Very nice staff and location. They are helpful to clarify any service-related matters and are determined to make you leave satisfied. Also a comfortable and spacious store. No complaints whatsoever!!!
Horrible customer service! They worst experience ever. They need a new manager. The manager argues with customers and he even argues with his own companies customer service represenative from sprint. When I called the sprint customer line and passed him the phone he started arguing with the lady on the line. Manager is horrible. The workers here are LIARS and rude.
They try to rub the costumer, they offer me 2 phone for 137.79 with auto payment but they charged me $210 per month. The worst costume service ever I had. Think 100 times before you go to this store.
Best sprint store around. Denisse Ochoa employee helped me out and hooked it up mad with unbelievable offers that made my day. Im definitely driving out my way for the customer service i got here

Dont go here unless you have lots of time to wait! 30 MINS WAITING!!!Customer service is abysmal. Sprint should send everyone working there to some customer training courses. It would help dramatically.Arrived on my lunch hour with what I thought would be a quick little visit. I was surprised to learn that only two employees were working there. One girl was busy near the back, couldnt see the line forming with customers needing assistance. One guy, Zeke, I believe, was ignoring myself and three other customers waiting patiently for someone, ANYONE, to acknowledge our existence.Youd think a company like Sprint would educate their employees on how to be better customer service agents. Yet, instead of regarding us and saying theyll be someone here to assist us shortly or that they are understaffed, I guess its policy to ignore anyone walking thru the door thats NOT a pretty lady.Thanks for nothing....
Carlos the sales representative add Insurance onto my phone without my permission just to get the sale last month when I went to lease a new galaxy. I literally found out I was being charger when I looked at my bill this month.Never going BACK!
They told me about a promotional deal for a tablet, it would be $20 and then only $5 a month for 1gb.. I get my bill today and I see my original bill of $215 went up to $293 and that also ghe $60 credit I was told id be getting was not even honored. I call sprint corp. And they tell me the offer they had given me was expired LAST YEAR! They lie to make sells! Horrible store! Now im placed with a bill I was lied to about that wouldnt raise and id only see $5 extra dollers added.

Bad service I asked for an Apple Watch and the one who answered me did not care, he just told me that it was a waste of money. That he would help me for the autopay and he told me that this is done over the phone I cant believe the poor service of this store, I better go to another phone company where if they can serve you well
