I went to Power Automotive looking to have some bearing pressed out of a differential housing. After showing them what I had, they did the work and then gave me back my parts in the order they took them out. I really appreciated the time they took to educate me and give me tips on reassembly. This is a real automotive shop and Im glad to have them in my neighborhood.

Thanks Power Automotive for being open during this crazy time and letting me make an appointment early in the morning. They beat what I was quoted else where and they fixed my problem the same day! Great customer service even with all this craziness going on in the world. Will definitely be back for all my car repairs.

Had Power Automotive do the brakes on my wifes car. The brake job was done in a timely matter and was priced right. They even performed a free 28 point inspection on my car that showed up cracks developing in my engines drive belt that I had them change also. I have been taking my cars to A To Z Transmission & Automotive for probably 6 to 8 years and get all my cars serviced with them. I have always been very happy. They are always honest, and they do good work. They can pretty much get everything done for me. I even had a back latch handle that wasnt working, and, though normally a mechanic wouldnt do anything like that, they fixed it for me. They also do all of my main engine maintenance and repair for the life of my cars. I have recommended them to several other people and to anyone who asks. They seem to be the good, honest, local mechanic. I trust my vehicles to them and have for many years.

SINGLE WOMEN WATCH OUT!!!!!! I came in for service on my 2000 Honda CRV. I came in on 10/25/2016 for a brake pad job. Notice nothing was wrong with the driving condition, I just needed brake pads. I was contact by Richard saying I needed brake rotors, brakes clean and adjust rear, rear drums and shoes replace. I didnt have the money so I picked up my car. When driving home, my brake wasnt working proper. I couldnt stop and it sound like metal was hitting the ground when I hit the brakes. At that time I felt like my car was tamper in order to get me to spend more money. But with me living a mile from the shop and I was scared to try to drive it somewhere else, I borrowed the money from a family member and took my car back to get service by A To Z Transmission & Automotive Inc.Well on 1-19-2017, I took my car to Mikes Tire Man to get a oil change. They informed me that I needed to get my rear brake shoes and drums replace, they was 85% bad.I called Richard and informed him about what Mikes said about my brakes. Richard asked did I needed drums or shoes because there was a difference and to not to let Mikes Tire Man service my car. But at that time I didnt trust A To Z Transmission & Automotive Inc anymore and didnt want to bring my car in for Richard to say, O, it not your brakes, its something else you have to spend more money on... At the time I wasnt sure if it was the same job A to Z Transmission & Automotive Inc was supposed already have done cause I wasdiscombobulated from the information Mikes Tire Man gave me plus, I couldnt find my receipts from A To Z Transmission & Automotive Inc, and I had to go to work that day. A few days later when it was raining, I was on the freeway coming home from work and I hit my brakes and my car started swerving on the freeway. I went back to Mike,s Tire Man the next day and they removed and replace my rear brakes shoes and drums and hardware kit. The same job that was suppose to be performed by A to Z Transmission & Automotive Inc on 10/25/2016..On top of that, after that matter, I was referred to G&M Auto Repair by a friend so I went up there to get a diagnosis because my check engine light came back on. This was on 3/02/2017. G&M Auto Repair informed me I needed a Valve Adjustment, the same service I paid for at A to Z Transmission on 8/23/2016. G&M Auto Repair also said my spark plugs was very loose. I got that service done at A to Z Transmission & Automotive Inc on 8/19/2016.I told him at that time that I already had that service done. They tried to show me how loose they was. I went back home to looked for my receipt, found it and took it back to G&M Auto Repair cause they looked very shocked when I told them I had that service done back in 8/2016.I emailed Richard and Don at A to Z Transmission giving them the same break down and sent all my receipts from A to Z Transmission, Mikes Tire Man and G&M Auto Repair and asked for a full refund for incomplete service performed by A to Z Transmission. These are two different auto repair locations that discovered incomplete work done by A to Z Transmission. Theyre refusing to refund me.

I was looking for a good shop to maintain my car because I was taking a very long road trip. After a rough start the first time around, they asked that I return the car ASAP so they can make it right. I returned the car and they took care of me 100%. They actually called the Toyota dealer to get the high mileage coolant installed in my car. They fixed my glove box and cleaned my engine. They checked everything and I am now impressed with their service. My bill was over $1,300.00 including the full throttle fuel injector cleaning which they recommended. They reported to me that my battery and left strut was leaking. I went back to the other shop and they replaced them for free. I got a new battery, two new front struts and alignment under warranty. I am so happy that this shop inspected these items for me. The owner is very nice that he gave me a Carls JR coupon to use while I was waiting for my car to be repaired. Its a very friendly family business. They even gave me a $25 gift card to use again at their shop. Now that is service. 24 months warranty on all work is what I like. Try this shop out, you will be impressed. Richard the manager is great. He gave me many discounts.

I appreciate all the work that was put into repairing my car. Its a problem vehicle, so it needs some work. Driving is a bit smoother now. Im sure that there was a deep issue that was fixed that will extend the life of my car.However, nothing fixed the immediate issue at hand. I am still having the same problem I had before it was brought in that was specifically mentioned (the engine doesnt start at times), although since then, I have pinpointed even further how the issue presents itself and I believe I can find a solution for it on my own with the maintenance I perform myself. Thank you again for your work.

Only place I have found that I feel totally comfortable and safe in taking my car for repairs. Always up front about repairs and pricing. I know what is supposed to be done has been done. As long as I have a car and living in the area, I will be continuing to be a repeat customer.

The place I usually take our cars to which is by my work in Culver City was completely unhelpful. They wouldnt even bother looking at our XTerra because the engine light wasnt on so they claimed they wouldnt know where to look. Boy was I lucky to have a friend recommend this place. They found out what was wrong pretty quickly and fixed it right up and most likely charged me less. Well be taking our cars here from now on for any or our service needs.

These guys were Great! I took my 1969 Chevy Camaro Classic Show car. Ive never let anyone touch my car and they were so careful and gentle even layed out soft blankets all around the engine to protect my paint job.I will only be going to them for all my car needs, and recommend they with 10 stars, even though it only allows 5Thanks Richard!
