These people couldnt figure out what was wrong with my Samsung Note 10+. So I went home and check to see if I had any system updates. Phone showed I had 15 updates. Took almost 2 hours to do all the updates. Phone works fine now. Dont understand why no one at Verizon bothered to check the phone for updates.

No prices or descriptions on phones, Employee was very rude, after yelling across the room for 5 minutes, I asked if thats how it was going to be for my visit, she then tells me Im handicapped, so I apologized for asking. If she would have advised me if that when I came in it would have been a different experience. How ever her rudeness when I first came in is what gives it one star !!!

Very rude! Sign was not outside stating to wait. Made us walk outside when no one else was inside but employees. Didn’t have mask on for a good chunk of time before pulling it up. I was super easy and quick and very nice and complete disrespect.

Got my new phone and couldnt get it to activate...went into the store and the clerk told me there was NOTHING SHE COULD DO!!!! SERIOUSLY!! The store personnel are worthless. I ended up calling Verizon and finally was able to get the phone activated. If you are working at a Verizon Corporate store you should be able to activate a phone.

Can I leave ZERO stars? Customer service at its very worse. I was completely disrespected by a manager that I did not even meet face to face. He never left the back office. Unless there has been a change in corporate policy, Verizon corporate stores accept returns of merchandise from other Verizon corporate stores. I bought a phone mount from a different Verizon corporate store and I attempted to return it to the corporate store located at the 26445 Bouquet Canyon Rd, Santa Clarita location, as company policy dictates is allowed. What I speculate was a new employee, who presented as polite but marginally competent, who served as the liaison between me and the general manager, David Murray, during my attempt to return the product. He spent most of time in the back office, what I assume was spent conversing with the general manager David Murray.The first solution offered was for mento drive to a fed ex store and drop off the item with a box they provided for me. That was not acceptable. Once I asked for my receipt to be returned and asked for the manager’s name, this employee once again disappeared into the back room. He returned, sans my receipt, and informed me that the manager was going to make an exception” in my case and accept the return of the merchandise. I declined the offer and once again asked for my receipt, Ten minutes later the receipt was finally in my hand, I asked for the manager’s name again, I was told “David”, I requested his last name, I was told “I cannot disclose” I had a friend call the store that night and ask for manager David’s last name. When asked the reason, she said she wanted to post a positive review on Yelp about him. She was given his last name, “Murray “cannot disclose “ seems to have exceptions. Verizon should be embarrassed about the behavior of the general manager. It is the behavior of a substandard and entitled employee who decides what corporate policies to follow and not follow. In my opinion, David Murray is not fit to manage a lemonade stand. I believe he is a liability to Verizon and a stain on Verizon’s customer service reputation.

I did my research and discovered a basic flip phone on Verizons website (Alcatel Go Flip V) that also works as a wifi hotspot so other devices can connect and use its internet connection. When I went to this store to buy it the guy I spoke with said the phone cant do that. I said yes it can, I read it in the online user manual. He was doubtful but said even if the phone does have a wifi hotspot I cant use my existing smartphone plan with it. I said I think it can. And so we debated back and forth. They didnt have the phone in stock anyway so I left in frustration. Next day I went to a Go Wireless authorized dealer and not only did they have the phone in stock but it worked with my existing SIM and smartphone plan, and the 4G wifi hotspot worked too! Yes, on a basic flip phone. Told you so. You guys lost a customer.

Very frustrating experience. My husband and I waited 45 minutes without anyone checking on us. We signed our name onto a waitlist but the waitlist didn’t seem to matter because they took someone that walked into the store after us without them being on a waitlist.Instead of looking into which stores had the phone we wanted, were also told that we could contact other stores to see which ones had it in stock because they were out. After waiting 45 minutes to be told that we could just call other stores seemed like very lazy customer service.Total waste of time. It was also clear other people though so too because we watched multiple people walk out of the store because the service was so poor .

I have been a customer of there for as long as theres been cell phones. I have never had any trouble with them that they havent fixed right away for us. In fact when I went to Gardner, Kansas my was the only phone that got out. My cousins had another company and they couldnt get out at myself for moms house. This location is always sort staffed. Doesnt matter which day of the week or the time of day. Took 15mins just for someone to acknowledge my presence. The new system of checking in only works when there is someone to check you in. The slowest possible service Ive experienced to date. The lines at Disneyland move at blistering speeds compared to here. Its probably better to try the location at The Westfield Valencia Town Center.

