I dont have a problem with the gas here, but would definitely not recommend using the windshield cleaning squeegee here - as I was using it, it gave off a distinctive sulphur/Drano/rotten eggs smell. I was worried it might damage my windows. Also, it left grease on my windows that was hard to clean up. Either the fluid was vandalized, or it has been sitting there so long some chemical reaction has taken place.

The worst. Ive had various issues at this shell almost everytime ive attempted to buy things here.

I did not buy gas here . Only used car wash and vacuum. I wish I could say this is an inviting, welcoming place to clean your car. Sadly it is not. The vacuum, air, water area was full of household discards. Like somebody was on their way to Goodwill and said, Oh the hell with it.After paying $2 on my card for a vacuum the hose promptly fell from its mount. Good luck trying to reinstall the hose. The connector is 7 feet off the ground. Thats probably why the other hose was laying on the ground. See photos. Not a great experience. Management needs to step it up.

Avoid this gas station if possible. Why? Very bad service. This is why..This LOOP gas station needs a big dose in professionalism, integrity, and honesty.I was trying to get air at this LOOP gas station and the attendant told me that she pressed the button but she didnt.After going back & forth 3 times, it was obvious that she wasnt telling the truth. She continued on by asking for my gas receipt. At that point, I asked to speak with her manager to push the button herself and it worked immediately.The manager asked me, How do you know that she did not press the button?I told them, Listen, I am not here to be a part of any argument. Please press the button. I have a flat tire and I need to get to work.

Just an average gas station off the 237. BUT I love the attached automatic car wash. Just set your expectations right. You’re not going to get a pristine car wash for 7 bucks with no tip needed. But it will get your dusty and bird-pooped car looking less ghetto

Pumps work . Card payments work fine. Fueled here many times, I didnt have any issues.

Awesome staff & selection of goods. 2 strips of pumps & continuous cars filling up makes it difficult to fill your tank. Otherwise Id rank station higher!

Have never been to this shell until a few weeks ago and it was a great stop. I suggest applying for their LOOP loyalty program. Great staff here.

Pretty solid selection of food and beverages. Good local food options too. Also a car wash that is a good automatic type wash. Plenty of pumps and friendly employees. I recommend.

Their EBT system is always down when I go here.

Physical buttons not just for the keypad, but also the screen. Very nice. I wish it didnt force you to pick a carwash before letting you fill though.

Go inside for the Loop store. Its become a go to spot for fro-yo in north Santa Clara. Gas is reasonably priced and the carwash does a great job.

If you go there late at night get ready for some attitude. Also, eventhough it is a 24 hour station many times the attendant is either wondering the grounds or places a closed sign while inside. Very hit or miss. If you are there just for gas, it is always available.

This is a great place. You get almost everything here. People are nice too.

An actual salad bar in a gas station they also have frozen yogurt and all kinds of great stuff I was a little put off if they had so much alcohol in a gas station but its like a One-Stop shop

Shell is the only gas i like to put into my bmw its the best for my car and this location is wonderful the same employees have been here for awhile and they are fantastic and not mention a lot of available pumps ive never had to wait for pump, maybe its my timing.

This gas station has all of the things I look for:- Gas available 24 hours- Close to CA-237- Automatic car wash- Air pump for tires, and a working pressure gauge (costs $1.50...machine accepts quarters and credit cards)- Convenience store that (a) is open 24 hours, and (b) has one of the best selections of snack food I have seen at a gas station. They even have a frozen yogurt bar with a good selection of toppings!Bonus:- This wont be important to everybody, but this store sells the worlds best brand of gummy bears: Albanese Bears. The only other place Ive seen them is Amazon.As another reviewer noted, the convenience store does not sell regular groceries, like eggs. But for quick meals or snacks, this place is perfect!

The price is usually 20-30 cents higher than everywhere else but its location is really good and the owner extorts extra money for that.

Always horrible service everytime I come here. Only gas station in the area, otherwise there might be other options.On my last visit, they were only able to take cash. I started to leave without what I wanted to buy until I realized they had an ATM machine, I went back inside and the guy rudely snapped at me about having to put away my products I had intended to buy and how I was changing my mind... I let him know he almost lost my sale and maybe he should tell people they have an ATM if they are only accepting cash!

Worst customer service. I used three different cards at the pump outside but it didn’t work I went inside the lady at the counter says I do not know how to pump the fuel. I have been filling gas for the last ten years and she blatantly says this. I asked her to come out and help me in that case but she was being rude and was like nobody complaints here only you are complaining. Wth?! Am complaining cz there’s a problem. 12/17 date and 4pm time the lady in this shift needs some disciplinary action and of course a good customer service training, if the owner bothers to read this. Horrible. I told her il just fill the gas at another station and walked out and she was happy loosing a customer - could see it on her face.

The car wash is really affordable and does a good job. The dryer especially is really powerful and makes your car look dry and shiny after the wash.

Nice station for a quick snack, has a lot of fresh bakeries and your regular candy bars, chips and beverages and even hit coffee

Pretty new facilities and bumps. Lots of parking positions. Price is reasonable but sometimes you need to ask the cashier for the receipt which is a little inconvenient.
