DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPER!!!I used a broker (who posed as a shipper) to help with my move from CA to TX and they contracted this horrible company to ship my belongings. They have 1 customer service rep who keeps telling me that they need to call dispatch in order to locate my things but that dispatch is not currently in the office. I used to work in supply chain and logistics so I know this is a lie because dispatchers are at their computer literally all day long. It should take 15 minutes max to locate someone’s things. Not days or weeks. They are dishonest and someone needs to hold this “company” accountable.After reading other reviews, I’m very worried that many of my things are damaged or stolen.I’m currently living in an empty apartment and have absolutely no idea when or if my things are going to arrive.Absolutely ludicrous that I paid thousands of dollars for such horrible service.I’ve also spoken with a handful of attorneys who have notified me that there are grounds for a lawsuit given this “company’s” pattern of criminal behavior.At this point I just hope that all of my things arrive with as little damage as possible so I don’t have to take any legal action.Moving shouldn’t have to devolve into a legal battle. Please run an honest business and stop stealing and scamming your customers. You might even see an increase in profits if you can provide your customers with some kind of satisfaction.

We used a broker to arrange our move and were assigned Best Moving Van Line.Jaime and his team were very professional and took great care of our belongings. Our destination was 5 hours away and Jaime promised that our belongings would arrive the next day. He encountered problems at the scales heading out so he was not able to start the drive until late afternoon. They arrived at our house at 8pm. I appreciated that he did not postpone to the next day. I wanted my stuff and he kept his word and made sure my stuff was delivered. I didnt care about the time.The teams were hard working. The delivery team was smaller than the packing team which is why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5. My husband helped them unload the truck since they arrived so late and he didnt want them to stay until 5am.Reading various moving reviews I feel like we were very fortunate to be assigned Jaime and his team.

We hired Best Moving Van Lines to move our belongings. The Best Moving Van and Lines promised to us delivery our belong in 8-10 days if we pay cash - we agreed.  The promised waiting time deadlines have passed, but our belongings have not yet been delivered and no one knows their location. Every time when we called the company they told to us that they have no information and they will call us back.After 3 weeks from the first available delivery day, we received a text message note that our belongings are in the process of transportation. The next week after this text message we called the Best Moving Van and Lines to find out when they would be delivered. To which they received an answer that they trying to get in touch with the dispatcher but cant. We began to call them every day and always received the same answer: We trying to to get in touch with the dispatcher. The dispatcher is still trying to get in touch with our driver but cant therefore they do not know where our belongings are and when they will be delivered.But even after one month from the first available delivery day, our belongs still not delivered and we still have no information where they are when it will be delivered.

I cannot begin to implore you enough to reconsider using this company. We booked a move through US Standard Moving which had 4+ ratings. We are moving from Monterey to DC. We liked the sales rep, thought we got a fair price and expected a good experience. We were never told that our belongings would be picked up by a subsidiary moving company and that they would sit in a warehouse anywhere from 14-30 days before they were even re-loaded onto a different truck and sent to DC. Our experience thus far has been so deplorable I am very concerned I will never receive my belongings or that they will be severely damaged by this company that does not seem to care about customer service nor hiring professional movers. Day of move: Best Moving called the night before and said they would arrive between 9 am-12 pm. They showed up at 2:45 pm. I was never told by US Standard that I needed a cashiers check for half the move and that they would not even begin packing until they had one. They started packing after 3:30 pm once US Standard agreed to take a personal check. I had a hotel booked 3 hours away and had scheduled to begin my drive to DC that afternoon thinking the movers would arrive in the morning. The 4 movers did not wear masks, they each used my toilet for a #2 despite me saying my bathrooms were cleaned and not for use. They scuffed and dented my walls in a dozen places and I watched them literally slide my mattress down the stairs and it crashed into the wall. I had to ask them to please use moving blankets on several pieces of expensive furniture they were going to load with just plastic wrap on. I will say the 4 person crew was super chatty and nice and they all informed me they are not professional movers but do this part-time to earn tips. So I felt guilted to go to the bank to tip the non-professional men who arrived late, smelled up my bathrooms, and dented my walls. As they had everything loaded they mentioned to me my belongings were not going to DC, instead they were going to a warehouse in Santa Clara where they would sit for 7-14 days. After 10 days, my items still have not shipped. I left 2 messages with the sales rep, 2 messages with US Standard Moving customer service and finally called Best Moving Van Lines to find out when my items would arrive. THEY HAD NO DATE SCHEDULED FOR DELIVERY. My items are sitting in a warehouse in Santa Clara and the company has no date scheduled to move them. I spent 30 minutes arguing with the service rep who told me she was the only customer service personnel for the entire company and that there were no managers available to answer my questions and that they would just tell me the same thing if one was available. She belittled my concerns and I got angry. She told me it was standard practice to keep items 21-30 days before shipping them to the destination and they would send me an email letting me know when they were on their way. AN EMAIL? This is unacceptable. After nearly losing my mind, she finally conceded to put me on hold for 15 min to wait for a manager who was somewhat more helpful than she was. He told me to send AN EMAIL with my earliest delivery date. What does that mean? I expected my items to be shipped 10 days ago. I contracted with US Standard Moving and they NEVER mentioned my items would sit in a warehouse and be delivered when they felt like it. No one mentioned I had to send an email to confirm some expected delivery date. No one will tell me when I can expect my belongings. They have $6400 of my money, my ENTIRE household of belongings and they will not tell me when or if my belongings will arrive. I will reiterate that when I gave US Standard Moving my downpayment on the move, I was never informed a subsidiary of the company would be conducting the move. This company is deceptive, unprofessional and unhelpful when you are trying to locate the whereabouts of your entire life that is sitting in a warehouse.

