Received the wrong couch and was told I will be receiving the one I actually ordered within 2-3 weeks. It has now been over 2 months since I placed my initial order and they keep telling me it is still on its way. In 2019 I purchased a bed frame from them as well and received the incorrect frame as well but I decided to just keep it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt this time around and regret doing so. I paid for a much bigger sectional couch with an ottoman and what I received is not worth what I paid for. Will update review once I receive my actual order. I debated whether or not to publish this review since Stacy has been the one helping me throughout everything and is actually sweet, but too much time has passed. Disappointed.

This place is awesome and has such a huge variety of things, I mostly think of it as things and stuff. Dont get me wrong, there were full bedroom and living room sets, but you just have to visit to understand. The pics will help but not give you the full impression.One thing, they burn too many incense burners at once. Hard to breathe because of it.

Be careful when purchasing here!The owner has no Integrity!!The business doesnt tell you, that theres a 2 -3 week wait period to get your furniture until after tou purchase. I waited two weeks and now I have to wait an entire month after the two weeks to receive my furniture. After asking for a manager no employee can locate the individual not only that they claim he moves from store location to location and cant be reached. The employee stated that the manager doesnt have a direct line.They are blaming COVID-19 for not having the furniture but there are so many bad reviews stating that they lie about the delivery date.The owner keeps giving me a new date every week.And he is not answering my calls or replying to my text.Stay away!Their yelp is Marcelino Mejia Furniture Warehouse.Here on google they dropped the Marcelino Mejia but its the same store same address.

You better do your research before buying anything from them. We were going to buy new furniture for our home but then discovered that these crooks are selling stolen and used products. Beware

The items on the floor are cheap to me however if your know what type of furniture you want ask to look through the catalog and see which makes better items. I found what I wanted. Edit 2020 I purchased two bedroom sets one for my son and myself. Its been over 3 yrs and I still love my bedroom sets. I read the reviews and I had a perfect delivery set up and arrival, no problems for me. Im decorating someone home and I will be shopping here again. The catalogs offer so much more than whats in the store. I was treatly nicely and was pleased with my purchased. Will come back

This is the Disneyland of furniture stores! Such a cool set up in here. The staff and owner are really friendly and very helpful. Came by here right before covid-19 had everything shut down I was looking for a sofa and the people that were working here didnt seem to care or want to sell me anything I was willing and wanting to buy a sofa but their customer service hills was more about being on the phone and checking their updates I wonder if the owner knows or maybe that was the owner himself not wanting to sell any product.

Recently visited because of a facebook advertisement. I seen the items I want in person, however this stores decoration idea or lack thereof reminds me if an episode of hoarders its way too cluttered in here cant even really enjoy the show room because of the many miscellaneous items placed every where! As soon as you walk in youre bombarded with so much random pieces Its crazy they really should reconsider remodeling and removing many of the unnecessary items so the customer can enjoy the feeling of possibly imagining the furniture in their house.. cant imagine anything in here too crowded to imagine👎👎

The prices on flyer were what got me into the store. But after getting there I didnt see prices as the flyer. The only thing I like about this place was some of the decorations. If your looking for a mattress this is not the places, they were pretty hard.

This place is a scam they charged me and told me I was getting my furniture in a week then they called me telling me that it wasn’t available and I asked for a refund and they said okay but never told me I had to go to the place to get it and they didn’t give me a receipt they kept it so when I tried to get my money back they said that I couldn’t get a refund bc I didn’t have a receipt even though I did have a copy of the statement please don’t buy from them !

I bought a room and after a year and a half a spring came out and the recline lever broke, VERY POOR QUALITY👎

Horrible experience. We will never buy here again. This furniture is used. They try to sell you something they dont have and then I dont know where they get things from. He never delivers when he promises and then he gives you damaged or badly-sized furniture. SIMPLY HORRIBLE

This place is a joke. Do not buy here, this place needs to be investigated, it looks like second hand furniture or remodeled. There is something wrong here. That Lord or whatever is named Marcelino is rude and believes that you buy cheap and deserve poor quality for that. Go to YELP there you will notice. Good luck with this place I doubt that gentleman will continue abusing people.

This place is bad if you can get away get away as fast as you can because they just lie to you and they got attitude about getting a refund you should of gotten long time ago. Click rats thieves just want to steal your money go away from here do not spend your money. People have to know that thieves are workers, other than thieves and liars, they have an attitude when asking them something bad service and bad company and the mattresses are expensive $ 1,000 for a mattress all rock hard.

The worst place to buy. Do not do it, it is rebuilt furniture, below someone wrote apparently stolen. That Marcelino man is an unpleasant person, something hidden sells and gives you bad, very poor quality. Find out beyond what is seen above your furniture.
