Annie I believe is the notary’s name, is a sweetheart! She helped us with some documents and although there was a misunderstanding with one of the docs, she was extremely helpful and resolved it. We may live far from this location but will tell our friends in the area where to go for great personable customer service. Today it’s hard to find someone who keeps customer relations a priority. Annie values that!

We needed livescan fingerprints done for some paperwork. I called on Thursday to confirm hours and process. Based on that phone call I was hopeful it would be straightforward in spite of it being Saturday before Christmas. My expectations were far exceeded. There was a lot going on, but the gentleman helped everyone fairly and kindly and we were all out the door as fast as possible. Highly recommend this place.

My wife and I went in for a notary public on a Saturday late morning. Mike was friendly and the service was quick & painless. It cost $15 for one signature. I recommend this place!

Ive dropped off a number of packages here the last couple years, and they were always friendly. When we came in with a special request for pictures for a Canadian citizenship submission, they went above and beyond. The requirements are very specific, and different than a typical passport picture. The manager spent over 45 minutes with us to make sure they got them printed just right. His focus on customer service was well above expectations.

So happy I found this Mailbox Center and Notary public place.They are affordable for Mailbox rental services I travel a lot and always receive very important mails and packages. It is very important that there are a reliable shipping center there to keep all my mails safe and forward them to me worldwide.Mike the new owner and his team is extremely helpful. They have been help me pack, ship and store all my mails and packages. I would probably use them till indefinite.I am glad I choose AIM Mail Center. Thanks a million to AIM Mail Center keep it up.

Not a good experience! I needed help with an international package and was told they do not mail internationally and was told i cannot use a certain box. i pulled up google and had her read it. She said they cannot mail it and if they did it would be 3 times the price! She was rude and reprimanded her employee in front of 2 customers! I will not be using this facility again. Lifes too short to treat people the way this women does.

I needed Australian passport photos which are sized differently to the US. FedEx would not help me but the lovely employees at this place went out of their way to do a perfect job for a good price while offering superb customer service. I would recommend them!

This was my first time coming to this mailing location. We had another location in Santa Clarita that we had been using, but this one really was a breath of fresh air.I didnt feel rushed and I felt like I was the only client that Mike was dealing with at the time. He was very patient and took care of everything I needed to be returned and also mailed.Very pleased and I love It when A local business does well and takes great care of their clients.

I just went in to get fingerprints done for my job. The woman who helped me was extremely friendly and personable. Ill definitely go back when I need one of their services.
