They don’t follow through on said promisesEven though physically challenged. I was the one chasing them down. Empty promises.I was under the impression it was cheaper retain. A customer than To constantly try and acquire new onesWell this establishment will lose my business and the best advertising is word of mouth. Which was before Yelp. And google. Unfortunately this once satisfied customer was blown off So taking my monies elsewhere unfortunately

Chris was really helpful and super nice. I went in with the intention of buying an inexpensive mattress and I did. Also a plus he carried my mattress to my car. Definitely recommend that experience over shopping online.

This place has been local on for 40 years and the owner is gracious and accommodating, quite the salesman.Got a full size bed and frame and we are very happy with it.Easy pick up a loaded in the truck easy setup.The bed frame does not come with tools like they said wasnt happy about that but figured it out.All in all I would highly recommend this shop and shopping local.the owners is super nice guy and he has house keys so its okay to bring your dog.

Have been doing business with chris for several years. He is very professional, friendly, and always offers a fair price!This store has good hours and is also open on weekends. They will deliver to your house and assemble furniture for you for a small fee if you request it, otherwise you can easily pickup from the store!

I went in to order bedroom furniture for my granddaughter..which I needed delivered to my sons home and also needed it put together. Chris, the gentleman I worked with, who is the owner, was very helpful and patient while I was in the store. Unfortunately, nothing went as planned...Dellivery was late, driver did not bring the tools to put the bet together, they sent the wrong mattress and the night stands that were delivered were.not the ones I ordered. I was told that the ones I ordered were discontinued, which I understand happens, however...If he was able to order them and charge them to my card while I was in the store....it doesnt .ale scene that the company he was ordering from wouldnt know at the time the order was placed that the item was discontinued...Anyhow, I was not called and the owner took it upon himself to substitute the stands without discussing it with me. I did not appreciate that nor did I like the night stands he chose. So when they came to bring the correct mattress I had arranged for them to also pick up the night stands and credit my account. Almost 2 months later, no credit/refund. I called and left message Owner was quick to return call....said he thinks that we must of had a misunderstanding and that he had the proper night stands in the store for me and thought I was going to be coming by to pick them up. If that was the case, wouldnt he want them out of the show room...wouldnt he call the customer to inquire about when they would be picked up?Confusing at the least how can he have gotten the night stands if they had been discontinued??? HmmmI am still in need of couches and a kitchen table for my son and granddaughter but dont feel at all comfortable doing so as there were so many errors in what I considered a fairly straight forward, basic order.