My experience this time was awful. I bought a new phone and asked a rep. named Gloria to help me transfer my info from the old one to the new one and she denied to do so. She instead gave me a phone number where I can get help.... however, a few months ago, on a previous phone purchase, a different rep. did help me to do the same process on the spot.... as a customer I feel really frustrated that I didnt get Glorias help.

Horrible customer service. He didn’t even pick up my phone to look at it, just said it’s a manufacturer issue. Didn’t try to turn it off or reboot it or anything. Clearly wasn’t interested in helping me at all. He was incredibly rude on the phone when he was talking to my father in law also. Luckily I’m not a Verizon user, my family is, but now I will never become one. I would give this 0 stars if I could. Such a lack of compassion for the customers. Avoid this store and their horrible employees.

After purchasing a phone over the phone, customer service directed me to this store to pick it up. I gentlemen who I was told was the office supervisor came out to assist me. I asked if he could please help me transfer the information from my old phone to my new one. Being that I had an android he said he didnt have the proper equipment and that I would have to down load an app. I asked if I could do it there because I needed help (Im not tech savvy) he said I would have to use my own wifi because the process could take hours an there is lots of customers using the stores wifi. Maybe to whomever is reading this may not sound bad, but if you would have heard his tone of voice you would have known he did not want to be bothered doing what I asked. Its now 3 days later and I still havent gotten the proper help to transfer my information to my new phone. I am so frustrated with this whole situation. If I cant get this resolved by today I rather pay the re stocking fee and return the phone.

Service was poor. Walking in I was greeted with mild neglect and no welcome. I wasn’t given the option to be helped or sign in and left alone to roam until I had to get someone to help me. Both people I interacted with didn’t seem to want to be there. Management at this store needs to get involved with this problem and correct it.

Lucy Lou was outstanding! She was so knowledgeable, friendly, and above all patient with us (even though she needed to take lunch she stayed with us the entire time & never handed us off to anyone). She got us the phones and the plans we wanted. We are definitely happy with everything & will continue to do business there from now on!

I would give the store -5 stars if that was possible. It was our second time in the store about 3 months ago. I should have realized that it is a culture in that store to get as much sales as possible, lying blatantly to loyal customers is a must for them.In 2014 we brought three iPhones, we were told that our trade in values can only be used in that store for accessories and that we had to get the tablet to get the discount. We found out later that ALL that were lies! They duped us out of about $300 this time.In 2016, hoping that it was just the particular associate that lied to us, we went back. This time, different associate and even the manager, told us of deals that did not exist. It was a scheme to sell more. We only discovered the scheme too late a few days ago. This time possibly another $200 spent unnecessarily.I am telling anyone who is thinking about going to this store. Do not trust ANYTHING they say. Dont go there if you can avoid it. Talking to Verizon Wireless online, on the phone, or another store would all better. I found that on the phone the Verizon people actually warns me of all the details of the rebate. We also got all the details without pressure from the associates in another store.Here are the people that lied to us: Lucy, Brandy, manager in December 2014 and manger in September 2016DO NOT BUY from the scam-artists of these store. Frankly, I believe that Verizon should close this store and make sure that NONE of these people every get a job at any stores. They are in need of a training of the heart.

I shattered my phone and wanted options for a replacement. I first started employee convos saying that I know nothing about technology and I needed help with this. Employee had no actual knowledge of their products. She was only able to read from a screen. I asked what the difference between the note and the Galaxy 10. All they said was the note has a stylus pen. I wanted to be sold a phone and all I got was attitude and no help. I walked out. Switched from sprint not too long and was sold into a plan that’s affordable for me and was also told with fast speed. I’ve noticed the past week my service has been slow, so I called to verify why this is happening. They told me it had to do with a “network congestion” and I can upgrade my plan. Never was told that, I have friends that have the same plan as me and never had this issue. Highly disappointed and will be canceling my line once the phone is paid off. What a joke.

I am very angry with this store, because I ordered a new phone, which I desperately needed, and it showed up 2 days LATE. I had to go away on a business trip and use a POS phone that wont charge, all because these jerks ordered a phone that wasnt in stock and promised me a delivery date that wasnt fulfilled. I am extremely angry at this store, and although I had a decent sales experience, I probably will not ever purchase a phone from here unless it is in stock. Just be honest and tell us the truth about when we can expect our phone.

