Daves new location is very convenient and lots of storage space. Done couple C&R transactions with him, fast efficient process, he knows his stuff! Will try some PPT with him next time.

We ran into some issues because doj rejected my ammo as I changed my address. Dave was very nice to help me setup the cfars account & did a retry. Although I still got rejected but he definitely is a great FFL to work with!

A great ffl to work with. David was very patient and responsive. Even gave me a quick tutorial on how to dismantle my rifle. Will be coming back for here if I have any need for a ffl again.

Update: Great communication. He assured me he would receive it. He is so busy and still came through. Great experience so far!Really want to keep these 5 stars here, but I spoke with the owner and he said to have the firearm shipped to him but, no one was there to accept the package. It is day 2 and they tried to reship the package again. he emailed me once to ask who shipped the package, but now it has been radio silence. I understand he is probably slammed and I am willing to wait, but i just need to know what to do with this firearm just floating around on the FedEx trucks which cost me 70$ to overnight. Patiently waiting for advice. Thank you.

For someone whos running a business all by himself, and has to deal with everything that life has to throw at him, Dave is probably one of most patient people Ive met. Yes, I had to deal with every excuse as to why he wasnt able to work on a given day (or even week), but the man is trying to stay above the water. I think if you had even an ounce of respect for the human life, youd give this man the props he deserves.Dave, thank you for being so accommodating, and hopefully Ill be back to do more business with you in the future.

Dave has this fun and nice personality. Very reasonable price during the pandemic. For sure gonna going here from now with all my transfer. PPT and Ammo transfer for everything ask him. Now is extremely busy, waited 2 hour for Sunday only PPT

Ignore all the 1 star ratings, their ignorance of how much work David goes through is not even their problem. Hes a one man army working almost 7 days a week. Hes patience and professional when it comes to 1 on 1 conversations that you wouldnt have at your local gun shop. He has a Facebook page where you can contact him and ask him questions which is the fastest way but give him time since he has to deal with other clients/issues. So far as going to him is appointment base until further notice (more like when the pandemic is over). Just message on him on Facebook and hell get back to you. Great customer service and thank you David for your service! Will come back definitely.

David is a real stand-up FFL dealer. Theres a reason why theres always a line of people to his office, because he takes time and effort with each customer. Hes meticulous about his paperwork too. To stop wasting everyone elses time, DO YOUR HOMEWORK before visiting David. Which means checking the firearm is on California roster, and David confirms he can receive it.

Dave is:1. Open2. Easy to deal with3. Straightforward and inexpensive.Yes, you might have to wait a bit at times, but given my experience with other area FFLs, Dave is consistently there, and will go the extra mile as long as you do your homework. He tracked down some parts that I had shipped to him by flagging down the Fedex guy. Most of the FFLs in the area are totally slammed, and its a nutty time to be in this hobby. Dave is one of the good ones.

I’ve lost my patience with this place. Not punctual, every day the owner has an excuse for being closed (dr appointment, internet down, DROS being down, too tired, family emergency, construction). You complain when people line up outside your place but yet have no way of ensuring peoples place in line is kept when we show up on time and you are an hour late. Your business hours don’t mean anything and you don’t answer your phone most times. To make matters worse, the owner is unapologetic and has the typical FFL attitude. You don’t want to run a business, then don’t. Stop wasting everyone’s time.

Hands down the absolute best FFL in the Bay Area. Fast and friendly service, very low prices, and extremely knowledgeable! Highly recommend.
