6 pm appointment for pick up with a delivery at 8:30 pm. Arrived at 5:30 pm and put me at a door- strategically loaded 3 pallets so that I don’t leave and they haven’t set foot in my trailer for 3 hours now. This is the type of shipper behavior that makes being a commercial driver in terms of regulations- incredibly difficult and there’s no accountability. No amount of tech oversight is going to positively change the industry until shipper’s and receivers are compelled to change. The proper course of action would be to reschedule until their product is ready.

Its just like everyone else says it is here. You have to park on the street and check in with the guard. Then you wait an hour for the guard to call you and give you a door. Then after you back into the door they will take at least another 2 hours or more to load you. The forklift driver loading me took a break in the middle of loading me at 7pm. They dont tell you much about whats happening either. I walked up to the forklift driver to ask him whats going on and he didnt even look at me or say a word to me he just kept going. If you can avoid taking a load from here you should. If not then be prepared to wait for a very long time and deal with people who arent trying to help you get out of this place quickly.

Other than this customer being very slow the restroom is a porta potty that’s very nasty and disgusting. I’m pretty sure the porta potty hasn’t been cleaned none this year…… I will be reporting this business to the city for a unsanitary porta potty restroom…..

Decent place to load. Usually d/h. No onsite parking. Gated lot. Enter on the back side. Park in street check with guard before entry

I delivered a load this morning 6/05/2020 at about 8a.m the security guard was very helpful and friendly and the guy that unloaded us was fast and friendly Carlos S Was his name overall a good experience. Having excellent workers like the security guard and carlos s when you deliver or pick up loads makes your day go a lot better.

First, the entrance is not on Dice...The people were nice. But they took hours to get me loaded even after I hit the dock. So, I was starving. I came straight from one stop who detained me, causing me to drop into rush hour morning traffic, then here at around 11:00AM to be detained until around 6:00PM. Bumper to bumper traffic again...Ugh!! So its just one of those days!! Wish they had a food truck stop...it would have helped. But the people were nice.

Security guard is helpful but street parking too long waiting time for pickup and the worst part is the toilet for drivers waiting . Don’t wanna come again

Horrible customer service! This company does not stand behind their products. Buyer beware! Purchase their products at your own risk! I bought their Great Value Easy Pour Bleach and when it ate through their bottle and then through my cabinet, they said I should have known it only has a 6 month shelf life and told me to go pound sand. They offered to pay for just half of the damages after 5 months of calling them.

The warehouse is super easy to work with and they are very well organized. Getting in and out was rather easy and no one to deal with other than the paperwork. Very friendly and kind

I was there to to long Im talking 10 hours just getting loaded but they have great guard service and clean facilities production line no good

Been here about 4 times to pickup and deliver to Houston. Always got me out less then 2 hour from my appointment. Job well done
