The store associate is uneducated and helpless. I walked in looking for a conditioner that is safe to use on extensions. She had no clue. Didnt even bother to ask someone else or look it up. Then proceeded to hand me shampoos with oils. Totally disappointed. Its no wonder why most quality hair product brands end up going mainstream.

My hairstylist is fantastic, but the salon was cold there is no heating in the blg.Glad she has a plug-in heater to keep us warm in this 30ish° weather.