Do you want your pickup date and backup pickup date pushed back 5 times? Do you want movers in your house until after midnight because they show up 5 hours late? Do you want to be charged 30% more than originally estimated even though you extensively went over the exact items in your householde 4 times, even though they cannot tell you what exactly is different? Would you like to receive your belongings delivered to you 3 weeks after you move into your new place with many items missing or damaged? Great news! best Moving Van Lines is the company for you? Dont forget to talk to their wonderful receptionist Ruby who will answer all your questions with sarcastic comments and the contract was already signed so what exactly do you want me to do?. Seriously though, this company cannot burn to the ground fast enough. Absolutely disgusting predatory business tactics.

If I could give this company a zero star I would with no hesitation. First of all, I contracted with Allied Moving company who then contracted with Best Moving Van Line to move my things across country. When my stuff was picked up they told me it would be delivered within a certain number of days (7-21) which was never done. After I called them multiple times they told me that my stuff had been in the warehouse for 3 weeks after they had picked up from my house and 2 weeks after the earliest delivery date. Their communication and transparency is awful. They never tell you upfront the whole process of delivery and all the charges that you will incur/have to pay until they have your stuff halfway across the country (literally holding it hostage). They tell you about all the additional miscellaneous charges which is in addition to the balance due for shipping. If you question the additional miscellaneous charges they tell you that your stuff will be held until you pay the miscellaneous charges. To anyone reading this review DO NOT sign with Best Moving Van Line, and if you sign up with any other vendor make sure they are not going to contract with this company.. They are truly awful!

Can someone please tell me where my belongings are?! They were picked up on 6/13 and my movers said it would be loaded on the truck on 6/14. Whenever I call for an update they cant give me any information. Im living in an empty apartment for 2 weeks and have been given false information at every step. The policies keep changing to fit these lies - I was originally told it would take 4-21 days for delivery per DOT regulations, but now they they have my stuff and money, have been told at least 21-30 days. I have left several messages to speak with a manager and the person on the phone has told me No one will call you back or Theyre busy or Theyre in a doctors appt. DO NOT use this company or a broker. If I would have know the broker would have contracted such a terrible company to work with, I would have never done it.

THI***S, this word may sound harsh, but I believe they stole my Bose speaker bar. I used Best Moving Van Line to move from CA to TX, they took 4 weeks to move my stuff. When my stuff arrived, most of my furniture had dents and damages. But this is not the biggest of my worries, they had lost my BOSE SPEAKER BAR. There were 62 items/packages in my shipment, I received all the 61 items, except for my Bose speaker !!!!. I had used the original Bose box to pack it, so for anyone whos handling it, it was very clearly visible that its a Bose speaker. So I cant think of any other reason for only this item to be lost/misplaced.Its not the question of money, instead its the issue of integrity. When we give our stuff to move, we believe in them, we have our faith in them. When moving 1700 Miles, I understand that there are some chances of having a minor damage to furniture. But missing/stealing a valuable item ?Attached the remarks from the inventory paper, signed by their own delivery person.

