The team here is incredibly kind and helpful. You have the owner who dies for any of the CS games, and you got his brother, who is very mellow and wants to ensure that everyone is taking care of at all times.You got the billiards and the consoles upfront and the PC rigs at the back. They also have snacks/drinks.With the new owner, the place looks and feels a lot cozier than before.

This is my go to spot whether its a weekday or a weekend. Very clean place. The boss is always walking around making sure everything is in place and sanitary. The equipment is the best for gaming. From the screen to the mouse to the keyboard. Everyone here is also very nice, respectful, and considerate. Definitely a 5 star gaming lounge.

Cyber Raccon is the only place I can have fun and play games as long as I want they provide everything you need to eat while playing games such as coffee cold drinks ice cream and chips they also have noodles with different taste and flavors they both brothers are so friendly with everyone they treat everyone like family Mr. ReZa keeps everything clean and sanitized he works really hard at his game store he play pool with anyone that don’t have partner he is a pro pool player but sometimes he is too nice to let his first timer customers win the game his brother ( Maisam ) is a genius he is a pro gamer sometimes you just want to sit next to him and watch how smart he play the computer games he also play with his customers to win a game against enemy because he knows all the tricks and and good game winner his customers request to play with them in a group. ReZa is my guy he give away his food to his customers with an open forehead. Me and my friends ( Komail, Farzan, Farid Badmaash, and Shahban have always amazing time at Cyber Raccon.

Reza is a super cool guy and keeps the place very well maintained. Probably the only cyber cafe that doesn’t have a dirty bathroom in the Bay Area. There is also a pool table which is just another thing you can do besides the PC games!!

This is a beautiful gaming cafe with genuine, friendly staff. I have been to a few other cafes in the area and this one has the most modern equipment and the cleanest space by far. The cafe items I had were indistinguishable in quality from local coffee shops. The LEDs and new equipment provide a consistent fresh aesthetic. The atmosphere was very welcoming and active through the night.

Staff was incredibly helpful as suggested by others, clean place; I did not check equipment as I was there to do my work and not to game. however the menu was limited to the point of only 2 offerings : americano hot or cold. One of the managers said, they want to use the place during the day for co-working. Well, Id suggest they turn down the music and include more items... gamers dont care for food but workers do ! Imagine having to sit for 5+ hours w nothing to eat especially late when nothing around you is open or not crowded, especially if you call yourself a cafeBut 3 stars, as the staff was helpful, went the distance, courteous, and the place serves its main purpose as a gaming cafe. I even like the late hours, and would certainly visiting and pay if offerings are good...

The pcs were really good as well as the 144 hz monitor. However the mice werent really good as they would randomly move my character. If you do come here I suggest you bring your on mouse.

Ive come here twice to play board games as well as Dungeons and Dragons, not using the pcs, but my group and I have had a fantastic time here. The staff is so friendly and nice and are always willing to offer help with anything. There is a casual vibe and once you pay, the staff generally does not bother you afterwards. The restroom cleanliness is adequate and wasnt a mess which is also a plus. The temperature can get a little warm from all of the computers in the back room, but the front is good. There are snacks and drinks as well as instant ramen for sale. Overall a very nice experience!
