This place is the equivalent of a body shop McDonalds. Inadequate attention to detail and lacking knowledge to repair simple fender bender damage on my Audi. Two months on and Im taking it to a different shop to fix what they damaged. Call you car dealership and ask them where they send their used cars.They couldnt figure out how to professionally replace the trim they removed for painting, among MANY other issues. The most aggravating thing they broke is auto start button, which no longer works. Apparently this was caused by incorrectly reattaching the back door electrical harness. There was so much sloppy work that the list of what they reattached incorrectly and broke is longer than the items that were damaged in the fender bender.

So far I can only give 4 stars. They seemed really nice. Calculated the estimate real fast. The only thing that I wish they could do. Is to get me in faster instead of waiting. But I do see a lot of good reviews. So if I get in sooner I believe this will be a 5 star review.

These guys are my new go to and referral for friends. New to this state and got a fender bender. The repair was done when they said it would and my vehicle appears like it was never hit. They do good honest work. I definitely feel safe again driving my family around.

We live in Phoenix. My daughter was driving our car in New Mexico and got in an accident. We sent the car to Caliber Collision for an estimate and the car was eventually totaled. My daughter had a lot of clothes, etc. in the car so Thomas offered to box everything up and ship it to Phoenix for us. Although they didnt do any work on the car, I think Thomas & Caliber Collision went above and beyond to help us get her belongings back without having to drive 8 hours (one way!) to get them. In my opinion, people who are kind enough to go that extra mile for someone who isnt even a customer would treat their customers with utmost care. Thank you, Thomas!

I went to the shop with questions about my hail damage that happened. I did not have a appointment but with how professional these people are and how much they care about the customers. Two gentleman stopped what they were doing to come out and assist me. I definitely recommend this shop and will be coming back in to bring my vehicle . I have not seen customer service like this in a very long time, this is the way a business should be ran!!

I was totally disappointed with my experience at Caliber Collision and that was before I even received my car back. I had made plans with an adjuster to drop off the rear bumper which was the only area of damage while I was out of the country for a month and a half so that the new bumper could be ordered, parts could be taken off the old bumper and put on the new painted bumper and then when I returned they would just have to install the bumper and connect the wiring harness.Upon my return I dropped off the car only to find that the technicians had done absolutely. I then had to wait while they ordered the bumper repainted it moved the parts over and was told that they would try to expedite the situation as an accommodation for Wednesday. However Wednesday didn’t happen, Friday the next day of completion did not happen, and the following Wednesday did not happen either. We’re now at Friday two weeks later and I still have not heard when the car will be ready. An effort was made on my part to have this all done while I was out of town so I only had to wait a half hour for the bumper reinstallation and harness connection, none of that has happened or what was promised. I expect the bodywork will be done well but we haven’t seen it yet.Definitely not on my list as a referral.

My front bumper came loose when I was across the street at Kitchenality. Luckily for me, Thomas came to the rescue! With just a few tools and some zip ties he managed to get my bumper back in place so that I could make it back to Albuquerque and refused to take any payment. It might not have taken very long to help me, but he saved my life! What a wonderful person and a great credit to the business! I cant thank him enough and could never tell you how much I appreciated his help!

Great work and quick. My father wanted his Subaru fixed before a broken hip and stay in a nursing home derailed his plans. Once home, he started he wanted to get it fixed. Delay and all, Caliber Collision worked with me to see it happened. Fabulous people!

It was my great good fortune to contact Caliper Collision after have a very bad experience with a body shop in Taos, NM. After I challenged the Taos shop about their lack of professionalism they informed me that they were very busy and really did not need my business. From the moment I walked in to Caliper, I was treated professionally and respect by everyone I spoke with.
