I get my water from here all the time. Its right down the street from where I live. The service is very good. You dont have to tip the guys who work there in order for them to help you out with the water jugs to your car. I do though as a curtesy when I can. I think their water tastes the best compared to arrowhead and others. Maybe because I have been drinking it for so long? Its $2 for a 5 gallon jug of purified water and a little more for alkaline water. Great place!

Friendly staff. Good prices. Very accessible. They always offer to load your bottles into the car. Been going here since I moved into the neighborhood. They have a self serve dispenser during their closed hours. Staff is very knowledgeable about the various types of water dispensers. The alkaline water is perfect.

Water tastes like chlorine. So got the alkaline the second time thinking it would be better. I was wrong. I then ran multiple tests on regular and alkaline both came out acidic. Dont belive me? Test them your self. WATER OFF THE TAP. Go to the one next to pizza hut, it aleast taiste better.

Honestly this review isn’t on their product but their behavior. One of their drivers was speeding through the pumpkin patch with kids running around. He was going about 25 in the parking lot. I think that behavior is super selfish and endangers children and others. Like especially if you’re in a company car maybe don’t behave so selfishly, getting to the pumpkin patch is not worth running someone over

We run the best water stores in the SCV! Michael Grady came in the day we had a carbon filter burst and apparently the water tasted funny. Only one other customer was affected and we replaced their water immediately. Grady was quick to post a bad review without coming back in to get his water replaced. So his review will be disregarded. Nichole Greer fills her jugs here all the time and never complained about our service. She had a bottle crack in the back of her car while it was being serviced. Then she wanted a new bottle. Our policy is that if you have a leak by the valve or you have a cracked bottle you just purchased, we replace it! Greer was trying to take advantage of our policy so her review will be disregarded as well. Christine Millam left a negative review after coming to our store during a time we were transitioning employees because we had someone quit for a family issue. This is the only time in the last 6 years that we had an employee not show up. We take pride in our quality and our reviews show it! We average about 5 new customers every week. We have the best water in all of SCV. Looking forward to serving you.

I always get great customer service here! Very helpful people who always offer to put my bottles in the car and try to ensure that I get the bottles home in one piece. The hours can be a bit of a bother to remember but its fine I understand.

ALL the employees are very friendly & helpful. They not only wash out your bottles but they will even rinse them off if asked. They Always wipe the bottles dry. You always get help carrying to your car! I love the convenience of having an account & the excellent bonus of the punch card! Check out the store for all the supplies they carry. Youre still going to get good water outside if the store is closed. Thank you Water-4U

I went here the day and the guy that was working there was really nice and gave me a lot of information. I didnt know there was so much to now about water haha. Im definitely coming here to get my water instead of getting those packs of water bottles at the grocery store.

We always come here for our water and it’s quick and easy WHEN THEY OPEN.. . the only issue we have is when you say you open at a certain time OPEN... the last few times we have waited and gave up. Time to find another store.

I dont know why this guy put 1 star. Guess he doesnt like cheap excellent water. But go to these guys there here to give you affordable water for all. Been going here for 3 years and no disappointment.
