Yes! I would definitely recommend public storage to anyone who is interested in placing their personal property in a storage facility. Sheila goes WAY beyond the call of duty to keep her customers worry free and will personally attemp to contact you if there are any issues with your account.

I worked with Sheila about a canceled storage unit I reserved. To my surprise, got a full refund. She was very professional, helpful, and very courteous. Two thumbs up and kudos to her!

Al have been using public storage for about 10 years.I always have a great experience, very open spaces easy to load and unload and easy to get in and out.They always have a great deal for me, whether is the $1 for the first month or half off.Public Storage is awesome!

I came to see about renting a storage today. I was impressed on the welcome I received from Lydia Public Storage Manager, she was so easy to talk to, also assisted to help me find what I needed. Unfortunately they didnt have the size I needed there, but Lydia was gracious to help me find one at a different location with a better price. I must mention how clean the property was.

I have been renting a storage space from them about a year now and have no complaints. The service is great and their hours are convenient for me if I ever need anything. I really enjoy the fact that they call you to give you a friendly reminder if you forget to pay on the first. It really helps me with my busy schedule and grateful they go above and beyond.

I came into the office needing information a woman named Suvie gave great customer service took her time to inform me and personally show me the locker sizes and helped with the locker size that would serve me best for the amount of stuff I needed to store. Horrible. Unit was broken into in MAY and I didnt find out about it until OCTOBER. My unit was trashed and a lot of things were stolen. They tried to blame me saying that if I had come by I would have found out sooner but its a storage unit not something you typically visit often and either way I should have been contacted . Awful and sad that you are paying for a service and your things are not safe and they could care less about it.
