Really great selection of clothing, many name brand and high quality clothes at a relatively cheap price. The store is organized very neatly and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Youll find some real gems in this store!

Quality clothes at good prices but the 6 times Ive sold items it was attitude city - sure I know their job isnt easy and they have to be selective with things they buy - they know what their clients will buy, but try a please or a thank you here and there - maybe a sorry we couldnt find a need for your items - I brought clean quality items similar to items I could clearly see on display but sadly I kept running into sales reps that acted like I just dug my stuff out of a dumpster - yes Im sure it wasnt me - worked retail for decades selling clothes like Ross Dress For Less all the way up to high end mens clothes - maybe youll have better luck - when they do buy prices are fair and not insulting

I love the concept of contemporary thrifting. At Crossroads, customers sell their current, on-trend clothing and accessories for cash or trade credit. The catch is all items must be in excellent condition. Which makes for a great resale value for both the consumer and the business. This location is a bit smaller than others Ive visited but still a worthwhile stop.

Be aware that though they have a ten days return policy, they won’t do returns if the manager is on break. I’m now stuck with a dress I couldn’t even try on and absolutely hate because the manager was out for an hour and I had to catch a flight home. It is a ridiculous policy. Guess that’s a $15 donation to Goodwill.

The worst experience at a Crossroads Trading Location yet. Go at your own risk.Parking is horrible, the atmosphere is horrible and the employees dont really pay attention to the waitlist order. It was just disappointing.Ive been selling to Crossroads Trading Companys for over 8 years. And I have NEVER had an experience like this one.Parking is a pain, its all metered and trying to estimate the time is a feat and heartache. No one WANTS to get a ticket.The day I went, was a Sunday, thought it wouldnt be too busy but I was wrong. I was 4th on the wait list to sell 2 items. When the Crossroads Trading App said I was next, I went to the front of the store, only to be told that I had to wait, for another girl whos name was NOT on the waitlist.So my meter is ticking, I calculated the time and the employee chose to risk me getting a parking ticket so he could help a walk-in, someone who came in after I did. Someone NOT on the waitlist.After looking over my two identical bags, he only took one. Stating he was protecting the store. Which didnt make sense to me. But Cest la vie, I was in no mood to argue. He wanted/needed to make sure he was right.The irony? Ive asked several Crossroads Trading Company Employees all over the state of CA, what the policy is on buying multiples of a product and have ALWAYS been told they can only buy TWO, otherwise they have to see a receipt.But the employee at the Santa Cruz location repeatedly stated that it IS Standard Procedure for every Crossroads Trading store to only be able to buy one. Hmmmm 🤔Just to BE SURE, I asked him again but in a different way, and he was insistent that they could ONLY buy one of the two items if it was an identical product.So, I wasted money and time. 1.5 hrs in a store, that was small, didnt follow their own waitlist policy and walked to the beat of their own drum in terms of buying, and I risked getting a parking ticket with the store helping walk-ins before ppl who were actually on the waitlist.*Its too bad the demographic that seems to appear as though they care about the environment and fabrics of clothing or other products, and how it affects the universe and the air quality doesnt in this particular stores case. As the bag I sold was made from 100% organic cotton canvas and was GOTS certified, meaning it is certifiable organic, the highest certification for organics possible, Quality. But maybe, the ppl who buy from Crossroads Trading arent the Protect the Planet kind of ppl. Its just too bad.

I love shopping at Crossroads. I wish this one had a better supply especially in the shoes section. Also, not as pricy as the SF ones :)

Cool place great selection of clothes. A little spendy for what they are selling. They do have a decent selection of name brand clothes. They also dont pay you much and dont give you very good trade in prices for your used clothes. For example I turned in a pair of brand new pants with the tags and price still on them. The pants alone cost 65 bucks along with about 20 to 30 other high quality/expensive brands of clothes that were either new with tags or worn maybe once. They wanted to pay me under 20 bucks for all of them or around 40 bucks store credit.. I suggest selling your clothes online unless you really really are in dire need of a tiny bit of cash.

The best place to trade in clothes and to shop for recycled fashion. Unbeatable prices for big brand names and lesser known brands! Most of my wardrobe has come from here.

I love to shop at Crossroads. The sales staff are helpful and friendly. However, Ive tried to take clothing in to sell on occasion and that was not the most pleasant experience. Im not quite sure how they decide on the items they buy. I have very nice clothes and great taste, also I shop there so it would seem that I would know what would sell.... Considering I buy from that store almost every month.Welp! Who knows. Anyway if you are looking for a good deal on cool clothes its a decent place to shop.

I went in to see what the clothes selling experience was like. They had me check-in on a tablet. It was Thursday afternoon and two people were ahead of me. You can shop or walk around the block while you wait, they will text you when they are ready for you. The staff there was very friendly. Then, you place your bag(s) of clothes on the counter while the associate goes through it. They quickly pick out what they want to sell, tag it, and then let you know what the trade (50%) or cash (33%) value is. Out of two bags of items, the associate picked three items. I chose $15 cash. With some of the negative reviews before me, I had no expectations. It was a nice surprise to get some cash. Yes, I couldve gotten more online, but its more work for me that Ive done before and prefer not to do again right now. Yes, I wish they accepted more of the items I brought them. Bottom line? Give selling there a try if youre not attached to the items and willing to let some go for a little bit of cash or trade value.

It is a store that represents the hipster style. It allows you to buy used clothes that are actually in style. You will have a fun time browsing. I think this is a great addition to downtown.

This is like a vintage clothing store when vintage is five minutes ago and consists of mostly designer street wear. Great place to pick up other peoples cast-off Obey and vintage Adidas finery.

Always have a great selection of clothes and the prices are what keep me coming back. Clothes in each garment type are color-coordinated so that helps if you need a specific color.

They have really cute clothes and shoes, but I would definitely avoid selling your clothes to them. You get completely ripped off and they will end up selling the your clothes for over double the price of what they gave you.

This crossroads trading branch is nuch smaller than the other ones in the bay area. I like their selection for women but they have limited section for men. They seem to be pickier than other crossroads trading branching when buying your items but then what leaves me wondering is that their selection in the store doesnt reflect that. Parking is difficult. Expect long wait times and bring your own shopping bag

This store puts the name crossroads to shame!!!! The girl claiming to own the store Joanna is presumptuous and disrespectful.The store smells bad also, innapropriatly of lower body.While signing up to sell clothes, there was a simple option on the iPad which was not pulling up right away. When I asked her what I should do about it she said press the only option in such a rude voice. As if I was too stupid to comprehend such a thing. The only option eventually pulled up making it available to choose. I asked her if she was having a bad day and explained my offense in good detail. She repeated again that I should have picked the one and only option. (Proving that she wasnt listening when I explained why she was implying that I am incapable of mental reasoning.)Part of my explanation to her included that had I misunderstood the only option, being publicly ridiculed about it would not be ok. Also, her own mental reasoning should have told her that most people can do the iPad so maybe the one person asking a question about it has a valid reason.She then demanded that I leave the store!I asked for the manager and she told me it was her store so I will be contacting corporate or franchise headquarters.As I was leaving she said for a third time that I should have picked the only option....causing me to want to explain myself (also again.)At this she asked a coworer to call the police!!I explained I had been walking out the door already and she was the one who quipped in while I was trying to leave with no scene!How humiliating. This is such a huge disappointment.I know the clothes I have should go to a nicer store and I guess now I have the motivation to make that happen.Was I supposed to be randomly insulted by some girl and just say nothing?