Their name is ironic it should be the Worst Moving Van Line. This was the worst experience of my life. They almost certainly stole my expensive fragrances amounting to roughly $4000 and they also lost several other boxes, gave us someone elses stuff and damaged many other things including my speaker and the wall of my apartment. They also asked when we would like it to be delivered and we said in two weeks. Well instead of delivering it by then they said that that was the date when they would begin the process of figuring out when it would be delivered. it took an entire month after that date for them to actually deliver most of our stuff. The entire month we kept asking when they would deliver it and they kept saying they didnt know and at one point they said it would be delivered and then hours before that date they said it would be delayed again. This ruined our move, stressed us out like crazy and wasted sooo much money. It also cost a fortune to get this worthless treatment. DO NOT LET THEM MOVE YOUR STUFF NO MATTER WHAT.

This company damaged and lost several thousand dollars of my belongings. I have two leaves and four table legs; they lost my solid oak table top! They felt a settlement of $62 was fair; based on weight. Their workers arrived late and worked until the wee hours of the morning.I recommend you dont use this company and if you do carefully read the fine print even if the packers are in a hurry to leave and ask you to initial and sign.

WOW!!!.What a disaster.. I booked through TRINITY Relocation Group. Very nice communication up front. Once I paid my deposit for a 1bd room apartment move. After that.... It all went down hill except for the price that went from $2100 to just below $6,000. I knew the price seemed low for a move from CA to MD. The only explanation I got was because they dont know how big my couch is until they see it in person? Our couch is average and our loveseat was below average in size. Nice speech!! ATTENTION Pay very close attention to you first delivery date that you provide. The clock allows them to take up 30 business days from that date They do not tell you that. Its written in your contract. It took us 47 days to get our furniture with multiple scheduled days for delivery with a no show by the mover. I was held hostage the entire xmas holiday all the way until 1/4 when they actually delivered. Furniture was damaged and king bed was not fully put together. They took the support pieces and laid them under the bed. What a JOKE!!!. I also communicated with dispatch that an 18 wheeler would not fit at the delivery location. Even got a quote of an additional $700 for shuttle. Can you believe the driver finally shows up on 1/3 in an 18 wheeler by himself???? What a JOKE. I rescheduled for the next day at 9am. No communication from the driver. Reached out to Trinity early am 1/4. Finally got a 1pm time for delivery. STAY AWAY from these people. What a mess!!

Stay away from this company, they ruined our move and we were worried and stressed out until the items were delivered by some third party company, who didnt even bother to re-assemble the furniture based on the contract.They increased our current estimate for up-to 40% and kept the stuff in warehouse until they found the third party movers to send your items in their truck to your location.All they speak is lies...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Horrible horrible experience. Not only they were very late in delivering our belongings, they were very rude every time we called to check on the status of our shipment, yelled at us and hung up the phone every time we called. On top of that, when our items arrived, they asked for more money because their truck couldnt get into our street despite of the fact we alerted them ahead of time. Many of our items arrived damaged and with missing parts. Sofa was torn, missing legs for the bed, missing desk legs, damaged wood book shelves and more. They cost us thousands of dollars in damage and refuse to take responsibility for anything. Do yourself a favor and dont work with them. If I could give them zero starts I would.

Nightmare experience. They will act really Nice until pickup and then gone in the air. It was like finding a needle in the ocean when it comes to tracking your shipment. They won’t lift your call and they won’t respond to emails. They lost my big TV stand, Multiple Medium size boxes, Damaged multiple items. Be ready to fight even harder for your compensation. When going with companies like these make sure you take 100% insurance for your goods, take everything in writing, check if they have dedicated trucks and drivers and still be ready to face the chin music...

