Came to this location for the first time but the lady doing my wax wasn’t as friendly as a lot of the people at the Burbank location. Felt uncomfortable due to the lack of friendliness, but she tried her best. Will most likely go back to the Burbank location.

Go here every month and I always have a 5 star experience. The staff is all very nice and great at what they do. The reservations are very easy to access through the app, I recommend getting it. I always feel comfortable when I go, it’s just such a smooth, painless, wonderful environment. Always referring people to this location. Most people prefer shaving over waxing before they give waxing a try, and everyone I have recommended here converts to waxing. I am personally traumatized of razor blades, so this is a perfect solution. I 100% recommend European Wax Center to you reading this right now. Go and see for yourself, your life WILL be changed *forever*!!

If its your first itme, you get a complementary wax! I got my side burns and my underarms for $16!!! The service was great an appointment is highly recommended because they do get busy. They have a 9 min grace period if youre late to your appointment so try and be on time. The facility was small and clean. Tell them I recommended you!

Tawni was wonderful. Explained the process thoroughly so that I would know what to expect. Definitely recommend her and the company. First visit is free or half off depending on the service, so worth checking out for sure!

Very professional and friendly. All the girls working there are so nice and accommodating. I highly recommend them, the wax they use is less painful that the old way with cloth strips. I have had chin, brow and bikini done here and they try to make it as painless as possible. Very clean and well run business.

Comfortable in a doctors office way (but more so) rather than relaxing as a day spa might be. My daughters eyebrows, perfect. My review has been taken down a few times on Yelp. So Im throwing it back up one last time here.EWC is so terribly sexist, it amazing that they can get away with it. Not only do they not offer the same services to men as they do women, but they charge way more for the ones they do. Ive had amazing full body waxes at other establishments and paid the same amount for a leg and armpit wax at EWC. Ive pretty thin body hair and not much of it. But that doesnt stop them from charging me double what my lady friends have paid for the same treatment. Total sexist crooks.
