BMW Service Center and a huge shout-out to David K. - youve made a loyal fan out of me!
My service advisor Tamir did an amazing job as usual. He kept me updated me on what was going on with my car. The work was completed quickly. I was very happy with my last service visit.

Upon arriving, I was promptly greeted and assigned to a service advisor. Ken reviewed the services to be completed and kept me posted throughout the day. The process was easy from start to finish.
We arrived for our confirmed appointment a few minutes early. We were immediately greeted by a rep who located our Service Advisor, Frank. Frank knew what we were there for, and our car was checked in quickly and efficiently. The appropriate services were performed and our car was back to us within the projected time frame. The entire process went very smoothly, and it was a very positive service experience.
Frank Moreno, our mechanic, was welcoming and professional. Stayed in touch when car required more time to service than previously thought it would need. Very satisfied.
The process for bringing your car in for service at SC BMW has been made so streamlined--theres less room for errors or time wasted. April was a very agreeable and professional service rep. It was a pleasant surprise to be served by someone who looked like me (45+, female) in this setting. I appreciated how quickly she grasped my concerns and priorities for my car.

Bought a used car. The sales person was very courteous. He meticulously provided all the details in the email within my budget. He followed up and provided clarification patiently. When I arrived at the dealership, he had the cars ready for test drive. Expedited the process with diligent follow-ups with his colleagues. Overall experience was very good.
Got my BMW X5 Service done here. Everything was explained step by step to me, they got permission for each task that was due and completed all permitted tasks on time. They did find some issue during checkup, arranged a loaner for few more days & completed that repair as well. Everything was handled very Professionally by advisor Christopher Ramirez & his team.
Justin Carlos provided excellent customer service from scheduling the car for service through the completion of the repairs. At all times he kept us aprised of what repairs were needed and we felt very confident by having the car serviced at the dealership.The computerized communication along with compiling the estimate is both great, but also confusing. The great part is receiving photos and videos of items requiring attention or repair; the confusing part comes with revisions of the original estimate - one has to approve or decline previously noted recommendations and repairs as well as approve/decline any updated recommendations or repairs. This leads to missed items previously found/approved and then only comes back as a surprise when they appear as approved in the final invoice.

Courteous, efficient and friendly.I had subtle issues with the steering (hit a deep pot hole) and the feel of the brakes.I am an engineer and like things to be right. After 40 years of BMW experience I am fussy.I was not sure if these were problems that would be taken seriously.But the car came back perfect - a pleasure to drive, as after more than a dozen over the years I had come to expect and appreciate.
David is always such a pleasure to work with and these guys always take great care of my car. BMW is an expensive vehicle to own (even with maintenance plans and extended warranties) but I also feel the value anytime I need to bring my car in for service. Ive tried other BMW service centers but keep coming back to Stevens Creek because of their service...and I now live 70 miles from there so that should say a lot!
As always it was a pleasant experience. I had an appointment to get my car serviced and as soon as I pulled up I was greeted. Kelsey was my service rep and she was ready for me when I arrived. I always appreciate the quick and excellent customer service.
The team at BMW Stevens Creek are very helpful and supportive. Alec, sales consultant, is very knowledgeable, answered all our questions satisfactorily and made sure we get a great experience from the moment we started our car hunt all the way until we drove off the parking lot.Also Livia in the financing department is very professional and makes sure you don’t leave her office without explaining everything clearly and sets you in the right track.Great team and would definitely recommend to those looking for a BMW ride.

I had an excellent experience here. Matthew was my service advisor and he had exceptional customer service and always kept me in the loop. They hooked me up with a rental when they knew the car wouldn’t be done in a day and everything was transparent in the service and price. I always take my car here because of the service motto.
I called David to bring my BMW 540i in for service and he was able to get me in within the week and get me a loaner for the day. David is very professional and personable. The service was done by one which gave me plenty of time to pick up my car. They even washed my car which was a very nice touch.
Advisor did an excellent job to get my car in on a Friday night before the shop closed as my car was coming off the tow truck. He was able to determine the issue which was a broken coolant hose. Car was serviced on a Saturday and ready for pick up on the same day. Kudos to Advisor and team~
This is the first time that drove off my BMW out of SC BMW parking lot without a courtesy car wash after paying big bucks for services. This is really not a good service.No Thanks SC BMW.
Ask for April. She has never let me down.
I went for my oil change appointment @0845 and arrived 0836. Waited 20 minutes and Frank, the service agent told me it would take about 2 hours for the service. So I waited and waited. Then Frank a told me that the cap was missing from the gasket. Seriously? We had our oil change from them last year which means theyre negligent. 2 hours went to 3 hours and every time I would ask how much longer, he kept saying 15 minutes more So, another service agent asked me where the paperwork was and I said Frank never gave me any paperwork . So they had to hunt Frank down because he was nowhere to be found which caused more delays. To make the long story short, I left @1336!. 4 hours just for oil change? You got to be kidding me!
Friendly and professional each time I go to this dealership. I’ve bought several cars here and they really work with you, not much haggling. I decided to wait for maintenance repair in their nice new lounge and enjoy a cup of coffee. It didn’t have to wait long today . Thank You 😉 P.s. they have the best cup of coffee ☕️

