Daniel is the Mattress expert!Daniel was so welcoming and attentive.As soon as I walked in he greeted me and asked how my day was. I loved that I wasnt rushed or pressured to buy.I was definitely unsure to purchase because I wanted the perfect mattress to help my back pain.Daniel was very attentive and he asked me very important questions that I was never asked before like do I wake up with any back or shoulder pain; he also asked me other questions that helped him guide me to the perfect mattress that I was looking for.Let me tell you, Im so happy to sleep comfortably in an Aireloom mattress I cant be any happier than this!I highly recommend anyone coming to this store and having Daniel help you out!I left so happy!I love my mattress and it has helped me with my lower back back in the mornings. I haven’t bought a mattress in 10 years so I didn’t really know what I was looking for. I also haven’t heard too much about Ortho Mattress but saw it had good reviews so I figure might as well give it a try. The minute we walked in, Les made us feel at ease. Les was so welcoming and so knowledgeable on all the different mattress brands and types. He asked about my sleeping habits and showed me what types of mattresses would be a good fit. He asked me about my price range and was more than willing to work around it. Les was not pushy at all and didn’t recommend the most expensive thing in the store. Les was so helpful and I highly recommend coming to see him! We were in and out of the store in less than an hour. I am so excited for my new mattress! Thank you Les!

Schuyler was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable. He quickly greeted us with a friendly smile and presented a variety of options at different price points to insure we got the best mattress to fit our needs at the most cost effective price. He was accommodating but not pushy at all. I was very impressed by how he asked questions about my sleep habits and offered different options accordingly. He made financing a snap and threw in a free mattress protector. The whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable. I most definitely recommend this store and Schuyler for all your mattress needs! :)

Great experience with Fonzie at Ortho Mattress. I was thinking I needed a new mattress because the one I bought from a box store seemed too firm. He gave me a prescription for breaking it in and really giving it a solid try. I appreciate his honesty and will come back when I do need a new one. They have some really nice mattresses at great prices.

I highly recommend purchasing a mattress from this store. I took my time in choosing whom I would do business with, and from here on out it is Fonzie. I looked at mattresses in the Valley, Santa Clarita and even the Antelope Valley and once I started interacting with Fonzie I knew he was honest, professional and he conducted himself like a gentleman, rather than a slime-ball car salesman trying to make a sale (which was what I mostly ran into throughout my search). It was nice to interact with someone who complimented the company he works for as he spoke highly of the way Ortho treats their employees; also a big reason I chose to buy from Ortho, although the other Orthos I went to did not have anyone that could compare to Fonzie. It was an all around great experience. Great company, great manager, and I have a great mattress...

I hadn’t thought of purchasing a mattress in years and frankly I didn’t know where to begin. Walking into the Santa Clarita Orthomattress was the best decision I could have made. Cris was beyond helpful and answered any questions I presented with ease. We went there to look at mattresses and were greeted by Andy. We told him what we were looking for and he pointed us in the right direction. Checked out a couple of mattresses. We knew we needed to get a new one, and did. A really neat store and no pressure from Andy. Very good experience.

Fonzie is a perfect salesperson to deal with. I was in need of a boxspring, and needed it delivered as soon as possible. He walked me through the options, prices, and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted at really fair price. The box spring will be delivered tonight, and I got exactly what I wanted. Very cool. Highly recommend Ortho, and specifically Fonzie. People who help customers out like this need to be commended. Give him a raise!

Without a doubt the best experience Ive had purchasing a matress. The attendant Carissa was not only courteous, but also very knowledgeable about all the differences between matresses. If you find yourself needed a new matress, look for her; shell treat you right. Bonus points go to the cleanliness and overall bright ambiance of the store.
