This place is SO great! They are super friendly and answered all of my questions for me. They didn’t have anything available at first, but then called me back the same day to let me know that a unit I was interested in became available. They are way better than public storage. I would use them again 100% and I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for storage needs!

The manager was so patient and accommodating with my questions, and went above and beyond to help me secure the unit I wanted. They were friendly when I visited, and showed me around the facility, explaining the security measures in place. I am confident that we will have a great experience here.

If you need storage, this is the place to come. The staff is so friendly and professional. The storage units are really clean, well lit and not damp like other storage places I have had before. I appreciate the ease of using the gate, getting in and out is a breeze. They have convenient options for payment so I use the automatic payment. They deserve my 5 star review!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Communication with them is uncomplicated and prompt.The inside storage units are constructed out of wood. I wish that the carts would be distributed throughout the facility, but instead one has to retrieve it from and return it to a designated area near the entrance.I had a positive experience.

I really want to say thank you to Art Martinez and highly recommend Golden State Storage (Golden Triangle location)! This was my first time renting a storage unit and I initially chose this location for their competitive rates compared to the rest of LA. But I was wonderfully surprised at the warmth and welcome I received--its a family-run business, great communication, clean facilities, my belongings stayed safe and secure for 16 months. If I ever need a storage unit again, Ill be back :)

I cannot praise this facility and their staff enough! We had to arrange last minute storage from across the country during the pandemic, and they made every step as easy as possible for us. Many things went wrong along the way (on our end, not theirs), and Paula was right there, going out of her way to help us find a solution to every difficulty. Highly recommended!

Nicely done, my only complaint would be that some of the areas are little tight, especially with a trailer.

Clean safe storage. One caveat for anyone planning on using them, they have strict rules regarding what time you have to be out of the facility! If you are cool with that, then all is good!

We stored a pick up truck and trailer at the Golden Triangle Road facility for about 5 months. Art, the manager, was extremely helpful and friendly. He takes pride in keeping the facility clean and well maintained. We highly recommend this facility and will use it again when we need outside storage.

I had a great experience renting with Golden State Storage. Their staff was incredibly friendly and easy to work with. The facility was clean and easy to get around, especially for having to park my boat. I would certainly rent from them again in the future.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would! The customer service is always on point whenever I had to visit. There was a time that I went when it was pouring down rain and I had to get a new lock from the office (I lost the key to my original). A gentleman (Im sure it was Art) gave me a lift on his golf cart back up to my unit. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has storage needs!!

Guy was straight up RUDE. Wanted to get a storage unit and he pretty much denied me the service saying he was closing soon and wouldn’t do it when i was the only person there and he still had 10-15 till closing according to the sign on the door. Will gladly take my business elsewhere since gaining any business isn’t important to this establishment.

Meeting Art was a joy. Hes very friendly. Art spelled out the rules, conditions and advantages of Golden State Storage succinctly. I was quickly up and running. Arts the best.

The facility was clean and well maintained. Our particular unit was also clean. Art and Kelly were a joy to work with. We only stayed for 4 months, but if we ever have a need to store in Santa Clarita, we would use Golden State Storage again
