No one in our family knew how to surf, but our girls were going to learn so we thought wed get them wetsuits. Their surf instructor recommended Buell so off we went. The folks at Buell were super friendly, patient, and informative. They got us all set up with suits and booties and the girls had a great time. Everything is great quality and they have a nice selection of styles for girls.

I just bought a 4/3 mens XL black and camo JOB wetsuit. I am 5-11 and about 195 lbs.I was blown away at the flexibility in the shoulders.Paddling was BREEZE, stayed warm and looks amazing. Best wetsuit I have ever bought. The hype is real.Ritchie sold me the wetsuit at the store on 41st. very friendly and helpful.

The guy didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at the fact that I don’t surf. It was hard for me to find a wetsuit because of my height. We discussed what I was looking for. He pulled one for me and it was the best fitting wetsuit I had tried on. I didn’t even have to roll up the bottom. Great shop and great customer service! Thanks!

Super toasty and buttery suits! They get away from the norm with colorful suits and their signature rubber bones. Nice atmosphere as well.

Spacious, well-lit, well-stocked and nicely merchandised shop. The sales guy was exceptionally nice, helpful and knowledgeable. At least for me, their wetsuits fit really well and seem to offer great value for the money.

We have been renting wetsuits and decided to check this place out when we noticed a 40% sale. The people here were knowledgeable, friendly, and you can tell they truly love surfing. Instead of feeling like city slickers getting a sales pitch on the most expensive wetsuits, I felt comfortable meandering around and asking questions. They would patiently explain the differences among the wetsuits, why/how thickness of the suit matters, and their own recommendations for our needs. We purchased two wetsuits, and after we left we checked out ONeills. We were not disappiinted with the quality or price of our purchases at Buells and were also pleasantly surprised to learn that Buell is a small local maker!

I ordered a wet suit from them because they had a killer deal on them. This suit is so stretchy and warm!! Answered all of my question quickly and the size they recommended was great. Cant wait to order another. Great Company!

Don’t order online. First time around, I talked to sales rep and gave him my height, weight, and waist size. He recommended a size and it didn’t fit. However, once the new suits arrived and I got to use them, they fit great and were super warm! Website could use some work, but overall great suits.

I came in 4 minutes until closing and the guy let me try on one of their wetsuits. It fit perfectly and I was able to snag a new suit! Excellent customer service especially on a Friday evening!

I ordered an RB2 3/2 through the website. It shipped same day and got to San Diego 2 days after. The quality is of the richter, super warm and flexible. It feels like its right up there with the premium suits Ive paid $500 for in the past. Insanely good value.

I purchased a Buell RB1 Full suit back in October 2018. The suit fit well, and was super warm for a 3/2. However, after a few months of use, a few of the glued seams started to crack and some stitches were coming undone. I contacted Buell directly, in hopes of receiving advice on how to repair it. Instead they went a step further. They emailed me a shipping label, I sent it back, and a week later I had a brand new RB1 3/2 at my door. This exceeded my expectations for customer service. Aaron and Duke went above and beyond. I would not hesitate to buy from Buell again in the future!
