The staff of this T-Mobile Store is the best, specially the Manager, Geronimo, he exceeded my expectations helping me and my entire family to get the best deal with my family plan, doing everything professional and showing knowledge about all the situations. He did everything super clean and organized without hidden information, like the others (Sprint) making feel 100% in the best hands and company. Thank you so much for all your help and be so accurate with your job and solve my real and big problem.

Rick is the Epitome of Customer Service at this retail store! Amazingly Charismatic and Sooo Customer Service Oriented. The Giant could take a lesson or two from this young man and T-Mobile as a whole. Will Never Go Back to ATT as long as T-Mobile is around. Its ok. Whenever I go to this place they dont have accessories that I am looking for. I feel other stores are more helpful or they will at least try and help order it for you online.

Horrible service

I went into the store today & was helped by Carlos. Not very friendly. The TV was blasting soccer in Spanish & the stereo was blasting music. He spoke softly so I asked if he could turn one of them down. Never acknowledged me or said yes of course. Seemed bothered I asked. I was looking into a new phone & trying to decide if I should even stay with TMobil. I like TMobil but reception has been really bad for one of my family members. He answered my questions but never smiled, didn’t say hello & seemed to be in a down or angry mood. I just thought a customer should be treated as if they want to help. Not a good experience at all. I may have to go back but I hope there is another customer service person available. 1 Star for service but have 2 since I like the price of TMobil
