I bought the soundsport wireless earphones 4 months ago when the charger case suddenly stopped working/wouldnt charge. I was so disappointed and I had lost my receipt so I almost resignedly went to this store to see if I could get it fixed. Was so pleasantly surprised by how helpful the staff were. Not only were the staff polite, they did the exchange free of charge in the spirit of the year end holiday. The quality of Boses products speak for themselves but the care was absolutely phenomenal!
This review is for bad customer service. Do yourself a favor and test out a pair from Amazon instead.I went in store to check out the new QC 35. Everything is fine until the sales person started a conversation. He asked me if I needed any help. I politely replied that I like the sound, but am concerned about the quality of the microphone due to internet discussions..He was kind enough to bust out an external cable with microphone, except I cant test it on my android device due to the lack of an adaptor.At that point he mood quickly changed. He started to become argumentative... I mean, you asked if I have any concern, I voiced it, you were not able to address it due to external limit. Thats all fine. No need to start a debate. I simply wont buy a 350 headphones without being able to test it out.

I went into the store to deal with an issue with my QC 25 headset. I was greeted at the door with smiles and a willingness to help. I explained my situation and asked what they could do to help resolve my issue. A gentlemen by the name of Paul K helped me resolve my issue with minimal effort. I am grateful for this, as it saved me the hassle of having to deal with shipment of said headset and probably additional money spent to resolve. Paul, you were a class act and I sincerely appreciate your help! If anyone ever has an issue with a device, Paul is your man. THANK YOU!!!

Bad experience. They did not help me with an issue due to they did not know how to use a new payment machine. I waited like 1 hour and the supervisor of the store didnt help me. So I needed to pay again and so far I have not received the refound of my payment to my credit card. This was 4 days ago. Just as a precaution I recorded and took pictures of all the process. I hope you will read this... i am still waiting your mail or call. I am very sad, was a very stressful situation.
What else can I say ? Bose is iconic and though not perfect, they are unparalleled . Thank you MIT geniuses .🤗

I called in to check on the availability of the Touch10 + Amazon Echo Dot because it wasnt available online anymore. Ray was very helpful and even offered to hold one for me. Great quality service during the Christmas season.

Very bad experience. I was trying to return the glasses that I have bought with receipt and the guy was very rude. His name is Victor I believe. He was asking me for the credit card that I have used and implying that I am a fraud if I can not provide the credit card although I had the product and the receipt. After I find my card he was saying that he can only send the money that I paid cash with a check. And he was very rude. 0 customer service.
7pm on 4/16/17. Both staff members were helpful with my problems. Fixed them, and then got me upsold on a better product. Not even mad. Great service from helpful staff for an excellent product.
Had to make a return on some broken earbud headphones. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Boses great reputation for customer service remains intact.

Great customer service. Replaced my ripped ear cushions without charge (1 year warranty) no questions asked. Also threw in free cord which normally runs 20-40$

My review reflects their general service and policies as well as staff at this location. I came in with a warranty issue and their staff made me think I would get a repair for a defective soundock instead they told me I could get a 50$ credit on the 300$ unit to buy a new soundock.Basically our hardware is crap but thats okay because well give you 50$ to buy more of our crap hardware. They then went on to make me think I was winning in the end. I just experienced pushy bad salesmanship. Enough to turn me off their products altogether.

I bought a QC20i noise cancelling head phone from Denver when I visited Denver. The clip was missing in the package. I went to this place as this was near to my home. The person who spoke to me was very rude and said that you purchased this product from factory outlet and you have to go to either Gilroy or Great mall to get this clip as we dont sell factory renewed product.Yes, I got this from factory outlet which is also belongs to Bose. Do you think, just for a clip I have to go to Gilroy which is 1 hr drive. Normally I had good customer service experience but this time I had very bad experience.Watch out for bad sales persons at this location.
