Went to Rituals for the first time today and Crystal was awesome! She jumped right into letting me smell the different scents and was available for any questions we had. I purchased the dish wash and got a free shower oil for my birthday along with some samples. Ill definitely be back!

I was planning to go birthday shopping and a received an email about the free bath oil with purchase so I excitedly went into rituals. The staff greeted me and reccomended me stuff. However, when I was paying, I asked if I can also get a free bath oil (for my birthday) since I was purchased something but she said No since it the purchase I made was under 20 bucks. I just ended up leaving. The staff was very unknowledgeable since after emailing the main website about this, the rituals customer service said there was NO minimum purchase requirement. I was extremely disappointed.
