The most sweetest and kindest in the whole bay area and they take good care of their whole store along with antiques and memorabilia from past, present, and for future generations. Words cannot describe how much this experience meant for me, especially while getting a frame for an artist/musician that had passed away: known as Lil Peep (Gustav Ahr). As soon as I got the artwork from the post office, I went straight to JB & they took care of everything. God bless.

The confusing woman I spoke with in person was unclear when I asked about various rates and capabilities with the work I was requesting and was so upcharged that I walked out unsatisfied.Theirs seems like an antiquated business model that needs some vigorous competition to force better service and rates.
