Always there strawberry ice cream is very good

So disappointed. I placed an order for my family and myself some ice cream and shakes for pick up at 1pm. according to them 25 minutes after I left they attempted to deliver. They ignored my 5 calls and all I get for wasting my time and them holding our family money is an “I’m sorry”. They probably don’t have enough staffing for these services and now I will definitely not shop at this shop. Disappointed because I try to help our local shops continue to employ people by consuming their goods and services when I don’t need to, now they have one less customer.

This location is located in the second floor food court of Westfield Valley Fair mall. All the ice cream flavors were delicious and enviable. I have been a big fan of the Coldstone Creamery flavors but I really enjoyed the flavors here. And my wife also tried out one of the chocolate based drinks and she was delighted by the taste of it. So I am pretty sure you cant go wrong here with the selection.

They had the limited special Peppermint flavor which was a nice change. Obscenely expensive, but when you are in a mall that charges about $1,200/square foot space rental I guess this is to he expected. Youre paying for the convenience of availability, not really for the price of the product.

Hate is a strong word to use 😕 so I never say I hate something or someone.

I came here two days in a roll, and I have amazing experiences here. Branden made me very beautiful sundae. From my own experience, I can tell he really takes care of customers, and he really enjoys what he is doing. He was very friendly and nice to everyone. I will definitely be back again.

Coffee milkshake and cookies and creme sundae were pretty good albeit pricey.

Ice cream though expensive was good. Service was good. Was busy but staff was really patient. But had to struggle to find a seat coz its in a mall.

The ice cream is great as usual.The service is a bit slow and they messed up the order (even though they do the order right after you say it). The price is too high.And it it difficult to find a place to sit since this place is located in Malls food court.

I have been nagging my husband and brother to take me to this place to eat the special sundaes. That is when my brother decided to surprise me by delivering it home. Omg! The icecreams were too good.😋I am chocolate person, so my brother ordered a rocky road and another flavor. They contacted him and told that they were out of that flavor and replaced with cookies and cream.There are no words to describe the icecream. I loved every moment it touched my mouth and the icecream melted. The quantity was quite large and you could replace it for a meal. Both the icecreams had pieces of cookies/cake and chocolate syrup which added to the flavor. I would definitely buy from here again.

I received good service and the ice cream was up to standard. Prices are 5 times what you would pay at a supermarket.
