The staff was wonderful and able to answer all my questions. Beautiful showroom too. Lots to look at. Definitely buying our shower door and mirrors from them. Very excited to get them installed.

Friendly and quick service.

Quick and easy and got an appointment for a measure on Monday after my visit on the Saturday before.

I’ve used this company in the past and they were reliable and provided a good service. They no longer have their act together. They loose paper work, send installers that can’t install their product and then make ridiculous excuses. Don’t use this company they are a nightmare now!

1 star- Billing, schedule, service, and overall experience. Quality of door and and external contractors used met expectations. Highly recommend finding another supplier.

Great Company...

Unfortunately we had a really difficult time communicating with South Bay Showers. It took many calls to nail down when they were coming. After they installed the shower door in December 2016, we were happy with the glass and the mirror we ordered, but noticed a gap where the hinges were placed against the wall. I called them, and they said the installation group would call us back. They did not. I waited until beginning of this year to ping them again, and they again said the installation group would call us back. Three weeks later, no luck. So unfortunately for us, weve had a really bad customer service experience with them.Edit: They did get back to us eventually, and it was taken care of in February 2017. Please have a good level of patience.

Just another shower remodel place. They used to give away the plastic pieces that fit around the shower door and now want to charge $8 for them.
