This place makes mattress buying safer in the time of Covid-19. They have lightweight, disposable material to keep you shielded (and keep the mattress clean) when you try out a mattress, and they also clean the mattresses every morning!The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful when I told him what I was looking for. I ended up getting a great deal on the perfect mattress. I declined the free delivery because I wanted to take my new mattress home right away. (Pretty cool that a thick foam mattress comes compressed as a surprisingly small roll).All in all, a great experience. I would highly recommend this place, with its friendly, experienced salespeople, great selection of many brands, and reasonable prices!

Just bought a mattress from here a couple of day’s ago. I couldn’t be happier with the excellent customer service. The man who helped my partner and I was very knowledgeable and able to quickly help us make the perfect selection. We were able to get the mattress for a great price and have it delivered the same day. They even took our old mattress and box spring with them to be disposed of. Went in to browse for a mattress and left with a whole bed. The prices were really good so I was able to get everything I wanted for cheaper than I expected. Very helpful and friendly staff, didnt try to push expensive items onto me but instead realized what was right for my room size and needs. The frame I wanted was not in stock but they had it ordered to my house for no delivery charge, and no hidden charges at all. Will come back for my sons next bed.

They were very nice and helped out when my wife is going through cancer and we needed a new mattress the owner Henry at the Santa Clarita store helped us out when he didn’t have the mattress in stock he found it at another location in Sylmar and gave us a great discount and called down there and had them put it on hold for us so we could go down there and pick it up immediately. I was so impressed we actually ended up buying a better quality and more expensive and we could not be more happy with them. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. 5 stars.

I purchased a queen mattress and box springs at this store. The staff was friendly, knowledgable, and arranged for a delivery a few days later. However, not more than 10 minutes after they dropped off, set up, and left did the box springs frame crack on the lower portion. When we went back to the store to arrange a replacement, the owner told us it was not his responsibility and we would have to pay full price for a new one. Seriously, what kind of customer satisfaction is that? It was a poorly made box springs, and he never offered to make amends. I do not recommend giving them your business.

You can pretty much get the same price of mattress anywhere... Im pretty sure the manufactures set the price. Bedder Mattress was able to sweeten the deal by throwing in the box spring and pillows into the price of the bed and waiving sales tax (is that even legal?).Since my wife deserves it, I let her upgrade her pillow to the cooling foam technology type - no big deal. The pillow retails for $130 - yikes! When we received it, the pillow was too flat for her liking. Unbeknownst to us, pillows are non-refundable, non-exchangeable once you get it to your house. The manufacture wouldnt work with us (even suggesting we try and sell it on eBay). Bedder Mattress confirmed with us that the manufacturer will not accept returns or exchanges, leaving us up a creek. What am I going to do with a $130 pillow that my wife cant use?Thats when Henry came in and took care of us. And this is the reason I am able to give them 5 stars. Henry ate the cost and allowed my wife to get the pillow that will be comfortable for her.A company that will make a customer happy - especially after they have your money in their pocket already - is a great place to consider when shopping your next mattress.

My buying experience at Bedder Mattress was stress free and relaxing. Henry helped me find what I needed without pressuring me in any way. The products are very good quality at very reasonable prices. I went to five different places comparing prices and Henry gave me the best offer. My new mattress set is so comfortable.

WARNING DO NOT BUY DURING CORONAVIRUS very easy when making purchase but when you have any issue with product this company does not want to help . I have called time after time and the owner Henry has been rude and basically tells me there is nothing he can do . I purchased a mattress that smells like chemicals . It smells so bad that my entire downstairs smells . I have to keep the window opened. It has been over 2 weeks and still horrible smell. I havent even been able to sleep on the mattress . Owner did not want to help me . Basically said there is nothing he can do .4 months have gone by still will not let me do the comfort exchange

Don’t buy a Bedder brand mattress. Oh Saul and Henry are charming and you think you’re supporting a family owned business.We made the mistake of trusting and spent $800 on a mattress, which failed 2 weeks after delivery. 2 foot diameter hole that is 2.5” deep and hurting my sons back and I can see the hole under the blankets when the bed is made- this mattress is now a month old and I don’t want an exchange for more faulty product. I want myMoney back. Good luck. They insult, lie and cheat you out of your money. I’ve never felt so violated and abused by Saul who sold the mattress and Henry the owner and Anthony their salesman who insulted us many times. Do not shop here, you will not be treated well when your mattress fails and you absolutely will not get your money back. Read the reviews here and yelp, the people giving one star have been there. Shocked this place “somehow” maintains stars.

I can not stress how much you do not want to deal with this company or the sales reps.- the bedder bed failed- less than a week and my son - 510 167lbs- had a crater size failure in the queen Serene pillow top.When calling customer service- Henry- absolute runaround ensued.1.You will it NOT get a refund- end of story- once they have your money its theirs regardless of product failure.2. They will try to charge you to come get your faulty 7 day old mattress & blame your portly child for doing the damage.3. When you go to the store to discuss options they will basically offer you a more expensive mattress...not made by bedder...but a Sealy mattress is less expensive at SitnSleep!Save yourself... aggravation and time wasted dealing with this company...I feel taken...I work hard for my money and these guys shine upfront but do not stand by their product from a family business.

Its been almost a year since I got my new king size mattress. My husband and I selected the Englander Oxford. When it comes to a good nights sleep, I love luxury and the Oxford model feels like a 5 star hotel mattress and so comforting to get into after a long day! Everyone was awesome... Even the 2 young guys who delivered and assembled my bed. Oh... they sell hundreds of bed frames too. I love mine! Just see their catalogues. Excellent prices. Quick ordering and delivery...i think it was 6 days only that we had to wait.. And I love the quality of their bedding. We got an awesome waterproof mattress protector. And they have amazing high quality silky soft Rayon sheets from bamboo by Malouf. Yes.. they are about $200 for a king set, but worth that price. Oh and they have great financing too even for those who have less then perfect FICO scores. Thank you you guys for all that you do. Im so grateful for our awesome bed package.

It was a pleasure doing business with Bedder Mattress.The owner himself greeted us and educated us regarding what mattress is best for us due to our health conditions. We also enjoy the fact that he was not pushy regarding a sell. We ended up buying two Tempur-pedic pillows, one queen size Sealy Silver Chill Plush and a beautiful bed frame. Also the delivery crew were amazing at setting up our bed and careful getting the furniture inside of our home. After setting up our bed he notices that the boxspring was too high for our bedframe. Jorge recommended us to get a low profile boxspring. The owner himself again took care of us with our situation. We are expecting our second delivery on September 12, 2018. We Highly recommend this company.
