So far this establishment has been helpful in many different ways always leading to the same result. The Staff here is always friendly and they actually take their time in explaining the differences in phones and plans. So if youre looking to support T-Mobile without the T-Mobile name then this is the store because its still Metro PCS but now they call it Metro by T-Mobile .

I want to thank Danny who just happen to be the most helpful, trustworthy and customer oriented associate at Metro PCS I have been so far. There were so many disappointments from other associates from other stores: they dont seem to know well about the promotions ( some associates tell differently), but it was so clear with Danny. Very upset. Thanks for charging me for the case the phone supposedly came with, Ruben. Would’ve been nice to know. Also, I had no idea I could not return a phone that was an “upgrade”. It was not disclosed to me but is on the receipt in which case, purchase already made! I came in with my phone destroyed and just needed one for a day or two. (Purchased March 18) I received an iPhone for free and was just waiting on it and needed a phone in the meantime. Was upsold on a model with extra storage and took it for the sake of expediency not realizing the sale was final. If only I had gotten a new number!!! Then I could’ve returned it. I should have since nothing could be transferred from my old device. Very upset! I paid $137 to use a phone for 2 days and I cannot get it back. Thanks a lot!!! At least the fellow in store today sympathized with me and let me return the case. I get to keep the phone I no longer need or want though.
