Went in this afternoon to check out some new products. Was very disappointed with the service I received. Jessica was very short and rude, not engaging at all. She made me feel as though being in the store was inconveniencing her. I think she was the manager because I overheard her instructing the other associates on what to do- she wasn’t friendly with them either. If you’re going to shop in store at The Body Shop I do not recommend this location

Great place. Only sub5racting one star because stuff there get sold very quickly and I did not find what I wanted. Still they have great selection of products with eco consciousness and great price!

The employees here are always very helpful and knowledgable. They spend a lot of time with their customers. Its great to have one of these in Valley Fair!

I dont shop here often. But I did go in to buy several items for a gift basket. The employees are loud and bubbly, but they dont greet customers. They were just talking amongst themselves. I had to fend for myself and send texts to a friend, to find out which creams to buy. Creams- Yes. Service- No.

Amazing deals going on these days, I bought a Shea collect which actual costs $50 but I got it for $30, yippee.

I have been a long time loyal customer and only recently discovered that their poducts have expiration shelf life. I was very surprised and disappointed to learn that no expiration dates are on any of their products. I was told by store employees that I have to call them and theyll provide me with the product expiration info. What century are we living in, why not just printed on the product? Consumers have a right to know what they are buying!!!!

My favorite store for fragrances, cosmetics and more. The best thing is its not tested on animals. Service is good and there are always good deals available!!
