Joseph and Eric were very helpful. I went there to open new T mobile account with multiple lines including new device purchases. They took time and helped us to setup everything. Everything was very well explained. Very pleasant experience.

Bad experience. the employee was not willing to help me resolve the issues i had. Instead, he asked me to call T-mo customer support myself. All of his actions and communication had a clear intention of getting me out of the store as soon as he can. I had to go to a different store to get things done.

I came in to trade in an old phone and make an upgrade and had such a great experience. Yeah there was a bit of a wait time but thats what I expected, especially since apple just released their new phones a lot of people were going in to upgrade. The staff acknowledges you right as you enter the door and tries to keep things moving in a timely manner. I was helped by several employees, one I believe his name is Joseph. All were so great and patient with me. I ended up going back a few times and each time was a great experience!

Horrible, horrible experience here last week. I went in to get a line added and purchase a new phone figuring itd take 20 - 30 min max. Two hours later I had the additional line and phone ordered, but they were unable to transfer my phone number over from my previous carrier. A week later and it still hasnt been done. I also havent received access to my free Netflix account. Alley, the assistant manager, was helping me out and though she tried repeatedly to see the transaction through she still wasted 2 hours of my time and I had a flight to catch the next day. In hindsight, I should have cut off the transaction at 30 min and called into customer support myself, but I figured Alley would have the insight to get it done faster and get it done right. Not so. Also, throughout the 2-hour wait, many other customers were coming in and out of the store. They werent greeted by Alley or the other associate. They waited some time and finally got frustrated and left, again with no acknowledgment. Terrible customer service. The other associate also had been in the back for some time and left Alley unassisted. So the line backed up quite a bit. To say the least, it was frustrating and awkward to stand there for two hours and watch Alley stumble through helping me while on the line with customer service. Associates are supposed to ease and facilitate service changes, not make them ten times worse. I voiced my concerns with Alley and she barely said anything. Didnt apologize. Nada. When I asked for a higher up, she gave me the number of her regional manager Kelly. I left a message for Kelly and she never called me back. Go figure. Im now looking into cancelling my plan and moving to Verizon. Ive been a customer at T-Mobile for two years and really need the cost efficiency of the service, but Im now willing to pay Verizons higher rates to avoid having similar experiences in the future. Its worth the extra money to have reliable service and great customer support.

Kevin and (Adere) (Adare) were great . My GF came in to buy a new ipad and iPhone 11 and not once did Kevin pressure her into purchasing anything she didnt want . The next day I came in and got the promotion for a free phone and he treated me just the same . Answered all of our questions and explained everything with a positive attitude . I never do reviews but our experience was great both days and I just wanted to shout out both the gentlemen that assisted us . I would highly recommend this T mobile location to anyone thanks guys

This for the in-store person Dexter. He is really awesome my issue fixed within 3 minutes. Initially I called T mobile customer care twice regarding my call forwarding option and no use. then went to another near by t mobile store and no use. Just tried here as I am passing through and DEXTER made my day. Good work keep it up.

Everytime I come into this store it seems I leave happy I came. I have had nothing but great experiences involved with Francisco T. as well as the manager Christian A. We are greeted everytime with smiles and excellent customer service. They have gone out of their way to help my wife and I out. Doing everything they can do to make sure were all on the same page and and understand whats happening. Never pressuring for upsales, but very informative of options available.

Very bad experience. Wish they could be better at customer service !!I was there last Saturday to change my service from Samsung to my new Iphone which would require a new SIM (smaller one). I was asked to pay $25 for the new SIM which is ridiculous as I am an existing customer and this is not a new connection. The guy on the customer service desk asked me to go to Walmart or Walgreens if I need a cheaper option or call 611. I thought as this is T Mobile store, he could have helped do the same thing what 611 can do. He was in no mood to help and made me feel worse to have been a TMobile customer for the last 4 years. Just bad attitude...

The manager here is very polite and knowledgeable and so are the staffs. other tmobile like Saratoga or the new store at stevens creek near target arent very knowledgeable with policy and returns. this store is up front and knowledgeable excellent costumer service. they tell you the policy and try everything they can to help you. great job everyone continue the stellar costumer service.

Worst customer service. This person who appeared to be some kind of shift manager had no clue as to how to treat customers. He was very rude and disrespectful to me (constantly speaking in condescending tone), and he was often argumentative to the point of being belligerent. Worst of all, he did not seem to know what he was doing. He could not even do a simple task for me correctly, and I had to make multiple trips to the store, which was so frustrating. A couple of weeks later, I realized he overcharged me (either through incompetence or possibly intentionally). I was furious, and I almost went back to confront that clueless guy. But, I just ended up switching my cell phone carrier. No more T-Mobile for me.

This is the worst service/retail store Ive ever been to in my life.I got a new phone and asked the person in the store to transfer my old number (from a different carrier) while activating. She spent a few minutes on the computer, and it seemed to me she was having a bit of trouble. But, when I asked, she assured me it was done, successfully.She said that it would take a minimum of 24 hours for the transfer to complete and I had to wait, and she stated that I had a temporary number meanwhile. I asked for her business card to call back, but she appeared a bit hesitant. She promised she would be in the store the next day if I needed any help. And, she assured me again everything was taken care of. But, just in case, I asked again. She ended up giving me a card which was not hers. I didnt make much of it at the time since the store phone number was on the card anyway. (In hindsight, it was probably deliberate.)I checked back the next day, 24 hours later. No transfer. For the next couple of days, I spent literally hours, if not days, on the phone as well as in the store. Nobody in the store was competent enough to help me. (This Asian girl who gave me that temporary number was not there during my following visits, and it was her off day according to other workers. I was beginning to realize the pattern of her lies, at this point.) I eventually ended up buying a new sim card forfeiting one months service from the sim I previously bought only a few days ago. (Apparently, these people could not transfer, or did not know how to transfer, a number once the phone/sim was activated.) Absolutely the worst place, I thought. As it turned out, that was not the whole story. (This actually happened some time ago.)I just bought a new phone (from a different T-Mobile store), and again I transferred an old number from another carrier. There was no temporary number. The phone/new sim was activated with my old number. (And, it happened literally in the matter of seconds while I was in the store.) As it turned out (as I now realize), this girl from the previous T-Mobile store (this store in Santa Clara) deliberately lied to me right in my face. She lied about the transfer being succeeded. She lied about the minimum 24 hour waiting period. She lied about this temporary number (which you are not supposed to be given when you are transferring a number, I presume at this point). And, these were all deliberate and elaborate lies. She made up all these stories (for some unfathomable reason), ending up wasting hours of my time as well as other workers at the store (let alone the service fee for an extra month).What kind of human scum/sociopath does this kind of things to other people?

Told me that upgrade to Samsung Galaxy 3 required 5gb data plan and the manager lied himself that he used 14gb/month. I think that is because the store has very few customers so he kills time by watching Video. The store should hire a better manager.
