I have used them for auto body repair and they have also done an alignment on my class C motorhome, a wash/wax/buff detail on it which turned out beautifully having buffed out small scratches and got rid of all the bugs. Theyve also done some minor repairs to undercarriage parts that had come loose...exhaust pipe and a portion of the rear bumper. Very professional, courteous and they always do what they say they can do. Highly recommended!

I brought my car here for a collision inspection after my car was rear ended, the although my car ended up being declared a total loss by insurance, everyone I interacted with at Custom Craft was so helpful, informative, and kind. They walked me through the process and Dave even gave me suggestions on counter offering the insurance settlement.They even provided a ride service home from their facility after I dropped my car off. If I ever need work done on my next car, I will definitely consider bringing it here.

They repaired massive hail damage on my 2019 Subaru Forester. It took about 20 days after I delivered the car, to complete the work as they had to go back and forth with the insurance company after their inspection of the damage revealed more repairs were needed. Their tools were much more able to see all of the dents than I was. My insurance company caused some delays as they reviewed the additional repair requests. Custom Craft only reached out to me once regarding the delays, with me having to call them at the end. The repair work on the car appears to have been excellent and my interactions with the front office were cordial and professional. A detailed invoice was provided. I will definitely consider using them again if needed.

Excellent job of repairing an E350 front bumper and associated under-carriage damage. I took my toyota here after a minor parking lot incident where the other party was at fault. They did an amazing job on my vehicle, thorough and solid work. Generally speaking, auto collision services can be concerning in terms of trust and service. Having to acquire these services is stressful already. I found Custom Craft Auto Collision to be fair in their estimates, professional and courteous in their customer service, and impeccable in their end-product. Custom Craft fixed a fender bender for me, and they did a fantastic job. Not only does the fender look like new, they also cleaned the interior of my car before giving it back to me, and they didnt just clean it; they scrubbed it. I havent seen the interior of the car this clean since I bought it eight years ago. Minor point but it shows the level of professionalism at this outfit.

The other was a near total of a classic roadster that was repaired to a condition that was as good as new.The staff were very accommodating and professional. As we had new, unrelated work that needed to be addressed on the same car, I stopped by the same day and had owners Andrew and Robert review their prior work and say what they saw available. Both expressed that the results were not up to their standards and did not represent the quality of work or satisfaction they aim to deliver. I got a tour of their new and impressive shop as well as an offer from them to re-do the work over a week period. Given their level of commitment and interest in delivering on new results and their willingness to handle the work with expediency and care, including off-setting impacts from the loss of the vehicle for the work to be redone, I asked them also to include an estimate for the new work as well. The end result is that they handled both the repair on their prior work at no charge and they handled the new work at a price that left us with a sense of value. While there were still a few bobbles and a minor flaw that were part of this process, and the time to complete the project required more than was initially projected, Andrew and Robert were in useful communication and stayed in touch with updates directly and shepherded the repair and process throughout with courtesy and care to ensure that all questions were answered, all delays were accounted for, and all issues were resolved to the best of their abilities and to our satisfaction. The bottom line is that Andrew and Robert both fully demonstrated that they care who they are in the community for customers, they are committed to quality and satisfaction in their business, they are willing to hear and deal with breakdowns effectively, and they are responsible for the quality and durability of the work they produce in their shop. We have had a turn around in our view & confidence restored, and we are grateful & pleased we now can highly recommend Custom Craft to anyone who requires, needs, or wants quality & care in auto body repair work performed & results that satisfy.Original Post MAR 2019 based on work performed AUG 2017:Highest Priced, Not On Time, Poor Paint Quality, Caused Addl LossOver a year ago, took our car to Custom Craft because of good reviews here and an appearance of attention to detail an accuracy. The car had been damaged by a golf cart driver who ran into the front end. The estimate was for $3k, and when the work was performed, to cost increased. Custom Craft communicated this increase and said it was because they did not include a part that had to be replaced on their estimate. Then there was a two week delay because they said they could not match the paint well. While we were clear in the estimate and upon dropping off the car that we wanted additional work completed to restore the paint on other panels of the car while this repair was happening, when we picked up the car, the paint and one dent were not repaired as requested. They had to take it back in to resolve these overlooked areas, and they only buffed out scratches the best they could when originally we talked to them about repainting those areas. Also, after picking up the car two-three weeks later than promised, the sun roof did not work. After calling and speaking with Andy, they disclaimed any responsibility for it and told us we would need to take it to the dealer. We took it to the dealer and explained this showed up after this repair work was complete, and the dealer looked it to the issue and discovered that Custom Craft had disconnected and failed to reconnect an electrical component that caused the sunroof no longer to work. We had to pay $65 for this news & for the electrical component to be reconnected. Now, over a year later, the paint on the hood looks terrible. We will pursue any warranty available on this poor paint quality, but will not trust Custom Craft to handle any body work for us again.

These guys are amazing! I had a bent rear bumper on my Airstream trailer, which they were able to fix, while I waited! Their level of personal customer care and service is second to none. I saw an (MG) MGA in red, while I was there, that had been fully restored by them. It looked like it had just come off the showroom floor! If you need collision repair or vehicle restoration, these are definitely the guys to talk to.

Got serveral estimates from other shops around town and Custom Crafts was the last place I stopped and Im glad I did. Of all the shops I went to, the owner was the only one to take me to the back of the shop to show me his work and I know I made the right decision to take it here.