DO NOT USE BEST MOVING VAN LINES. I wish google would allow negative stars. I could go on and on about all of the pain we’ve gone through with this company but will try and sum it up. On one end, they said they’d call before they came to pack up our stuff. They did not and showed up announced and told us we’d lose our money if we didn’t get packed up that day. They ended up “taking inventory” and overcharging us for everything. On the receiving end, they came without majority of our stuff. The claims process (which took me around 10 hours to do for what they ask for) has just came back after 5 months and they are giving us nothing. There is a B.S. excuse for why they aren’t giving us our money back for all of our missing stuff, including “items weren’t on the inventory” that THEY do and we have no control over. They stole our PlayStation and said it wasn’t on the inventory even though it was in a clearly marked PS4 box. That is just a minor example of the many things they’ve stolen from us. I could go on and on here about all of the things this thieving company did but I hope this is enough to stop EVERYONE from even thinking of using this company. It should be shut down as they are clearly not a real and trusted moving company.

Please STOP and READ****DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS! I used this moving company to transport my belongings across country. I used this company because they were much cheaper than others I researched. I thought about selling all of my furniture to eliminate the need for movers, but I had a beautiful antique cabinet that wanted to keep, so I paid these people to move my things. Well, the antique cabinet DID NOT make it! YES, they CLAIM it was lost. This cabinet was 5 H X 3 W. Please explain how a piece this large was lost. Also all of my boxes were packed tight. One of my boxes had clearly been opened and clothes were missing. They also lost part of my bed frame. Although, these people are less expensive than other movers, if you value your belongings, DO NOT USE THEM. They take your stuff to a warehouse to sit for a month before its transported to where it needs to go, and they help themselves to whatever of they want. If things are broken...fine, that happens, but to go through my personal belonging and take whatever they want is totally unacceptable. These people are thieves!

A great deal of money and sentiments lost when they couldn’t find my oriental rugs and antique furniture. They used their own claim specialist to offer me $79. Don’t use them!!!!I’m so devastated. They didn’t deliver several things that have been in my family for years and just told me to make a claim. I can’t even use what was delivered because they lost the legs for all my furniture and bed. This guys did a great job after the moving company I originally booked with didnt show up! Best moving was not available last minute but they came the next day early in the morning, did a great job getting everything out of my apartment and loaded on the truck quickly, they finish setting the furniture at my new place before noon! Their price was right so Im happy I hire them for my move. saw some negative reviews on this company online but I have to say that was not my experience - on the other hand the company I originally booked with had great reviews but they never actually showed up..

Worst ever. They “lost” an over 6 foot painting of mine. How do you lose something that big? Boxes were broken, gone through and many items were missing. I even believe some boxes were never even listed. I requested specialty boxes for my china etc. and they packed all of it in a t.v. Box I had purchased. And they wouldn’t accept a cashiers check upon delivery. They wanted only cash. So, for all my missing items, broken items, and improper packing of my china and charging me for specialty boxes I never received they offered my $45.00. Major ripoff.

I was connected with this company through a moving broker called American Moving Partners. The broker does not tell you who will be moving your stuff until after the move is booked with a deposit. Had I have been able to research the company prior to the move being booked I would have said NO. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this company for ANY REASON. I don’t know a good word to describe them as multiple come to mind and NONE of them are good. The manager, Joe should NOT be allowed to work with people at all. Really no one that works for that company should. He told me, “I’m not here to provide customer service. I’m here to do a job and collect payment.” He was the most unfriendly and apathetic human being I’ve ever had to deal with. On top of that the company kept coming up with ways to add more fees on to my move. There was $201 Long carry fee added. A $164 fee added for fuel and a $141 charge added for materials which should have all be included in the original price quote. They kept my belongings for an extra 3 weeks past the original time I told them I needed it kept and then charged me $383 for storage. No one even bothered to tell me it would be that much so that I would have the option to make other arrangements. And then they charged me a $35 late fee because they didn’t get the money at the beginning of the month. No, I’m not done yet. Then they tell me the day before they want to deliver that my final payment can only be made with a money order from the USPS (so that it can’t be cancelled). The guy shows up and basically throws my stuff off the truck. Doesn’t bother to help pack it in my storage room or stay to help me verify that all my items were present. I don’t know if I have all my stuff or not. Some of my boxes had CLEARLY been opened. Didn’t have time to see if anything was actually missing. Many of my containers were damaged beyond repair. And I was missing a night stand and a mirror from my furniture. Do yourself a favor and move your stuff yourself or just throw it away. It would save you so much money, heartache, and time.

