My Company went with Unifirst because of promises of superior service and pricing.1st. It took almost 4 months to get all the uniforms and supplies after signing the contract. Which was past the cancellation option of the contract.2nd. They make you sign a three year contract to lock in price and not 4 months into service (after finally getting our uniforms) they send a notice of price increase.3rd. Tried to talk to the original sales people about all the problems and they just hand you off to someone who was never in on the original promises and agreements.I wish I stayed with my original uniform company Prudential.My advise choose a different company.

We switched over to UniFirst and we consistently get great service. George is our weekly uniform provider. He always comes in with a great attitude, very friendly and very informative on what supplies they carry. We are very happy with him and UniFirst. Highly recommend them.

This company is terrible! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Stay away if you can. Many scrubs dont come back every week. Our employees are having to wash their own scrubs which defeats the point of paying for a laundering service. Some of our employees have purchased their own personal scrubs because they are tired of running out. We mark items with a repair tag and they come back in the exact same condition or worse they dont come back at all! I have been trying to get scrubs retagged for over two years now since we have had employees switch locations. We have emailed them multiple times and no luck. So each week we have to swap these scrubs between locations. We have kept scrubs for about 10 employees who no longer work here just so employees can have a back up supply. That is ridiculous to pay for something we shouldnt even have to! They never tell us in advance if they are changing our delivery schedule on holiday weeks. I give messages to our driver and nothing happens. We email our rep and nothing happens. Two years ago we had a great driver Edgar. When Edgar was out of work for an injury the office staff said they would deliver our scrubs a day early on the Christmas and new years week since we would be closed during our normal delivery date. Yet when those days came they did not show up. And when I called them to see why our scrubs were not delivered a day early Daniel said it was never in their schedule. So obviously the office staff do not have their stuff together. They basically lied to us when they said they could accommodate an early delivery. Daniel was of no help to me with our dilemma and acted as if he did not care - it was not his problem. Our only choice now is to launder our own scrubs in house since these seem to be common problems among laundering services.

Our company has been using UniFirst for 3 to 4 years now we have our up and down but regardless we have received excellent customer service from Omar Flores, our regular driver. Omar is very punctual, polite, and professional, he makes sure our employee has all weekly needs. I hope our companies continue to work together.

Now all lockers are in sequence order which makes it a faster process for them and our employees. The customer service George and Art provide is totally fantastic! ZERO starz if i could, my company signed up with this company last year at our LA location. We were with our previous company for years and they promised us a smooth switch. Let me say the whole experience was terrible. The sales guy painted a great photo but when it came to deliver, they failed miserably. They promised 6 weeks which i think is already too long to get our clothes. We didnt get our shirts and pants for almost 2 months and when we got our stuff they didnt fit. Its been over a year and we are still missing clothes. I personally am missing 2 shirts and 1 pant.DO NOT SIGN WITH THIS CO! WARNING. I SHOULD HAVE RESEARCHED THEM MORE BEFORE WE SIGNED THIS TERRIBLE CONTRACT. WE ARE LOOKING TO GET OUT!

I work for Chem Free Exterminating in Anaheim, CA. and UniFirst has been our uniform vendor now for almost 2 years. When we were with other companies we had nothing but difficulties getting uniforms returned, cleaned, and repaired. Since we switched to UniFirst, we have had none of those problems. Our uniforms get returned weekly, they come back cleaned and pressed, and the damaged items never come back damaged (meaning they get repaired like they are supposed to). Richard, our account representative, is awesome. He is always happy, friendly, and makes sure that we have everything we need. If there is a problem, he solves it and solves it quickly. Saw one of your drivers on Palo Verde and Spring Street around 12:30. He doesnt seem to know how to drive the truck. He was looking down on his phone texting, he was driving in the middle of 2 lanes, and he made a u-turn on a busy street and was blocking the road trying to back up.
