My daughter has been going here for years and now even as a teenager she she her friends cruise through build a bear to add accessories and new friends to their collections. Planned many birthday parties and events around build a bear, always with a resounding success and profuse thank yous from my daughters guests. Build it, name it, clothe it, accessorize it and more... Definitely with the visit.

Went there to get a bearfor a friend. He is a police officer and his birthday is coming up but they were all out of police uniforms. Maybe when I go back they will have them. The employees were very nice. The store was very clean 👌. I just love 💘 ❤ shopping there. I give them 5 stars 🌟. I would give them more if I could. Thank you Build-A-Bear. My name is MARY.

We got there 25 minutes before closing. There was a couple infront of us and one of the associates saw us get in line yet she didnt bother to inform us that she wouldnt let us in because apparently the customers infront of us were the last people she could let in. We just waited in line for nothing just so they could tell us we couldnt go in. 👎

I have been going to this Build a Bear regularly since i was 7yrs old. It has always been a pleasure. The last time i was there was for the Bear University event. Ive wanted to work at this place since i was young so getting to experience what its like to work there was an exciting thing to do. Unfortunately I was the only person who showed up for the event but the staff catered for me anyways. The staff were great, I was anxious of them being grumpy with me being 20 and wanting to participate but they were so lovely about it. I had a lot of fun! They were also very busy with a party but still made plenty of time for me.

Low stock. I was offered the display and did not get a discount. I was not impressed with the amount of stuff they had. I wont be back there.

Super rude staff member who discriminated against my partner because he had his very small snake with him in the PET FRIENDLY mall. Made a stupid comment of be careful with your snake, dont scare the kids yeah buddy sure, shes his pet, he doesnt go around just shoving her in peoples faces or something and he actively avoids anybody that looks even just a tiny bit afraid. Not to mention we were literally on the other side of the store from the single kid that was in there. Its no different than the dozens of dogs that are brought in to the mall. Absolutely rude. I spend a lot of money at build a bear but I guess that stops now because Im not tolerating a passive aggressive employee that treats an adult like a child just because his pet is a snake and not a dog.

Called twice per day the past couple of days and no one at this store will pick up the phone.

They were great, it was my first time being there. And as an 18 year old getting a bear for my anniversary, they made me feel welcome. Fun staff to make your feel comfortable even when doing the heart ceremony. Overall, great experience.

Salesperson would not honor the ticketed price of an item. She said it was a misunderstanding. It was dishonesty plain and simple. My 3 year old was a bigger person than her.

Great location right next to Starbucks and childrens play area. What more can a mom ask for 😁 gets pretty crowded so bring loads of patience 😉

I bought an unstuffed dog online and came in-store to fluff it up. Staff was amazing, friendly and upbeat. They stitched up the dog perfectly, I highly recommend coming here to find your new furry friend

Great experience to try at least once. Wide selection of bears. Starting price for the bear is quite reasonable considering you get to be present when they get filled up and made alive. Then your kid will choose clothing and accessories. The total cost when you check out can increase by 3-4x over the base price. :)

Its great for the kids to build their own stuffed animal.. choosing their own dress, shoes, accessoires, scents.. etc. Kids will love it.

Great place to buy a special item that your child will cherish forever. Bought my daughter a pony with a voice box in it and she loves it.

Walked out of here with two bears for $115. The kids had fun, but it is expensive. Staff was great though.

Interesting for the kids to get their own bear/bunny. Some cute outfits for the bear/bunny, too.

Build a bear in Cali was great Katelynn had a blast picked out her bear an one for her big sissy Jena she got to stuff um put there hearts an hidego seeks in um an even did a birth certificate named um an all we both was amazed

If you are going to do the ‘Build-A-Bear’ experience, this store has a bigger selection than most. The staff are also more professional and courteous than at other stores. The up sell wasn’t as pronounced as the Oakridge store. Just know, it is expensive!!! I won’t comment about value... that is your judgement call. Just comparing this store against the Oakridge store.

My daughter loves her $97 horse she got at build the bear workshop

The staff was ourstanding and the price was reasonable. My granddaughter had her 5th birthday at a Build A Bear workshop. It was a huge success.

It is a fun way to stuff your own stuffed animals.

Dont worry, they wont judge you even if youre not a child.

Nice big shop, service depends on the staff person helping, most of them are good.

Fun place to build custom bears for children.
