Love the different ice cream flavors they have. I went to the mall on a busy Saturday. We ordered Berry Berry Berry Good icecream which was basically base ice cream + frozen berries: strawberry, blueberry and raspberry. The server lady could have mixed them well bcoz I got these big chunks of fruits. The other flavor we tried, Coffee Lovers Only was pretty good.

So happy Cold Stone Creamery is back in Valley Fair mall. 😁Theres something about the mix in Coffee Lovers Only thats just so perfect ❤️

I order small size strawberry Blondie ice cream . But the lady their charge me for medium size. But not allThe ice cream look so messy n melted my Daughters don’t want to eaten at all. I’m very Disappointed ☹️Not going back for long time 👎👎

Extremely difficult store to find and I contacted the team before I reached band they confirmed that my grubhub order is ready. After spending around 20-25 mins to locate the store, the staff told me its not ready. I informed them about my telephonic conversation saying that the order is ready. They simply lied to me by saying we dont the staff which you spoke to

Terrible customer service. The server clearly didnt want to be there. Ran out of chocolate and vanilla flavor at 3pm on a weekday, very stingy on the portions and toppings. Worst cold stone Ive been to in my life

Definitely worth a return trip. The prices are fair for the quality of food. They have so many good reviews for a reason.

I Order at 1pm to pick up at 5pm. At 5pm, they call me to say they dont have my requested cake because no order was received until 5pm. Dont 9rder from here if you want uour order to be taken seriously.

Bad Service from the Employees, they do not serve customers cordially .. much delay in orders more than 20 minutes waiting for the order was 6:00 pm and only one person attending the reason is that for an hour the staff was given a break but they did it in the hour of best sale .. lack of business vision ..
