In my opinion, the best masters. I visited many workshops and none could repair the wheel and offered to buy a new one. The guys from Unique wheels and tires did everything quickly, efficiently and professionally. I applied three times on different cars and I will continue to go only to them. People/Staff are very friendly and helpful. State of the art equipment. I found out they are very knowledgeable and give you options of products. They dont over sell service and products. The jury is out. I had some suspension upgrades installed on my truck and sourced rims and tires through them. The rims are name brand but the tires are an issue. We both suspect a radial pull as the truck now pulls hard left. My expectation is they simply hold their supplier accountable and ensure me the end customer is protected... at the moment there seems to be some ambiguity in the supplier being able to replace a tire or two. I dont do business with folks who dont back their work, do you? This is a great test as its not their fault, will they rise to the occasion? We will see. Otherwise we are on track for lots or repeat business. I truly hope they take the high road, I dig the place and want to come back. Protect your Mom and Pops!!!!

I would of given zero stars if it was a option they are complete crooks they must think people are idiots first they tried to tell my wife thatwheels they pulled off they already changed sensors to go onto other car which they didnt as i watched them then they said they put new sensors on others will which they did not if this is tjere practice i wouldnt be surprised wheels wont fall off i highly recommend do not give them your business

Ivy, thank you much for assisting me today with lug nuts. I had been driving across town looking for the correct lugs. I literally had been to four auto part stores before stopping by Unique Motor sports. Everyone at Unique was great, and not to crowded. Mikes tire store behind Unique is always crazy busy. Maybe there a little busy, but not friendly at all. There service is very sloppy and there shop is nasty and dirty. Unique Ill be back soon!!!! Great small business! Amazing work and a plethora of choices.

I simply went in to get my truck aligned but little did I know it was gonna pull far right just like my truck was doing before and after my alignment. I went in a few days after the alignment was done to simply get some answers as to why my truck was still pulling hard right. Didn’t really get a good reason as to why but If you ask to many questions the guy with the tattoos will threaten to take off his Work shirt and go in to the alley to settle things not to sure what that was all about but I think I caught him on the wrong day. In the end I just wanted my money back for my $95 dollar alignment that did absolutely nothing but I guess that’s just the way these people roll, not caring about customers and more about getting your money in their wallet, without a care for the quality of work. I recommend not coming alone cause they might try to settle it in the alley like they tried with me.

AWESOME service. These guys and girl rock. I came in desperately needed tires and full alignment. Mind you the is as 5PM Monday after 4th of July. Needless to say they where happy to set me up same day. I got way better tires than what I was going to get and a full alignment rather then just a front end alignment. The young woman even called me to let me know I needed breaks. My dad who is hard to empress will only take his vehicles to them. Im ecstatic to have such great service in our community. Theyre pretty great. Other tire shop nearby said they couldnt fix my tire so as limping home to get a spare I had in the garage and I saw this place and they fix the tire no problem. I was actually planning on buying new tires soon they gave me a decent quote and Ill definitely be going back here to get it done. Theres a couple of good tire stores out here but this is definitely a standout.

Truly excellent customer service. The shop is super clean, organized, and very professional. The staff is beyond nice. I had gone in to replace my spare with a normal tire after a blow out I had and they replaced it very quickly. Most other shops and mechanics Ive gone to the staff are more or less okay with customer service, but these guys were super cool, quick, and they seemed very honest and fair. Like i didnt feel like I was gonna get ripped off or told I needed a certain thing fixed in order to get more money. Overall highly recommend and very pleased with them.

You have to respect a hustle... Ive been in the car business myself for about 10 years and when I saw they had used tires I stopped to check them out for a possible good deal I wanted to pick up 4 tires with out getting them mounted or balanced just simply put them in the trunk and go so they had a decent set and I asked for a price and they told me that they usually charge 50 dollars per tire but with our the mount and balance only 120 for the set now I used to sell used tires to shops and I know what I would sell them for and for the set they showed me they werent even worth 75 but like I said you gotta respect the hustle

First of all let me start off by saying that the men at UM are very nice, with integrity and boundaries. Seems like at lot of females get my husband Georges kindness confused with flirting.If you cant handle him or the UM Team being Kind, then maybe the UM shop is not for you!!

THIEVES! Bought a set of expensive, brand new Porsche mats from me, claimed they didnt fit their car. NEVER returned the merchandise and dared to file a chargeback with Paypal. Left me with NO merchandise and NO money. Will be filing a police report for theft. BEWARE! STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!

Went there and talk to Miguel whos awesome, he use to work at Mikes Tireman...I made my arrangements w/him and sat down on the bench in front, a girl comes by later and ask me you need something how about asking how can I help you or something to that affect ...I told her, Ive already been helped by Miguel, a little later I ask her for the restroom, she says, I dont have one I told her thats hard to believe, she said, will I dont, then one of the guys says, customers mess Up the bathroom for the employees that why we dont let them use them, I remarked, I should have stayed at Mike they had a restroom, she says something to the affect thats Rude and maybe you shouldve stayed there I went back to waiting, a few minutes later a Big dude w/tattoos covering his head and neck tells me, aeee Im not working on your Van you said rude things.....Really...??? hes trying to play the Big Guy roll, which Im not buying...he says, youd better be careful who your rude to..this is the kind of place where, when something doesnt go right for them the customers not right....if not using any profanity and not yelling is consider, rude Id hate to see what theyd do w/an irate customer...!!!

Great customer service employees are very friendly with low price deals on tires.

Overpriced. Paid $60 for a $30 tire. And to top it off I was Referraled to this place and I told them that. It didnt matter. As a business owner wouldnt you rather make money on a customer for the lifetime of your business rather than a one shot deal and have them never come back to you. Something management might wanna think over.

If you want honest work, great pricing and integrity, this is the place to go!

Stopped in to have a tire pressure monitor removed from a spare tire. The two guys on shift jumped right on it. $10 bucks and done in under 10 minutes. Ill use this shop again.

Have a tire emergency, says his shop is open until 7pm.. at 6:15pm until 6:45pm, no one answers the phone. HORRIBLE.
