Great Westfield Valley Fair shapping mall in San Jose, CA

Interesting stuff...nice staff

This shop is closed and sold everything due to the bankruptcy of the parent company.Came in with a friend to see if they had any design tools left for sale. The store was already halfway home with the shelves picked apart. Only the unusual items that werent customizable or left behind by customers who already had something embossed was left behind.She picked out some mannequins and the store owner gave her a good deal when she bought it with the stand. Seems like theyre happy to haggle as long as you get something.

Worst customer service EVER! I was trying to get something engraved. Walked into the store and no one was around. Finally a girl who was on the phone came out, then a second girl. I was trying to place the order but the girl ringing me up was extremely rude! Like I was bothering her by trying to purchase something from her. She said ...the sign over there says everything you need... wow! I walked out of the store.I wouldnt be surprised if this store is gone soon. I wont be returning ever.

I got a couple of things engraved here. Everything went without a hitch customer service was good received my items on time what do business with them in the future

If you bring your own item you will be charged a HUGE engraving fee!Its totally a ripoff..BEWARE!

They are closing, I tried to buy some things and have them engraved I waited 30 minutes and no one helped me.
