They ALWAYS schedule well in advance and were priced well-below their competitors. I HIGHLY recommend this company for your industrial emergency back-up generator needs and requirements!!

Affordable Generator Services did not honor their service agreement in several ways. First they never showed up at the 6 month interval as agreed. Secondly they did not stand behind their work. When an exerciser failed for the third time (after 3 attempts on their part to install it) they refused to come out to even look at it unless I paid for a new complete service call of over $800. This is the type of cost I was trying to avoid with the service agreement but all of a sudden they decided not to honor it.After several days and several unreturned phone calls they discovered that indeed I do have an agreement but all of a sudden my location is too far for them to come out. So they not only refused to honor their agreement but they also refused to stand by the work they did which cost me several thousand dollars and was still under warranty.Fortunately, I was able to find another company that responded professionally at 40% less cost.