Came in for oil change on my ‘ 08 BMW. Got all the work done for $149.00 (promotion), and was on my way in less than 90 minutes. Would have been even faster if they hadn’t taken the time to throw in a surprise free car wash. My car really needed the wash! Looked so much better when I picked it up.

I took my BMW for a maintenance service at this location. Ken Evan was my advisor and he provided good quality of service. I appreciate his knowledge and he was very professional. I would recommend Ken and this location.
Although they didnt charge, this dealership car wash and vacuum is a joke. I dont know why they even mention that they will do. Car is still dirty, my 5 year old can do better vacuum than one they do. I bring the car, I still have to vacuum it.
First multi-point inspection came back with lots of errors and wrong data. I was told all my brakes need to be changed although my March inspection showed that I had good breaks. They had to reinspect to confirm that the brakes are in good condition. If I hadn’t questioned the data I would have replaced good brakes for thousands of dollars. Same thing with Engine Gasket Oil Leak. The latter was reported in a March inspection and supposedly fixed back then under warranty. They reported it again this time and when I inquired, they rechecked and said it could be some old oil and not actual leak. Need to go back after 1000 miles to check again.
The car check engine came on while traveling, the service department was amazing at Stevens Creek. They were able to get me in quickly and make the repair needed the same day knowing I was about travel back home to Las Vegas. When Im in the bay area Stevens Creek BMW will always get my business!
Ran diag; replaced my 12V battery; found other issues and asked if I wanted serviced which i declined. Their e-mail tool for response and feedback is pretty cool. very easy to use and quick.

The issue got resolved very fast.I also loved the new feature you added in the process of servicing my car which is the video explaining what was going on with my car .Overall I was very satisfied with the service .
The car maintenance was performed on time. The service personal was attentive and courteous.My only complaint is that the car wash and interior cleaning was done really sloppily. I wouldn’t expect it from BMW service center.

Stevenscreek BMW is awesome and their service is impeccable. But the quality of BMW parts have gone down drastically. The part which I came for fixing is a replaced part of an earlier failure. This is the 3rd same part getting replaced.Which puts the face of BMW in a bad shape.
I had a great experience. The salesman that helped me answered all my questions, was not pushy, and allowed me to test drive the car I was curious about and ended up purchasing in the end. I would definitely buy another car with him in the future.

Compared with other dealers, this is a valet type of check-ins and service. Compared with previous BMW Service visits, same high quality, valet-type service. Missing donuts - COVID19 destroyed this perks. No desire to wait in waiting-room but a very spacious waiting room w/plenty of chairs and tables. Free coffee, hot/cold wafer + amenities, and Wi-Fi for those that wants to wait while their car is getting service.Try to go early for faster service. My 40k miles service started at 7:45AM (check-in) and completed by 10:07AM (9/11/21).
My car oil change notification is still popping up which leads me to doubt the work was completed as expected. This is not the first time this shop has failed to work on my vehicle as scheduled.

I had a check engine light on, scan the code and it was due to a shutter not working properly. Made an service appointment, and the light went away on its own before I dropped the car. I explained the issue and they replaced the part within the same day.

I arrived at 10am for my 10:15 appointment and was not seen or acknowledged by my an advisor (Chris) until 10:50am. This was by far the longest wait I had had to just be seen by an advisor. Chris told me that he was working with another client and that he was busy, I wish he had transferred me to another advisor. There were three advisor that were not busy when I arrived.
Great service from drop off to pick up. Faster than usual, was happy about that.