Horrible. Had 2 movers scheduled to be at my home on Sunday 05/29/16 between 130p-330p. Never showed up, no one ever called me. Here I am with deadlines for moving, and I have a house full of items that need to be loaded into a POD. I called company 3 times, 2 different numbers, of course no one answered. I had to locate and hire another mover (just one guy) to come on memorial day weekend, had to pay out of my nose. I also had to call into work on Tuesday because I fell a whole day behind. I finally got a hold of Ryan on Wednesday and told him. He stated that he was low on the ladder and to contact the manger Joe, notice I got no last names. I wrote an e-mail to Joe and have yet to receive any calls. This company is the worst. I cant believe they would leave a customer out to dry like this. I wish I had looked at reviews first. My fault on that.

Rather going with this company better delay your move. guy name Jaime came to pick our stuff everything was ready to move then he start making excuses, we had estimate for 2000 lbs & gave the deposit. to keep our stuff under 2000 lbs we left our love seat, cough, dinning table with 8 chairs, dressing table, book shelf. Boom he knew the weight is under 2000 lbs he call his boss and make a story and charge us for 4000 lbs & told us to give scale weight & charge you according to that, after pick up our stuff that day never came. Agreement was for 2 to 5 days when we are trying to follow up after few days they are keep extending the time & Jaime even block our number because they dont have any information of our stuff. They charge us double even more for delivery and wont delivery until we ready to pay what they are asking. So be careful people.

This company and the people that works here are deceitful. They will give you a very low quote to entice you to go to them and use their service. They quote us for $1700 and we gave them a deposit. They pick up our belongings June 29, 2013 in California and gave us a time frame from 12nn-4pm. The truck arrived at 6pm, so we waited the whole day because they cant figure out the real time they are going to arrived. The quote changed drastically from the original $1700 to $3400 by the time they are done loading our stuff in their truck. They ask for partial payment of $2006.50. Moving is all about budgeting, so a very accurate quote is very well appreciated by customers. On our way to Oklahoma, their customer representative by the name of Ryan called my husband and gave us another quote. This time its for $4,997.50. And he said he emailed it to my husbands email address and he needs it right away. How on earth can they think that we will stop our 4 day driving trip from California to Oklahoma just to fax them their new quote? Very rude and substandard customer service if you ask me. When we read the new quote, when we arrived to our destination, we noticed that they charge us bulky item fee for our 3 kayaks ($85/kayak)besides what they charge us already by its weight and additional $450 for packaging material(?) which is absolutely ridiculous because most of our stuff is already boxed, plus $250 warehouse handling fee. We called and asked for explanation of the bill. We talked to their manager named Joe and what he keep on telling us is its on the contract. The problem is, they didnt even give us the copy of the said contract. And they didnt even deduct the partial payment of $2006.50 on the said statement. Good thing I kept the receipt and inform them about it and thats when they change the statement. But the contract is still nowhere to be found. I talked to one of the customer service rep named Isabel and asked her to email me the copy of the contract so I can review it. It took them 1 month and 6 days before they deliver our belongings. I had to call tons of times to check the status of our stuff. They delivered it August 6, 2013. In the contract, they said they will provide people to bring our stuff inside the house and assemble what is need to be assemble. When the driver named Johnny arrived, he came by himself. That was around 12:30pm CST. We asked him whos going to help him and he said hell do it by himself. How can one person can bring everything inside the house from the truck and assemble the beds, couches, etc???? We waited for more than 3hrs for him to find a help. He got one help, so my husband ended up helping them which is absolutely not in the contract which the manager Joe is always referring to us with every question we ask. And oh by the way, the last payment, before they unload the truck, they ONLY accept cash. When Johnny finished, he was in a hurry and he forgot to give us a receipt and the list of inventory of all our belongings which they said they are going to provide. I have crystals that are broken, the guitars of my husband is missing, our dining table is damaged, the head and footboard of my childs bed is damaged. I called their claims department and they are asking for the receipt and inventory. I called and talked to Isabel, Ryan, Michael and Joe and ask them to mail me the copy of the receipt and inventory and its been almost a month now and I still dont have it. The last time I talk to Joe was last week, Aug. 28 and he told me that the driver Johnny is still not turning in the original copies and they are waiting for him. These people are crooks in my book. Cash payment only and no receipt? Substandard customer service? Deceitful and false advertisement? Will never use the service of this company again nor give positive feedback to friends and families.