This place is very inconsiderate of their customers and they do not take care of you. Man named Derek gave us false information on when we were going to receive out phone and it is a business line as well ... and they did not care to take the time to hear me out. I got more frustrated when they sounded like a broken record telling me the same thing over and over again but yet ignored the fact I was looking for the solution to resolving my issue. I am very disappointed on how greedy these huge corporations can be and how well they take advantage of all of us customers. Where to even start. The 4G was promised over a year ago, but the 3G coverage is horrible, no service in 60% of the SCV. I was told it would get better when 4G was put in, and it is not. I went to the store and they factory reset my device saying that is why their coverage was poor. After the reset the coverage was the same. The Sales Staff here are to avoid, and dont mean walk away, I mean run away as fast as you can. They are clueless, and will tell you anything to make a sale.

My girl went to this store to pick up 2 sim cards, she had found a plan she liked while browsing on her new LG Vita. She drove for over an hour to get there. She was helped by a short, stocky latino with a shaved head, he was polight for the part, after he moved my old sim card he took my phone to the back room and was gone for about 10 minutes, when he returned he gave her back her phone and said she was all set up, he charged her $166 but gave her no receipt, oddly enough the phone wasnt on as he rush her out of the store, when she turned it on it said on sim card she went back in and he took her phone but never even removed the back cover. He gave her a short list of what he thought might be wrong than said maybe the guy you got it from messed up the sim card slot after a few more minutes of fumbling around (never removing the back he hands it back saying its ok now, again the phone was off, she walks and turns it on and still doesnt work, by than she was so frustrated she drove back to where Im working and fills me in on what happened we call the store and was told the price was correct and we can come get a new sim card the next day.then we put the second sim card in my phone and it works fine. Thats when I said, put your sim in my phone she does and again, the phone works fine, while doing this we compare the two (brand new phones) and notice her sim slot looks different than mine, there seems to be missing parts, in short, this guy f***ed up my girls sim slot and gave her the bums rust to get rid of her. Im going back with her tomorrow and I hope hes there....... To be continued

I got a great deal on my new phone, and the rep worked out a way to get a Bluetooth speaker practically free. I learned later he also signed me up for Verizon roadside assistance without my knowledge or consent. That service is useless and carries a monthly charge. Watch your bill for shady dealings.

Purchase Date: May 11, 2016What a nightmare! Never will enter this store again!My son and I went to this store to purchase a new Samsung S7 for my wife. It was a hellish experience filled with lies and apathy.Entered the store sometime near 6:30 PM and was promptly checked in by an employee. My son and I watched the check-in employee never leave the spot by the front door. Luckily, we were able to use the 40 minutes of wait time to review the phone specs and determine the specific model (onboard memory storage limit, color) I was going to purchase. Then, Ralph, the sales associate, met with us.Initially, I told Ralph that I wanted to look at my data usage as well as purchase the Samsung S7. However, over the next THREE hours (thats right - we left 30 minutes after the store closed), Ralph managed to lie and bullshit his way through a sale with amazing ease. Ralph lied through most of the presentation and literally had to answer one question (the colors of a phone) but he got that wrong because he didnt know that color differences between the Samsung S7 and S7 Edge. And no, it wasnt because he was confused as to which phone I wanted. Also, he had this fun habit of disappearing into the back for 10 minutes or so for every two minutes that he dealt with me.My purchase of the phone was figuratively a ground ball at less than 3 mph and Ralph still managed to screw it up. I also kept calling him on statements that he said I made when I didnt (exp: Ralph - You said you didnt care about data. Me - No. I said I wanted to know about different data plans because I wasnt using all my monthly data).Ralph also lied about the amount of data I would be receiving. Ralph told me I would be getting 22 GBs due to a promotion and added the amounts onto a piece of paper for me to see. As I was locked in the store, I saw that my GB had updated from 18 to 20. When I told Ralph that I was only getting 20 GBs, he told me to call Customer Service to see what they could do. I hadnt even left the store! I did call Customer Service the next morning. The young lady I spoke with said that there was no possible manner that Ralph could have given me 22 GBs. In short, she verified that Ralphs statement about the data limit was a lie.Ralph wore jeans that hung down below his butt while he dealt with us. It was a bold choice for a salesman. Usually, I only see gangsters wearing their pants like that.One week later, I submitted a rather scathing survey. Within a few hours, I received a call from Jasmine, who said she was an assistant manager from the store. I explained the same things you read above. However, she said I should be getting 22GBs because I had purchased TWO phones. After arguing with her that I hadnt, she said that she would have the store manager call me back with my concerns. As of the day of this posting, Ive never received a callback.My wife and I have been with Verizon since they were a little company called Airtouch. Customer Service via the phone is always courteous and informative. However, the Verizon stores are not the same.In short, Ill never go into that store again nor will I send any friends or family members there.
