I came into this store to see if they have silk pillow cases. The employee told me there is a set of two pillow cases pure silk for 100$ -20 percent off. She confirm there where two in the box. I was also expecting to get the same color on display(white). When i opened the box, i found out there was only one gray pillow case. I went back to see if i can get an exchange and maybe some credit refund for the inconvenience. The employee mentioned they didn’t have white on stock. So i asked for a refund. When I purchased the product, she had me fill up a form in case i wanted to do a refund. She said she couldn’t do a refund because she didn’t know how. After a few minutes, i was able to convince her to call another store to help her do a refund. After 15 minutes of her doing the refund, she concluded that i will be recieving a refund through mail on check. I wanted cash back because i paid with cash! I had to speak to customer service, i was transferred about 3 times and all together i spent almost 2 hours trying to get a refund cash. I even gave them the option to make it right by just giving me some credit through check and i can just keep the product. Customer service only gave me the option to do a refund through check. I guess they didn’t want to make it right. This was unprofessional and inconvenient. It was YOUR employee’s mistake, so something should have been done right! I ended up keeping the product because i was not gonna return the product and then run the chance that i dont receive the check through mail because of another mistake.
Warning, be extremely careful about misleading and manipulative sales tactics at this location. I was looking to get some new pillows and made the mistake of walking into this store. Jordan helped me find a set of pillows, and then when it was time to check out I was thrown off by him saying that we needed to provide a phone number and an address in order to just buy some pillows. I don’t recall the exact wording, but he made it sound like it was just a form we needed to fill out in order to be able return the pillows in case we didn’t like them. I believe he used the word ‘return’ instead of ‘refund’ because the paperwork is apparently something they make customers sign so that they agree to only be able to make it exchanges and not returns for a refund. He seemed trustworthy so I didn’t think much of it at the time, but later when I tried to return the pillows after they weren’t better than my previous pillows, he explained that they only allow for exchanges. This is unethical and a borderline scam. Just a reminder to never sign anything without reading it. I also tried to have my personally identifiable information removed from their systems and he insisted that they had to keep my address on file without any explanation. Buyers beware, this store is deceptive!
My host was Jordan. He seemed very knowledgeable about the products and helped me in finding the right mattress for me. Im glad I went because the mattress I thought I wanted by looking online wasnt quite appealing to me in person. Jordan was also very kind and helpful. I dont think I would have made the right decision without his help. Thank you again Jordan!
Everything okay, I was not happy, one of the delivery guys was not wearing a face mask when they delivered my furniture inside my home.
Leslie gave us plenty of time. Really cool how they show you where your pressure points are on a video camera while lying on the bed. Let us check out all the mattresses and didnt pressure us into any one mattress. The bed is incredible.
We were already pretty set on getting the C2 model after doing some research online. Our plan was to just walk in and buy it but what we got was so much more! The sales floor rep, Manny, was amazing! He let us feel the difference in the models and answered all of our questions! We ended up getting the C4 model. Now the days pass slowly until the arrival of our new bed, the difference between what we had been sleeping on compared to what is coming is almost to good to be true! This location is great and the beds are even better!
My husband and I went during their Memorial Day sale to look for some pillows and walked out purchasing two for the both of us. Shelby was awesome. He helped us decide which was best for our needs. He was knowledgeable and attentive. Definitely will return for future mattress needs!

Nice new store. Very nice guy helped us, Marcel I think. We did walk in intending to buy a bed but they made it easy to figure out what we needed. I cannot wait to sleep in my new bed!!
Horrible customer service. Went in to purchase 2 beds yesterday 6/30/20 in the morning around 10am. As my wife, son, and I entered; we were not greeted at all, as the employee was at the register for about 4 minutes with no customer (we were the only people in the store).. when he did greet us, after about 5 minutes, the first thing he said was Do you know how expensive these mattresses are? They can be about $9k. Almost as if he assumed that either we couldnt afford one or to discourage us from wasting his time.I immediately decided I would take my business elsewhere and told my wife that I wanted to leave. At 32yo; I am the Owner/CEO of the largest Decedent Removal Agency in Northern California..If I were to catch ANY of my employees discouraging potential customers from possible business transactions, I would part ways with them.. As one of my mentors told me:No Business is better than BAD business.
Fantastic experience! After searching for a new bed for months, we finally bought a sleep number bed. We’re excited about the bed but the service was truly wonderful and we couldn’t have had a better finale to our months-long search. We were helped by the store manager Marcel and he really helped us make the best decision possible on a pretty big investment. We’re very happy with the deal we got and we really appreciated that we never felt rushed to make a decision, even after we kept them almost an hour after closing time. We walked away from a lot of mattress stores but Marcel and their products really made it worth taking the plunge on this purchase.
I was looking to see if I can buy a new mattress, after 13 year with my sleep number p5000. I was in sleep number in Valley Fair. Place is nice and clean. Several option to choose and a lot more other bedding item than years ago. IGNACIO was my sale man. He is great, very knowledgable of the product, patience, courteous. I really recommend to give him and the product a chance to try.
I worked with Manny and he was courteous and took his time. He made sure I understood my options without me feeling like he was pushing one thing or another on me. When I seemed sure that I was going to choose one of the cheaper beds, he didn’t attempt to talk me out of it; he let me try, told me the pros and cons, and make my own decision. I appreciated that.
My daughters have been very happy with their Sleep Number bed. I had the chance to sleep in one of the beds while housesitting and slept better than I had in along time. I went to the Sleep Number bed store and was immediately greeted by Shelby. He led me thru all of the beds and options, with no pressure. He is great salesman and provide me with all the information I needed as well the sale discount on my purchase.Thanks Shelby your we’re great!

This review is not about the quality of products, but a person named Lester who works there. It turned out he didn’t show me the page of their policy on pillows when I asked what I was signing for. I don’t think I will trust this store or brand anymore.I am going to write as much as details, so you have a better view of my experience. In the end of the purchasing experience I turned around and asked for his name. He told me Les with a strong voice.When my credit card was processed. I commented the bed was comfortable too and asked if it was foam. The person there, Lester, answered yes. Then I asked what pillow I was getting. He said “down alternative”. I asked how long it would last since last time ... He interrupted and said 5 years. Then he gave me a piece of paper to sign. I didn’t see the number I was paying but lots of words. I asked what I was signing. He never answered my question but pointed the line above which I was supposed to sign and told me today’s date. He did mention I was not buying a mattress. I asked why I was signing the paper about mattress if I wasn’t buying one. After that he kept saying “have a good day”. He said he wasn’t trying to be rude. haha. In my opinion, Lester was not very nice. He kept brushing me off.The following is the first 5 minutes (I believe) after I stepped in the store.When I went in, I noticed a person behind the screen. I read and touched the displays as they were allowed to be touched. Finally our eyes looked at each other. I expressed I didn’t know which would fit me. He came over and said the best way to find out was to try like 30 minutes. I said ok. He replied, “really”?! I was fine with the first pillow he gave me to try. He then said I found it. I said ok and I would take one.Yes, I read the details of the entire receipt, total of 3 pages, after I left the store. I found one paragraph about pillows not returnable, and it is on the other paper, not on the one page that I was asked to sign.
From the moment I walked in I got great service! They helped me and now I sleep great... ! What ever I go thru during the day I can adjust the bed that it feels great under any circumstances. ...... Yeah !!!!
