Not good I was looking for a adapter cord so I can use my welder with my generator and they dont have them and apparently they cant order them so I ended up going to home Depot and ordering one down there

I purchased a shop press online and chose to pickup the item using their curbside delivery. The service is offered on their website and was confirmed as my pickup option. Associates at the store have no idea what this service is. After a 30 minute wait in my car and another 15 wait in the store just to pick up my purchase. A terrible experience!

This is a high end store, as far as the quality of their merchandise is concerned and the same can be said of their employees. I heartily recommend this store to everyone.

Very slow service, I was told to pick up my parts after 1:00 but they never came in . I go here to get help with ordering parts but if I don’t have the part number they can’t help me .

I order online and I pick up next day. Eventhough it said I have to wait almost a month. Good service..

Store was clean and building is new, not like a regular store where everything is out on view. Normally deal with them over the phone or on line. Only went there because I was in the area. They had to order it anyway. Service moves a little slow in the store.

It is not fair my order is always cancelled by Graingers and my goods are sold to hospital and authorities. Im a first responder and also have rights for goods I order. Our agency dont supply enough goods for us, so we have to purchase goods on our own.
