Much like the Safeway next door, CVS is breathing its last breath at this location as it will eventually go away. They refuse to invest any money in modernizing the store for obvious and justifiable reasons. Their store is logically laid out, they feature nearly anything you need with an exceptional pharmacy, very helpful pharmacists, great cosmetic selection (per my daughter) always dependable greeting card selection for last minute trips on your way to a party etc. This CVS is dependable, solid, easy to get in and out of and their staffers are courteous, helpful and attentive to your needs. Ive always had great luck with this store.

One of the worst CVS I’ve ever been to. The store was physically dirty, doesn’t look like it has been cleaned or sanitized in months. I stood at the pharmacy counter with another gentlemen for over 5 minutes and was not helped or even acknowledged even though the pharmacist was in the back and could definitely see me. Will not be returning to this location again.

Pharmacy lines always too long.

Most unhelpful and in a hurry to rush you. They don’t answer the phone either. On hold for more than 12 minutes and gave up. Will try again only to fix a transfer request (to a better pharmacy).

This CVS shares the parking lot with the mall and the Safeway grocery store. There it can sometimes take a bit to get in and out from the lot. Despite to that the store itself has a good selection. Staff working here is always friendly and helping you out any time.

The pharmacy is understaffed, slow and seemingly unwilling to talk on the phone to you. Over the course of two days, Ive been hung up on mid-question 3 times. I dont expect much from an old CVS but the level of disrespect is insane. Go somewhere else.

This place should get sued, thats false advertisement. Just went there 5 minutes ago and they were closed. Why would it say 24hours but yet its closed!?!? It does not make sense. They should take down the 24hour sign and change their hours.

Dirty, old store. Pharmacy never seems to have sufficient stock of meds. Go elsewhere!

This is a standard-issue CVS, so no real complaints about the store other than it looks a little dated. This place is open 24 hours, so thats a plus. Unfortunately this store is right next to Valley Fair. The traffic alone makes it inconvenient to come here.

Just a heads-up, despite the fact this is the first result for 24 hour pharmacy san jose, the pharmacy closes at 9pm. The nearest CVS that ACTUALLY has a pharmacy open 24 hours is on Barryessa, about 20 minutes away from here. Hopefully, if youve got a sick spouse at home at midnight, this note might save you the 40 minutes I spent for lack of the info.

Bad pharmacy. Took FOREVER ago get a prescription that is a cream!! Pharmacist Trinh very rude.

It says open 24 hours yet i just went there n the doors where locked n a hand written sign displayed on the door Sorry Closed will reopen at 7am. This one was 15 minutrs from my house. Had to travel 10 minutes more to find the next one.

Big selection of items and such a friendly staff. Very fast checkout.
